My favorite online auction site. I get a lot of good deals there, and the people are very friendly. The owners always remember my name, which totally amazes me. It's fun to just look even if you don't win anything.

I enjoy bidding on M-37.  Jay & people at pickup are always helpful.  I recommend stopping out there & seeing visually what you are bidding on, before placing bids.  Only downside is that it's a ways out of the way for some people.  Enjoy bidding & selling a fair amount, regardless.   Always fun.  Never know what you'll find.  Inventory changes bi-weekly.

Great place with awesome people.  I've gotten some amazing deals here over the years, and have never had a bad experience during pick ups.  Everyone is friendly, helpful, and overall just good people.  I've emailed for more details on items multiple times, and they always deliver.  There are also two very chill labs that often hang out, and it honestly always brightens my day to give them a scritch.

They also offer Uhauls if you need something to get your new treasures home.

Examples of things I've gotten here: Lazy Boy recliners in like new condition, hardwood and antique furniture, televisions, comfortable office chair, antique rocking chairs, a bicycle, Cherished Teddies collectables, Barbies, tin pop culture signs, and much much more! My Mom passed away and she had a few pieces of furniture left. She had transitioned to an assisted living facility. M37 knew their furniture and they were very professional. It was a great experience.

Fun auction site that has a ton of random stuff every two weeks. Pickup is generally easy,  sometimes they're very busy but you can make an appointment which makes things go smoother. I don't love selling via auctions, but as far as I can tell they do everything you ask of them if you are selling.

The people were great. They were very accommodating when I needed to change my pickup times. The only thing I wish was a little different is regarding the listings of items. I wish there was a little more description of them, particularly measurement with furniture items. Without them it is difficult to determine if the item will fit where I want it to.

I love utilizing your auction, but it seems like every time I come to pick up my stuff, there are two rude dogs that won't back off. The guy behind the desk does nothing about it. Had to hit them with my purse and push them with my foot. Deal with those dogs! I shouldn't have to be giving your dogs commands to behave!

They do offer many of the vintage items I enjoy.  I won a gumball machine sometime back with I love.  The only problem with it was the glass portion of the item was not packed properly and broke in shipment.  Of course, the item was insured and I received a full refund.

I've bid on items and sold items at M37 Auctions and I'm satisfied with the whole process. They have reasonable commission fees and provide shipping on some items, with advance notice. The staff is friendly and do their best to assist you with anything you need.

Great folks to work with. Not sure what other auctions charge so can only speak to customer service and I would give them 10 stars if available! Always helpful always friendly and if they make a mistake they don't waste  any time make it right! I have sold and bought, they just make things easy!! I would highly recommend them. I have been part of this auction crowd for over 10 years. I am writing review in response to a different review I read where a buyer was unhappy that every item, they purchased was not perfect. This auction is fun and offered to the public by quality people. With that said it is an auction and some things are great bargains others are not so great. The auction provider is not the owner of the items for sale and has no knowledge of actual working condition, descriptions are usually written by item owners selling item at M37 auction. Take the time to go and inspect the items you want to purchase if you have any doubts about the item. Getting a good deal can take a little work. This is an auction items sold as is where is, buy accordingly you will have fun and get great deals is.

I believe your doing good for the number of staff you have, however, your disclaimers for items purchased that are fake wouldn't hold up in a court. You had some coins that were fake that I pointed out to you. You need some folks who are " at least " well versed on your antiques and coins to ferret out phony crap that some try to unload. You need to make it clear that anyone who abuses your service will be banned from future business. I want you to succeed so be very careful on your listings. Example: You listed coins as " proof " ( wrong ), you listed an 1872 " trade dollar " when the government didn't start making the coins for China bartering until 1873, etc. Ron.

Would purchase again, but a little to far for me to drive.  Just depends on deal and what I need.  Good experience with pass purchase.

There are definitely pros and cons to this place. I have used this as both a seller and a buyer.

The pros:
They have a great variety of items and the site is fairly easy to navigate. The employees are all really friendly.

The cons:
The place is an organizational nightmare. Even when I have an appointment to pick up 3 items, I always have to wait for them to find my items and I always have to pick up from multiple buildings (all on property, but still). It just boggles my mind.

So if you are a laid back person and OK with that, definitely check them out!

i have dealt with m37 auction for 9yrs now,,it has good and bad points just like any other auction site,,the good is,,quality of goods,,easy to bid on the site,pretty smooth to work with,,the bad,,not any big problems or complaints,once you sell your items,,they send you a check,,no problem

Overall I like working with them whether using it for bidding or using it to put things up for auction. They are pretty flexible. My only qualm is that they have lost three separate things that I won in an auction: wizard of oz plates, sports cards, and salt and pepper shakers. I think they could be a bit more organized or at least make sure that they are vigilant so that others picking up items are not taking items that they didnt win. I think they are a bit too trusting that others won't steal items that don't belong to them.

Very dirty 1 item they couldn't find, another box of china was totally destroyed by the time I got it.

I was a Buyer for 3 years (spent approximately $4,000.00. Initially the place was ran very well (by Jay), but went down hill quickly. Disorganized, dirty, had to beg them to please answer my emails. I once bought a gucchi purse only to find bloody razor blades inside! Many times I'd bid on an item/win and the item was not as described at all! Pictures are the very best possible and not necessarily true to the item. Then they became more of a reseller of Amazon returns, which I don't want. Normally polite and stressed out.

Be careful bringing your items to this place.  They will donate your items without your consentment.  We brought our items here for auction then we decided to reclaim them and we were told they donated.  So we made a big fuss with the owner then she said the items are still here.  We also brought a push lawn mower here and sold but they didn't pay us until we had to ask for payment.  They sold the lawn mower for $24 without no proof that it sold for $24.  This place is a scam !

I really like buying from this auction, it’s fun and I’ve meet the people twice. My wife has bought twice and me once. When I came up here this time it’s clear that they are very unorganized and they don’t do a good job of handling people’s possessions. I bought 26 packs of vintage baseball cards and the had rubber bands around my cards that left visible creases. I will continue to buy from this auction, however I sincerely hope they get organized and more professional on how they are handling potentially valuable items.
Update 5/4/24 this is the last time I will come here unfortunately. I just continue to get ripped off here. The golf bag I purchased for 45 dollars has a hole and a big rip in the seam that wasn’t shown in the pictures, my wife’s jewelry box was all scratched up and the lobster bowl she bought has several chips none of this shown in pictures and not in description. I guess I thought it was just bad luck the first few times but now I realize that sense they sell as is they are intentionally misleading in the pictures and not adding description because then they won’t sell the items. Buyers beware

I bought this Jordan rookie card (I did my research about fakes) feeling good it was legit for quite a bit of money, when I got the card it was a fake! Lou Brown's team at Sports legends confirmed it along with Beckett Authentication company. The auction house owner, Jay, upon me telling him it was a fake card did not care and would not refund my money nor did he return my emails or calls. I know he knew it was a fake as well. I told them I wanted my money back several times and they refused. I would avoid this M37 auction house. I'm just saying buyers beware, avoid this option especially when dealing with sports cards, they rob people of their hard earned money!!
