As a couple during moves we've had to let go of some amazing furniture because it didn't work in a new home or because of changing needs. Guess what? Most other couple do the same thing and a lot of their high quality cast offs pass thru this store and their sister location in Jackson. You won't find chain store items here but rather very well cared for furnishings and decorative items at very reasonable prices. Excellent staff. Start your look here.

Great,  pleasant environmental. Clean and smells amazing. Owner was superb and very friendly. The items for sale were reasonably priced and very nice. Highly recommend going in and looking around,  there are great treasures to be found here!  You definitely don't want to miss out! I'll be back often. Thanks again!  😊

What a COOL resale shop!! Lots to see when you go inside! They have some really NICE and well kept items! I found things to be a bit on the expensive side, but managed to find some bargains!!

This is a fantastic place to find gently used furniture with great prices. They always have something new -- nearly every week -- so make sure sure to stop in frequently if you're on the hunt for something specific.

What a gem of a store!  They have super nice things for sale here.  There is more nice furniture available here than you'd guess from seeing the unassuming store front.  I'll definitely be back to check out their inventory again.

AWESOME PLACE!  I have been shopping here since it opened!  The furniture is quality  and so is the delightful staff!  If you believe something is expensive just wait!  The prices are often set by the owners but every month it remains on the floor the price is automatically reduced. If you are decorating your home and want unique furniture check Westside Furniture first!

I went in twice for the same item, it was advertised on marketplace.  When I went into the store the first time I couldn't find it and nobody would wait on me.  So are looking around at some VERY high priced used items, I left.  I texted them and the next day got a response, so I went back and did purchase what I went for.  however I had also been interested in a lamp they were asking a 100.00 for, but it was gone.  At home I found the same lamp at MACY'S. It was 73.00 and they delivered it to me.  Watch what you are paying for.

We are a consignment store and do not market ourselves as an antique store. Consignment stores typically carry all sorts of items, ranging from contemporary to antique. It is unfair for you to give our store a 2 Star review based on your lack of information.

For a consignment store everything was very expensive

It is very disappointing you felt the need to post this unthoughtful review. If our store is not in your budget there are many other options available to you in the Jackson and surrounding areas that might be, as well as charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and St. V's. Our prices match the quality of the items we receive and the services we provide in the store. We only accept designer furniture, lighting, and home goods in excellent condition. Upon extensive research, our items are priced at 50-80% less than the retail price. If you were an educated shopper, you would understand that. We are NOT A THRIFT STORE! I will enlighten you a bit on how damaging a review like yours can impact a small business. Owning and running a small business in today's world is challenging enough and a review like yours without any thought put into it is just unnecessary. If our store isn't for you, go on your way and let it be. I hope you will consider this the next time you review a business. Have a nice day!!

Attempted to make an offer on some peices, not unreasonably lower than the asking price and was abruptly told they don't accept or consider offers. Joe is a real peice of work, and apparently I am a "hater" and have been "blocked" for making an offer.

I called and asked if they’d be interested in selling my dresser. They wanted me to email pictures, so I did and got no response. I called and emailed again but still no response. Finally I resent the picture a third time and got a response saying they can’t sell it, with no explanation as to why. Why would a furniture consignment business refuse a gorgeous quality made antique piece? They’re not professional or responsive.

Hello Cheryl, I have discussed your recent experience at our Jackson store with the manager there. We pride ourselves in taking very good care of our over 6000 consignors and if there are ever any issues regarding payment, we will discuss this with them so both parties have a clear understanding of our terms. It sounds to me like there was a breakdown somewhere along the way. I'm glad you were settled for your items.

If you bring things there to sell
Reconsider . If you want to buy that is different  then they are very pleasant, didn't learn that till after I took things
in to sell,  people told me that,  didn't believe them till I went for my money,  she said she didn't want to argue  but she was,  she said this is the way we do business and tell  customers up front,  LOL. She finally gave me my  money.
That will be last time I step in that place.

I do not recommend taking only a few items as a $20.00 fee applies. I lost all money for the items I took.

Too high priced on everything.  I could buy new at cheaper prices.
