Reasonable prices, good variety and not too cramped like some consignment stores.  Staff are nice and friendly but not intrusive.

A GREAT place for slightly used home furnishings and very unique items.  Top shelf, all the way!!! Wonderful, friendly staff; can't go wrong. New items, it seems, weekly!!! Prices outstanding.

Call for an appointment at 11:00 and they do not answer their phone or it is left to ring and you are cut off.  This has happened to me numerous times. They have lost my consignments at different times as I can't sit around waiting for them to answer their phone.
Such a shame for a really great business.

Was just there dropping off some household items.. They sell for a small. Commission, and you can purchase items other people bring in.. Anything to do with the home

Thank you for the review. Sorry you felt disheartened.. We make tape measures available for customers but frequently need to replace them due to customers inadvertently taking them. I can only assume that is what happened in this scenario. 

Longtime shopper at this location, hadn’t been in a while. I seen a bench as I was about to leave and asked an associate if they could give me a measuring tape to measure my car. Just as I finished measuring, a woman came out asking me about the measuring tape. Stating that the other woman that gave it to me, was concerned that I was taking it. I hadn’t been out of the store longer than two minutes. She was apologetic, but it seemed very unprofessional to be treated this way when I asked borrow it for this reason. I didn’t end up getting the bench and I am completely disheartened about the whole thing.

Staff not friendly. Never greeted when I walked in.. I walked all around the store no one spoke until I got ready to leave.. I won’t be back.

Employees are not friendly and they are lazy. Today I had a bad experience in this HOME TO HOME store.
An employee called Nancy was rude and unprofessional the other was worthless. It was too much bother. The manager Biz was not there at the moment.. NEVER WILL RETURN TO THIS STORE. As far as I concern Ms. Manager Biz or the owner should higher better customer services employees.
