Let me tell you, my first trip to Resale Depot was an adventure! I spent a delightful afternoon browsing their treasures, from housewares that whispered forgotten house parties to clothing that could win a best-dressed-in-another-decade award. Just when I reached check-out with my mountain of DVD's and my garden supplies. the universe threw a little curveball.

The computers went kaput, the internet blinked out of existence, and for a glorious moment, we were all transported to a simpler time – a time of cash registers and abacuses (okay, maybe not that far back). But the amazing manager, took it all in stride.

We all had a good laugh while she expertly rang up my purchases. Plus, the manager's quick thinking and positive attitude solidified Resale Depot's place on my "must-visit-again" list.

So, if you're looking for a place with unique finds and a dash of unexpected charm, head on over. Just be prepared – you might end up with a little technological malfunction! 🫨

Clean and tidy store. Decent amount of clothing for women, some for men, but less. The furniture selection was good, but it’s hit or miss.

One of the best thrift stores in the Jackson area for sure, always something interesting to find here.

The book nook is my favorite section of this store because it is so well organized. I can browse inventory of specific non-fiction topics quickly to grab titles for cheap on whatever my knowledge-obsession du jour might be. Other highlights: a nice display of vintage clothes and toys. Curious cabinet stocked with interesting, slightly higher priced oddities. Clothing organized both by color and size, making shopping for items that might fit so easy. The linens selection is bigger and better organized than the other thrift stores in Jackson. Although I can't recall ever getting a great deal here, i return as often as possible because they offer a stellar browsing experience, which, to me is about 90% of what Im looking for from a thrift store.

Absolutely the best thrift store in Jackson. Prices are much more affordable than Goodwill, and much, much cleaner. Staff is great, very helpful, and happy to be there. Resale Depot is worth the drive from wherever you might live.

Nicely organized and nice amount of nice clothes in all different sizes the store is huge and has pretty much anything u might need I enjoy shopping there

My favorite discount store. I am always greeted when I walk in. The atmosphere is calm and uplifting as the worship music plays overhead. The workers seem to enjoy being there. The prices are appropriate for being a discount store and I feel good about every dollar I spend there. Seems like stuff is on sale all the time, so that's fun. They are so kind about receiving my item donations and I am happy to shop here knowing they're a ministry that supports other ministries, and they lovingly do it in Jesus' name.

The prices are INCREDIBLY low!! They have anything from clothes for the whole family, toys, books, antiques, kitchen ware, shoes, blankets, towels, bikes, and the list could go on and on!!
Today was my first time here and I'll DEFINITELY be coming back!!
I got 2 woman's tank tops, 2 woman's shirts, 2 woman's pants (1 was Silver brand), 6 stuffed animals, kids bowling set, 1 pair men's pants, 2 pairs of boys pants, a couple other miscellaneous toys and a necklace.... All for $50!!

Always have great deal's, I have purchased an awesome JVC radio from here, and bunch of other little stuff, very clean and organized. Always look forward to my next visit! Very friendly caring staff with great customer service! Questions are answered very efficiently. They do deliver furniture and bigger item's for a small Fee, which is a huge plus for me! I don't own a truck or trailer.

Hadn't been there in a long time. Just checked out craft items and house wares. They have a section for free clothes for anyone in need.

Fun place to walk through and look for bargains.  Everything was 25% off on Black Friday.  Bought a small lamp and 2 wine glasses and spent $4.41. 😊

I love how clothes are organized by type, size, and color. It makes it easy to find my favorites. The store smells clean and not musty like many thrift stores. It is also huge! Much larger than it looks. A great place to find some awesome deals.

So happy they have reopened! We were in the very first of by appointment only people to enter since Covid 19 shut down. Workers seemed genuinely happy to have us back!

Clean, well organized and great prices. They have a huge selection: clothing household goods, furniture, appliances, books... Everything is clean and in good condition. I think the prices are more reasonable than the other thrift shops, especially on clothing.

Great selection of furniture, clothes, books and other items. Was able to find what we were looking for. They do delivery and are willing to work best they can with you on times which is very helpful. Professional, courteous staff and volunteers. Highly recommend checking them out whether looking for furniture, clothing items, games, jewelry, books or just want to see what they have in stock. We will definitely go back.

I love this place! It's a little known tucked away gem that people never seem to have heard of  but they always have something fun and unique to be found here!  Lots of clothes, way more books than you could ever read, decent deals on furniture and it all goes to a great cause!

This is a wonderful place to buy cloths shoes men woman's and child clothes for sale. All types of dinnerware. All types of glass wares all types of furniture class stuff not junk I. Sure you will find most things you need it's a whole warehouse of items it worth stopping in prices are very low I would recommend  to resale shop over any other in the Jackson area none compare

A non-profit resale store where all profits benefit four Christian ministries. Large selection of items and consignment quality clothing at resale prices. Always feel free to ask a staff member if you're looking for something specific -- we try to get to know what our customers are shopping for and what brings them in!

I am writing as a volunteer who spends a lot of time at the store.   Jackson has a very generous donor base that makes this store successful!   Along with that there is an atmosphere that makes volunteering fun and rewarding individually as well as corporately.   Come join us!

I love wandering around in here looking at the overpriced antiques. It's nostalgic, like a museum of stuff that was in your grandmother's kitchen when she passed. Lots of fancy cat knick-knacks, crystal wine glasses, and some old records.

That's all thrift shops though, paying for the sentiment more than the material value, it's a business model that thrives on novelty items. The neat stuff is a lure to draw you in to buy something else for a reasonable price.

There is a small but decent selection of DVDs and books for some really great prices. Some of the clothing prices were a bit high. Good furniture prices, but the wall art is a bit much.

There are a lot of good prices on some of the electronics, but make sure to inspect them thoroughly, you get what you pay for, cosmetic tarnish is okay, but battery corrosion is not. Some things can be cleaned up and fixed and you got a good deal on the parts.

There is a lot of stuff that I could end up impulse buying and never using, which is probably how the store acquired it as well, people cleaning out garages of stuff they don't really use, but might be useful in an odd circumstance.

I love how well it's organized and spacious across multiple large rooms, not claustrophobic at all, and there is something interesting to reminisce about pretty much everywhere.

This is definitely one of the better places to thrift at if you’re looking for a good deal. Always has a nice variety of items. Some departments in the back room could be a bit more organized, mainly along the back wall. Prices are pretty reasonable, but sometimes an item here or there is inexplicably way overpriced. This is mainly noticeable in the antique and curio cabinet sections. Old does not always equal expensive.

The peeps have always been very pleasant. Good place to get some bargans on a wide variety of items and to donate your hand-me-downs.

This place has lots of hidden treasures if you come in every few weeks and browse. The building is clean and the staff are super friendly.

I go there to browse at least once a week. The staff is always friendly and kind. Prices are reasonable. Great book selection.

This place is better than Goodwill's prices on previously-owned (please...it's USED) merchandise.  The inventory seems to change more frequently, so you really cannot sit and think about purchasing.

They have an excellent glass and wicker basket  collection for crafters, and occasionally have some unique items that cause you to instantly revisit your childhood.

They've done a great job on utilizing space with opening up rooms with specific themes.  Kudos to the management team on this decision!  It's much easier to find, and it's organized.

Probably one of the best thrift shops in Jackson, HOWEVER, some of the items are WAY overpriced. I don't know how they're pricing things there, but there was one item priced $40 above what it would cost elsewhere. And $20 for a used electric coffee grinder made in the early '90s? Come on.

I recommend doing your due diligence while shopping here.

Still, I'd rather spend money here than at Goodwill.

Got to give this one only three stars... Prices are high, they used to be much more reasonably priced just a few months ago. The store was pretty well organized which made it simpler to find treasures.  Maybe I was in the store when the employee was having an off day, but when I asked a question the answer was rather snarky.

I can honestly say that I will be shopping elsewhere for quite a while.

Place was huge, items overpriced. If they have a mission to donate their proceeds to an organization, then the pricing seems right. For a picker like me, I left almost empty-handed.

I'm sorry to say I can no longer shop here. It use to be a great place to shop. But, the prices on most everything has become so ridiculously high that I can't afford it!  They are way out pricing GoodWill and I had to stop shopping there too. Not for Profit Organization? That's laughable.

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR COMMUNITY!!!! If you are looking for a place that cares for and wants to genuinely help it's community do NOT go here. They claim to be a thrift store but act like an antique store in their prices. My partner and I went to the counter with 4 small Winnie the Pooh stuffed animals that are a set. They have Velcro on their hands as they are all supposed to hold hands together. These plushies are maybe 2-3 inches tall. 3 of them were priced INDIVIDUALLY at 4.05 with one being 7.05. Assuming that maybe they didn't realize they were a set we went up to the register to ask and the assistant manager came up. She was extremely rude and told us that nothing they have is a set. She made sure to mention that the one that was 7.05 was priced higher because of the RESALE VALUE! As a business who gets all of their items from donations who do you think you are? This is the most unchristian "Christian"  organization I have come across here in Jackson. PLEASE if you are looking for a religious business that ACTUALLY helps their community go to 4ubyu which is owned by the nicest Christian woman who basically gives away what she has because she understands that what she is given is donated. You can also go to St Vincent's who actively provide funds to local food pantries in Jackson. Never going here again they are truly morally and ethically bankrupt and do not follow the teachings of any god I know. "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs." - 1 Timothy 6:10

The only reason why I give these guys one star is because I'm so tired of going into places that sells used stuff and trying to get brand new prices for it they need to learn how to do price checking before they price the stuff instead of making people feel like they're getting ripped off

This place is really crooked. Trust me, they are not financially ethical or legal. They claim to be doing the work of Christ but that couldn't be father from the truth. There's a lot being hidden here from both the government and the public. If you don't want to support spiritual and financial fraud, shop elsewhere.

Prices didn’t make sense, one pair of jeans was 4 and the next pair 15… not willing to negotiate, they had a dish set but would only sell each piece separately.

Mostly giving a one star because they blast religious music, not everyone is religious and it completely ruined my experience.
