My family had a property that had been in our family for over 70 years. The house and buildings were absolutely packed with items of every type, we didn’t even know where to start. We talked to Joe at Ridgecrest and he seemed to understand the market and audience, that is an understatement - Joe and his team are second to none, he runs a first class operation! We could not be more pleased with the outcome. We worked with Joe for about 6 months to get our property cleared, he was there to guide us and offer advice. He is very realistic in his timelines and estimates. His team did an absolutely amazing amount of physical labor, the online auctions were exciting to follow! Joe and everyone we interacted with on his team are absolutely the best people, Joe and his team made an overwhelming and daunting task much easier and a pleasure! Joe is a master of his craft, and he demonstrated that fact.
