I shop at River House resale often. It is a very nice experience and the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is very organized and I've never been to a thrift store that has such a cute dog! In my opinion the manager is doing a wonderful job, and is a very hard worker.

We now have a new manager, she has been with Riverhouse Inc. within the office team, and is now going to be in store full time. Greer!!! Yay! I truly apologize for the bad experiences anyone has had with past employees/manager! We proudly make our customers feel welcome and happy by the time they leave the store! I love this job and the environment of pleasant shoppers! We have lots of great deals! Thank you for all the support in this community!

I had the pleasure of meeting Aubrey today. I called before coming in to see if there were any quilts. Aubrey went and checked, and even called me back to tell me that she found more! She was all over the store, carrying things for shoppers, finding things for people. I waited until she had a moment, told her I was the quilt lady, and she helped me find some lovely ones. Then! When I checked out, the lady in front of me was having trouble with her debit card, and was going to put her items back …. Aubrey offered to pay for it HERSELF WITH HER OWN MONEY, so that the woman’s child wouldn’t be disappointed. It was just a few little things, but still. This young lady is a treasure ❤️ And I will definitely become a frequent shopper- The store was full of awesome finds. And next time I come in, I will have a thank you gift for Aubrey. Going above and beyond is rare these days, and she made my day with her thoughtful nature, and kind spirit.

Love love love this thrift shop, they have so much stuff, there staff make you feel welcome, and OMG when they have a bag sale it a bag sale!!! Great shopping for everyone. And then there was that bad apple the women who dresses like it's 1990 was the definition of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER shop there again. And that hurts I will be taking my money to a different community than where I live, do to In competence.
