This GameStop is about an hour away from me but I go there because they have perhaps the BEST customer service I've personally encountered. Especially Mario, he is EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this GameStop.

Small store, but no dumb line to get inside. I like their used game section, had some games I haven't seen in a long time. Also has a tiny rack of shirts and toys and two gashapon/capsule machines with japanese toys if that interests you. Rest is what you would expect to find in any game stop.

It still feels magical walking around here :)

Went here with my 8 year old son and the staff helped me decide on appropriate titles, even demoing some simulations for me so I could get a feel for the titles before I agreed to purchase.  For a mom who doesn't understand gaming at all...this was amazing!

I want to get the xbox with Disney infinity 2.0 since i got the character hulk i wanted it. Do they have it?

This is a tiny store.  There is no room to move around when there are other patrons.  That said, the employees are cool and actually will help you if you need it.

Ok I'm out and about and decide I want Borderlands remastered for the PS4 only Gamestop has a hard copy and almost all are sold out except at the one at Roosevelt Field mall.
I drive there get lost and eventually find it. I inquire if they have any copies available. They look one associate says they sold the last one, disappointed I thank then and leave,not far from the store Michael who was helping ran up and said they found a copy. God bless him and there store, he didn't have to go looking for me but he did. This Gamestop is on my list of one's I'll deal with it. Hey if the manager is reading this treat Michael good he's golden.

Not a bad game stop inside the mall, which is 1 of 2 the have at Roosevelt Field. This particular store is small but they have a real cool collection of DBZ figures on display which look awesome and they range from  $15- $40 dollars. They anflso have anflso large selection of used XBOX 360 Console games which is cool. Overall not bad just small.

While this video game shop is always crowded, small and kind of a mess, the staff is incredibly nice and I truly appreciated the girl at the cash register telling me more about the video game my son wanted prior to me buying it. Such great customer service. Thank you.

Very small, busy store at the m moment I visited.

Friendly, but not safe feeling. We left because people walking around with no mask. Employees were wearing them.

Line was out the door, too crowded. But in all fairness it was the holiday season.

Honestly the only reason I give it two stars is because the store was actually decent looking but the staff is dumber than a rock and doesn’t show any interest in getting up off their phones and helping I asked for three copies of black ops three for a LAN party they didn’t have three they said they had one I bought the one got home and Opened the case and it was black ops four clearly they can’t count or read or show any effort or initiative to help or look up other sister stores that could have it From working in retail and owning my own company if any of my staff was like this they would all be fired

Gamestop feels like a relic of the past that is fighting to keep itself relevant yet they don't sell vintage games and such.

WoW talk about No product, especially in a mall where you know customers are walking in and out ALL DAY....Didn't take long for me to walk out....

They got my order wrong and made me waste my time going there. I ordered an item after looking at it's availability in my area. When I got to the store they gave me the wrong item then when I pointed it out the associate said the item I was actually looking for was not at the store and in fact there was a mistake in their system. Apparently their game availability system in the application has not updated since Black Friday. I asked on the phone beforehand if the item was sealed and the associate said yes. When I get there they have me an open case with a sticker on it. FYI GameStop: that's not a sealed item. Beware when buying new videogames from this company. New for them can mean opened and since they don't specify that beforehand it's a mixed bag. I wouldn't shop here. There's another store just down the road that is much better.

Staff were not inviting, or helpful. Seemed crowded and cluttered. They charged me double for a pre-owned game than the already "pre-owned" price tag on it when I received the game case.

I didn’t purchase anything due to the employees not greeting or acknowledging customers. When I asked a question, it seemed as if I was the inconvenience. Smh.

Tried to get used game here. The price was $19 on the tag. After the long waiting for the register, they said the game is $42. They refused to match the price as the price tag on the case. No apologies or anything. Waisted my 30 min for nothing.

Was just trying to trade in a game and buy a game but the employee was trying to sell me the membership and a preorder as if his first born was going to die if i said no. He was very annoyed I didn't want to do it and was giving attitude.

I’d give 0 stars if I could but employees are brain dead and don’t know how to do their job .

Watch an employee curse out some European guy and when I asked about 360 games they couldn't be bothered. Glad I left this company, complete trash. Save your money.

All theu care about is selling pro membership which is stealing $25 from you. Gift cards don't work on v-bucks or digital currency in a effort to sell there physical merch so when they go out of business they don't have stock.

Warranties also a scam, they give you PRE OWNED INSTEAD OF NEW. They tell u not to tell customers.

I normally don’t write reviews but after my experience I thought I should. The (understaffed) workers have an attitude and lack common sense. I waited in line for half in hour on Christmas Eve when my time to buy presents is limited. When it’s finally time to be rang up, I am told that the registers do not accept tap to pay at the moment. Therefore, I left the store with nothing but my time being wasted!! This is information that should be posted on the door or somewhere so that people’s time aren’t wasted.

My games were stolen and sold here and they said if I want them back I’d have to pay full price. Was very upset that my video game collection of over 600 dollars was stolen and I spoke with the supervisor who said there was nothing they could do to ease the situation. I don’t think I can support this company that i have spent thousands of dollars on. Money is all they care about. Not humanity. I’m very upset with their lack of understanding.

They don't answer the phone. Lied to me saying I can pick my preorder anywhere. For any preorder just order off of Amazon.

Customer service always bad when I come. No acknowledgemt. Too busy chatting amongst themselves. Store too cramped and unorganized. Cant find collectibles most other gamestop's carry. What a disgrace.

Not happy with my recent experience at the store in Roosevelt mall.  I had arrived at the store and had asked if they had a game in stock which they said they had 2. I was asked to wait which I patiently did.  After about 20 mins or so I was asked by another employee if they could help me and I proceeded to tell him the game I was looking for and he stated that they did not have it and the another store in the mall had it but they are now closed.  Why wasn’t I told this at least 10 mins ago so that I could make it before closing?? They just wanted me to wait till closing just so they could get me out of the store.  That’s service for you

I went in and asked if they had a nintendo switch, and this school shooter looking fella said yes, and then about 4 seconds later when I took out my wallet he said just kidding. I almost beat him with a xbox one cause those have no use for those

The assistant manager is very polite. She truly works hard for the customers. However, the store itself is not that good. I had a trade credit worth about $159.60, and they said that it was cashed in by some other person. How's that possible when I removed the pin myself? But anyway they go on by saying that nothing can happen and they apologize. So here's a recommendation... never go to this store to trade in your items because this might happen to you as well. Their might be a glitch in their systems and you might lose this amount of money. And always check the names at the end of the receipt, cause anything can happen at this store.
