The new management is so kind and friendly. The volunteers are so amazing. The atmosphere of this store is so pleasing now that it has new owners. Definitely will be coming alot more now

What a great place! TONS of great, well kept used items to buy, and all for local churches and charities in the Muskegon area. Works specially to help with purchases for area youth groups. Carl is fantastic!

This is one of the coolest cleanest resale stores I have been to. They are all about being a place that is able to help people out in bad situations or to help people start in new living situations. They aren't there to make money, they are for the community.

If you have any time at all, call them up and volunteer! They can use any help you can give! Technical, janitorial, woodworking, clothing, they always have things to be done.

I just went here and bought an entire set of vintage furniture. It was clean and looked brand new. The price was right AND they delivered it to me. I definitely will be shopping here again!!!!!

We LOVE this store. There is no better thrift store in Muskegon imo.

The 1/2 off sales were wonderful. So very organized

If you are a vintage collector, you will love this place. Lots of working electronics from the 50s to 90s, books from as far back as the 1850s, and everything was priced very reasonably! I loaded up on books today and plan on going back again this week!

This is my favorite thrift store in Muskegon and thrift store chain in Michigan. They always have different items when I stop in and each week certain colored items are 50% off. In addition, on the last Tuesday of each month, everything is 50% off. The employees always are friendly and the money goes to a great cause. I've gotten really nice clothes and household items from here over the years. It's definitely worth stopping in (and there's another thrift store right next door).

Good selection and love the half off on colors (price tags come in variety of colors and they pick a color and boom! Half of tag price)

Stop asking to add $2.00 to our bill.  Most people shop there for the prices and don't have the extra money to give.  Your employees make one feel it is necessary to give to the point that if 2 cents is to be returned to the customer...it  is left in the till and she goes on to the next customer.  Many people are living on a fixed income and they need to realize this and quit pushing for more money!! If you need more money- then raise your prices and quit being pushy!

Horrible horrible prices for a thrift store! I don’t know who was on shift when but it’s crazy. I’ve been here and came back months later and see the same ideals still there. No wonder. I thought thrift stores helped people in need. I like to shop at thrift stores to support the business who helps the needy but this place is bad. It’s as if they price things as a eBay seller. Everything was DONATED. I’m only going to shop/donate at Mel trotter and goodwill from now on. Bad vibes here.

Hi Autumn, with COVID and a change in ownership we did have some odd hours for a bit, but we are now open 6 days a week with normal business hours. We hope you will visit again soon and consider updating your review now that we have addressed the issue you were concerned about.

I am never in town when they are actually open. I do not understand why they have such weird hours.
