Im so glad I came across this shop a little while ago. I find myself ALWAYS finding stuff I would have never thought to look for. From clothes to Christmas presents, I LOVE this shop! Definitely will be a long term customer.

We flew in from Nashville to visit. Stop by and walked around. They have alot of nice things and stuff. My wife and daughter did purchase a few things. Very friendly staff. Will do business again with them.

I went for the first time with a couple of my friends & I get alot of compliments on the earrings & bracelet I posted. I also bought my daughter a Fruit Loops candle & she loved it. Everyone was really nice 🙂. I'll definitely be going back.🌷

I have found alot of gifts here... I also decorated my old house... now that I have to downsize... i still find sweet treasures that I can not live without. The people and the service you recieve is beyond approach.....  please don't take my word for it... take a day and visit there yourself.  Enjoy..... I always do... I have a lot of my crafts at the Grand Blanc store and things sell fast so I thought I'd try the Burton store. The blond older lady is so nice.

Super fun stuff! Some furniture,  jewelry, few antique type items. Nice clothing in back. Some wall art. All is clean and well placed, not like a Salvation Army or Goodwill, much better. Smells amazing when you walk in, made me happy and relaxed.  Ladies were kind and friendly!

They always have lots of different stuff. They have a little of everything. The ladies that work here are always nice and welcoming always helpful.

Love, love, love this store!  They have so many great finds, new and vintage, you never know what goodies you will find.  I especially love how neat, clean and organized it is, and there is always new items on display daily.  I wish I could go there every day, if just to look...lol, that ain’t happening...I look, I find, I like...I gotta have it!

They're picky, and it shows because most of their stuff is good quality!  Handmade items you get 70%, so that is nice that they take your hard work into consideration. :)  I always enjoy browsing this location.

Great place! Furniture, clothing, jewelery, and much more! Some old, some new! Great prices. Some color tags are discounted 50% & 75%. Clearance room where everything is $1. My mom got an end table for $1! Worth the stop.

Had so much fun shopping here with my daughter. Got a Tommy Hilfiger sweater for$1. Got another the opposite color patterns next day for .50 cents...😝

'Gotta Have It' has plenty of merchandise (furniture, clothing, collectibles, etc……)   for a good price. The store gets different quality products on a regular basis.  The owner & staff are great and they're happy to help or answer any questions you may have. If you're in the area, it's worth the stop.

The Gotta Have It consignment shop is a nice place to go if you're looking for skirts as Apostolic woman of God I find it very hard to find skirts that I would wear in the stores because they either have splits in them or they're too short and got to have it is a great consignment shop to find the things that you want that will be comfortable for you for you to wear

Love the dollar racks to feed my fashion habit. Great selection of random things, reasonably priced furniture, and oh my god the glassware- they have some sort of endless vein of Fenton pieces, many with their original dept store tags.

Lots of little treasures. Clothing items are pretty dated, but great selection for everything else.

Small, very good prices, nice selection and great staff.  We were there with 7 little girls and they weren't bothered at all.

The employee I spoke with was friendly, everything was in good condition, and the business was set up nicely. I just felt that some things where priced to high for being used, but overall was nice.

I like this consignment shop because it is easy to get to and I always find something good. Items are reasonably priced too. Last month I bought a big handmade shell wreath. Today I bought a cute bag.

Clean and organized.  But if your looking for a good deal on things this is not the place. Most item were close to full retail price.

Have to look for sales but some prices more than in store. Especially craft area and kids. Like discount area in back for older items but disappointed in buying soup set that broke first time I used it which was brand name expensive. Workers were nice.

Very overwhelming. It made me feel too claustrophobic to shop. Cute stuff but way too much of it & I won't squeeze past another shopper to shop.

Its really not what I thought it would be and their prices are no different than going to big lots or a dollar store kinda a little high priced on most items

To be honest I loved " the Old Gotta Have It Consignment Shop so much better." I could afford to buy things then. Not anymore. It's too expensive for me now. This Widow can't afford it. Not unless my financial Status changes. There is beautiful things here. Just too expensive for me to buy. Years ago  I did Shop here back 5  years ago. And I loved it. But, when I visited here 2 weeks ago. It is out of my league now. I wish the best for yous though. I am sure alot of Other People can shop here. It's still a nice Mom & Pop Shop that Others can   Support.

I'm sorry you feel this way. It is incorrect to say the only thing we have used is clothing. In fact our Fenton Road location does not have one piece of new furniture. In order to fill our stores, we have recently purchased upholstered furniture that we are very proud to say it is "Made in the USA" and we are able to offer a great value to our customers. As a small family business we will continue to do our best to satisfy  and provide a safe place to sell items for our consignors. We pride ourselves on providing a great value to our customers. We are selective on the quality and condition of the items we take and our prices reflect this. Kind Regards

They have very nice furniture but this is supposed to be and used store and all the prices on the furniture was so high until it was ridiculous the only thing that they had used in the store was their clothes. We were very disappointed and very hurt regarding the situation cuz to me this is just a undercover high class wannabe Goodwill Salvation Army store but it's not they prices were almost higher than Art Van Furniture. Shame on you

I’ve been in here a few times now, but have never purchased anything… the prices here are pretty steep. During my most recent visit I couldn’t help but notice the many items I could purchase brand new for less. It is well organized and set up, though.

They said they were a spot on it so they took it off the floor for resale they could have call me to tell me a spot on it.then they sold a pin off the dress. I didn't receive any money for it . I would not ever take it there again. They checked it over real good no spots on it then. It was a full link fur.

This place has went down-hill since its opening in 2010. (I used to consign here all the time) These days when I go in there...they barely have customers and seem to only cater to old ladies using "special events" and won't let the public shop during these times. All I hear from the clerks is "our racks are filled" THAT TELLS ME THEY AREN'T SELLING MUCH ANYMORE. Their popularity isn't there anymore either. They closed their best location in clio a few years ago. But a huge shout out to Tammy who still works here! She's always helpful and fun to talk to. I miss their designer colognes and perfumes....seems like a big lack of merchandise, too. I find myself never going in there anymore sadly.

I've been here before and was excited to go back. We were thrifting. Had lots of money to blow...walked in and was hit with a wall of patchouli. I thought it was a customer and tried to ignore it, but it permitted the whole place. Started getting migraine spikes 5 minutes inside and had to leave. It was GOD AWFUL! I think it was the lady working there. You could TASTE it. And my clothes stunk for hours after. WHY do people BATHE in that nasty smelling stuff? Do you not consider how rude it is for customers to have to endure it??? That maybe it's disrespecting ppl who might have allergies or smell sensitivities??? You're running a business...might want to leave the nasties at home.

I have loved this place since it opened. It has been a couple years, so I was excited to see what was new. I went in and I was the only customer, the two lady's we too busy talking to each other that they would not acknowledge me, I waited around looking for about fifteen mins and gave up.

Beware of taking your items here. I took two items to be sold two months ago and when I went back to pick the items up they were nowhere to be found. They said they must have been lost or stolen. So now I'm out both of my items. I will never trust this place again with my stuff.
