Dave and Lisa were both very nice and hospitable. Their movie collection was very nice..they had both old and new dvd movies (for when my streaming is down). I highly recommend visiting here and taking a look through the store..there are a lot of cool things there!

This shop has a little bit of everything. When I stopped in looking for some old parts to fix up a project I was working on Dave the owner of the shop not only gave me an excellent price on what I needed for my furnace.. he then got on his computer and tracked down some parts locally so I could finish fixing it that same day. Dave is honestly such an awesome guy! He seems to have a solution for everything and is always so so very sweet and helpful. My mother and I came in to buy my little brother a guitar not to long ago, and he helped us find the perfect fit despite us not knowing much about these kinds of things. I've never had to do business with pawn shops in all my life until recently. Have visited several in the area in the last month and must say the owner, compared to others of his ilk, is a fair and stand-up guy. Hopefully I'm done having to pawn stuff but if I have to again, it will be with Diamond Pawn.

I just love this place. They're honest, and that don't try to screw you. They walked me through the pawning process and showed me the percentage rates for the amount I was borrowing. They gave me top dollar for my pawn. It's always nice to go in and talk too :). I enjoy myself everytime I go there.

Went in to sell some jewlery that was just sitting around and got more than any jeweler offered me. Took the time to educate me so I can understand why and he really helped me to inform me what to look for when buying jewlery in the future. Friendly very helpful will for sure do more business here.

These guys get a SHINING Review from me. I sold them a handful of miscellaneous silver jewelry, a tablet, a pearl bracelet and designer sunglasses and was given a fair amount back in return for what I sold. 30 days later (today) I went back in hoping it was possible to buy a ring back from the silver I had sold. The owner made a concerted effort to hunt down what I had sold and after looking for a bit found it and simply gave me the single ring I wanted back without charging me to buy it back. This is a great place to go and I’ll be returning there for any future business I may need before thinking twice of going anywhere else. Thank you sooooo much for my ring back!!

Diamond Dave's is the number one pawn shop in Genesee County I tell everyone time and time again.. if you want to deal with an honest pawn broker go to Diamond Dave's he's not like all the other Pawnbrokers he don't want your money he wants to help you.  five star rating in my book great person to deal with if you go to other places you're wasting your money and time to go to Fenton and Bristol Road...... #1.

Diamond pawn is a fair honest place to do deals buy quality merchandise for good prices and willing to work with you and prices can't ask for a better pawn shop. Number one pawn shop in Genesee County in my opinion.

Here we go again with your antics. 3 days ago you posted a negative review. You came back into our store to try and sell a music stand, and we call you out on the BS comments. You changed the 1 star to a 4 star. Now that you are not getting your way, you are at it again. You come to us trying to sell a piece of gold. We offered a price and you passed. You then brought in a guitar that was very rough condition, and you asked about rings. You picked out two rings for you and your girl. I asked what you wanted to spend. You replied that you only had $30.00 dollars. I then asked what you wanted for the guitar. You came back with a number. I offered you the rings for the guitar and $20. YOU AGREED. I did not make you take the deal. Everyone has the right to walk away. We offered to purchase the guitar and you completed the deal. 
You were happy when you left with your girl in hand. You even went on to post it all over FB about the good deal you got.
    Furthermore, you called me and asked about getting the guitar back. I had no problem with that after it clears the required police hold times. We told you 45 days and it will be available. You were okay with that when we spoke. Now you have an attitude again because you believe the guitar is worth more than you got, and you lost money. That is Not our fault. You should know the value of items when you bring them in. You agreed on a price. If you think we are not out to make money on a deal, You have an illusion of a way that does not exist.
Now for your rant and comments about us.  Here is it plain and simple !   Have a nice day. Be good to the people you make contact with as it may not end up in a good way if you are rude, obnoxious or stupid.
Now that you have justified your rant about us, I will tell you this. The guitar is gone. You will not get it back from us. You had your chance and blew it. You were not blocked either. Stop with the pity party. Please don't come back to our store as we do not need customers like you! Your actions have been copied and saved if you try to act out again.

So this particular place I was hoping to trade my grandfather's guitar for a couple of silver rings. I got lowballed so hard. As well as had a friend of theirs came in claiming how silver was going to Go up after the election. You know what real shelister when they surround people around them to hype up business. I was almost just wanting to pay cash. So I didn't have to give up my grandfather's guitar. Don't do business with these guys unless you know exactly what you have and even then. They will mock you. What a way to treat a customer. They said I could get my grandfather's guitar back in 45 days. And they would help me with a better ring in three. Only to have my number blocked from their store business.
Again don't do business with these guys. They're liars and we'll try to get one over on you any chance they get to make a dollar.

I am sorry you feel that way, but in our defense... When you walked in , I had two customers. I greeted you with respect and even went above and beyond with an apology during the transaction I was completing with another person. We then walked outside to your SUV to find new in-the-box items that you stated you couldn't sell in your shop. The items you had were not what we focus on here in my shop. Temu and Amazon products don't sell at pawn shops. I also suggested that maybe FB Marketplace to sell them or another shop. I feel that I went above and beyond trying to help you. As for the news or radio being on and louder than normal, that is for your privacy in a pawn shop. The background noise helps others from hearing me ask personal questions that are required by law during a transaction. I am sorry if you don't like Fox News, but that is what was on at the moment. Unfortunately, you are quick to call out a place on Google and try to tarnish their business. This just shows people the kind of person you truly are. Maybe if you understood the laws and business aspects of a pawn shop, it may clear your mind. So next time, before you bash a local business, maybe you should think about it first. Karma is real. I feel your review was retaliation to say the least. Just because you don't get your way, is no reason to bash the reputation of a business.

This place had Fox News blaring and were super rude. I will not be returning.

They buy super cheap and sell high. This guy tried to tell me he could buy my blu ray player for 10 bucks when Walmart sells them for seventy bucks. So thanks for telling how much of a difference you're gonna pocket.
