I called on the morning of my wife’s birthday to have flowers delivered to her work. I gave some small details of what she likes and they did the rest. They delivered on time and the bouquet was really nice. It’s now 10 days later and it still looks and smells great.

I ordered a get well bouquet online for a co-worker and was COMPLETELY IMPRESSED by Rockwood Flower Shop! They sent me a Bloom -Snap picture the morning of to show what the arrangement looked like, and when there was no answer at her door, they called from the shop to let me know what their plan for delivery was.  I will DEFINITELY use this shop again! 10/10!!!!

We are a first time customer. My daughter had a dental procedure and we wanted to comfort her with a delivery of flowers and balloons. The flowers and balloons were perfect, she was happy and the flowers made her comfortable for the afternoon. Delivery was prompt and left at the correct door, price was reasonable. Thank you for this first time purchase, we will be returning customers.

Very sympathetic as I was sending an arrangement to a friend who had a family member pass.  Very easy to work with, had options to deliver the same day and made the process as easy as possible. I live in Florida and I have used Rockwood flower shop a few times but thru websites. I called the lady listen to what I was looking for. It's My Mother's 80th Birthday plus she just went through radiation for lung cancer. So this had to be a very important bouquet 💐. I know I can count on them to get the perfect bouquet 💐 I trust them 💯.

I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day, one in mostly pink and the other mostly yellow, sight unseen. I just got the bouquets and I'm so impressed with the work they did, putting together two beautifully unique arrangements for a good price. I trusted the reviews and loved the photos of arrangements I saw. I placed my order online Saturday (Easter Weekend) to be delivered Monday and they did not disappoint!
The delivery driver called me when nobody was home to answer the door upon delivery. I asked if he would wrap the arrangement and tuck it safely out of the wind. He was very sweet, polite and happy to accommodate, assuring me they come prepared for this very thing.
I ordered the maximum upgrade of the "Hometown Girl" arrangement. It is absolutely gorgeous and instantly filled up my Loved One's room with aromatic, delightful smells. 💕

We had a great experience having flowers delivered. The delivery driver contacted us to know the delivery had been made and sent a photo of where the flowers were left. The recipient shared that the flowers were beautiful and of good quality. I would use them again.

Highly recommend! Used them for the first time yesterday. The delivery was fast and the driver was unbelievably friendly. The arrangement blew me away. It was stunning. I will absolutely use them again.

I see I already reviewed them a year ago but feel the need to update this review because they again went over and above normal customer service to help me AND they didn’t even make a sale of any kind.  They were not able to help me with something I needed but were able to give a place that could help.  Which the place she recommended did help with what I needed.  That’s selfless customer service which is why I will always go to their shop first!!!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM A YEAR AGO: Was shopping online for some Valentines days flowers.  Every online retailer advertised a low price but then hit your with $20 to $40 in hidden cost when you get to the check out.  Most were delivery fees ranging from $20 to $30 plus handling fees.  I was disappointment.   I googled florist near me hoping if I went in I would get a more reasonable deal.  Found this place.  Great prices and when I asked about delivery she said sure delivery is $8!  WOW!  I will be buying all my flowers here from now on!!!!

My father's doctor gave him exceptional care prior to his passing, and we wanted to send her a holiday table arrangement as a small token of our gratitude.  I live in FL, and picked Rockwood Flower Shop because of the high ratings.  They didn't disappoint us.  They called me when they received the order because they needed to make a substitution (white candle versus a gold candle), which I confirmed was okay.  They sent a picture of the finished product (attached) and it exceeded our expectations.  Five stars from our family for Rockwood Flower Shop!

Beautiful arrangements and out of the world customer service. They went above and beyond to deliver a last minute bouquet for my Aunt's birthday.  Rather than be annoyed with my sense of urgency (like several other places) she assured me a beautiful arrangement would make it on time and even sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivery so I could see it. I will definitely be using Rockwood Flower Shop again.

BRAVO!  Chose this local shop rather than defaulting to the top ad on my google search to make a special delivery!  I received via email a photo of the floral arrangement before it was delivered--I selected "florist's choice" and it was just delightful.  Spot on!

I wanted to send flowers to my Godparents to brighten their day. I called Rockwood right after they opened for the day to inquire about ordering a Designer's Choice bouquet and if they delivered to a specific area. They kindly informed me they delivered to the area I needed. I placed my order online and within two hours, my Godparents called to thank me for the beautiful arrangement. This place is AMAZING!!!! I live in Arizona, but my girlfriend lives in Rockwood right now. I would normally get her flowers personally so this was the first time I ever had to get the delivered. It is freezing outside in Michigan right now and I also figured that since it was Valentine's Day, there was a chance my flowers might not get delivered on time. They were right on time and she LOVES THEM! The quality of the flowers was awesome and she really liked that they put a faint amount of glitter on the flowers. Absolutely flawless. 10/10 service and quality! To make things better, her mom already knew about Rockwood Flower Shop and told my girlfriend that they are "super fancy". I had no clue what I was doing, but it worked out perfectly. Thank you Rockwood Flower Shop! You guys are awesome!!

Wonderful florist shop with a magical selection of gifts as well. They are incredibly friendly and helped me select a beautiful funeral arrangement that they selected the color and flowers for me. It was just beautiful!

The flowers we bought for a funeral I hand picked and was delivered the night before to the funeral home. However, the funeral home gave our arrangement to the wrong family. Everyone at the Rockwood Flower shop went above and beyond to find out what happened to the flower arrangement we bought.

Thank you for making such a beautiful bouquet for my mother (Carol Tilley) and delivering them on Monday.  She was so pleased.

I have placed several orders with Rookwood Flower shop. Not only have the orders been correct, they went above and beyond. My wife and daughters that I ordered flowers for was completely in awe. The service is beyond what you would expect. And the people who work there go out of their way for the customers.

I highly recommend this place! it's a fun little shop that offers more than fresh flowers they have all kinds of stuff for your home and holiday decorations.. I have to stop in at least once a month to get something new

I received a "Get Well" bouquet and 2 balloons in which one was deflated. The  bouquet was delivered on a Thursday and clearly typed on the card it read deliver on Friday so luckily someone was home to receive the sparse and half wilted bouquet along with the one deflated balloon. It's a week and a day later and I couldn't revive the flowers so I'm left with one standing balloon. I know it's possible to keep flowers longer than a week as I have another bouquet I received days earlier while in the hospital and they are thriving.

Last minute mothers day search for a simple bouquet of roses with baby's breath. They were over their heads with pre-ordered arrangements to take a walk-in, and wait request. I stopped on a long shot. I could see they were super busy when I pulled in. I did understand. My thoughts were on my dieing mother . Not really on  needing to pre-order due to mother's day.

Out of state so went online to order, called to make sure it could be delivered next day...they had a different basket - I said no problem, didn't have azalea - they have kalanchoe or ivy. I said no problem, use kalanchoe. What I ordered for $75 & what was delivered looks about 1/2 the price! Very disappointing! What they didn't know was that someone was going to send me a pic of what I ordered! I am a business owner and I deliver what people pay for....what a shame!

I was really disappointed in the funeral arrangement I got from this place. We paid $170.00 and it sure did not look like $170.00 worth. I took a picture of it and showed people, I asked them how much do you think we paid for it. They all said about $70 to $80. Now when my husband went and ordered them you, you the owner told him you did not have a vase large enough for $170.00. So we thought you would  put it on a stand. But guess YOU put it in a small vase. So we feel we got ripped off. I’m telling all my friends how we ripped us off. There were several people that attended this funeral and they could not believe how much we paid for that arrangement. And you know who we are. And you know the $70 arrangement you sent to the funeral home. You probably lost a lot of customers. And if you have anything yo say to me you know how to contact me. I would have gave you a zero rating but there is no zero rating.

We remember the confusion with your order back at the beginning of the year, late January-February. You ordered green carnations in your vase and were unhappy with the natural color green they came in. You explicitly told us both times we spoke, you did not want them sprayed a fake green. We apologize if some how we mixed that up,  If you were expecting a certain color and we didn't have that ready for you. We did however, offer to spray them a darker green and you declined.  We specialize in our funeral work and are known for going above and beyond. We would never be cruel to anyone, especially someone dealing with a death. We have lost 2 Grandmothers this year and my Step-father has been in the Hospital for the last 7 Months. We know what it is like to lose someone and how important you want that day to be. We are very sorry for your loss again. We wish you would have contacted us back when this incident happened 4+ months ago so we could have tried to make it right. Thank You

Worst experience EVER!  I purchased flowers for my father's funeral.  When I went to pick up the flowers, the colors were not what I had expected.  I asked the worker about it, the she said that is what I had ordered.  It wasn't what she said, but how she said it in an incredibly rude manner.  I said that was fine, and I would take the flowers.  I paid for my purchase.  Then she followed me around the counter as I walked out the door, and she loudly said, "Have a NICE DAY!"   I was in total shock that someone could be so cruel to another human being on such an awful day.  I will never purchase from this flower shop again.

Update: I read your reply, and I did ask that the flowers not be sprayed because I was worried about the shade they would turn out to be.  The color of the flowers are not the reason I wrote this review.  The flowers worked well enough.  I wrote this review because of the way I was treated.  I am sorry for the losses in your family and the difficult times you are going through.

My order was not like the picture on the internet.  It was a nice brown basket with two purple African violets in it.  When I saw my order at the funeral home, it only had one African violet in the cheap white basket.  The African violet was pink and not the purple that I saw in the picture.  When I called to tell about what I got, the woman said that she told me it may be different from what I saw on the internet. She did not tell me that on the phone when I ordered.  Also, she said that there was 2 violets in the basket and maybe someone from the funeral home took one out.  Then she said " We're done with this conversation."  I will never order from this business again.  This person is very bad for business!
