This store is a great local business that creates a unique shopping experience. Lots of name brand labels with a constantly changing inventory. The owner is fantastic  and creates a very welcoming environment!

The store is well organized and curated. The customer service is great. For now, shopping is by appointment only which provides a quiet and socially distant shopping experience.

I just moved to town and stopped in at this boutique. Super happy I did because I can see myself spending quite a few afternoons here digging through the goodies. The woman in the shop today was very friendly and funny and I'll be back. The prices were fantastic, not even remotely "overpriced" as that one reviewer said. We're talking like $10 for sweaters, people, get a grip! I'll be back soon!

Went with a friend...she hit the mother load!  I didn't need anything...at all-but i couldn't pass on the brand new jeans!  2 pair.  Everything is nice and clean,  great selection, two people came in with great looking things...can't wait to go back!

The Resale Boutique is amazing!! The owner, Jamie, and all of the staff are very personable and helpful. I co-sign at Resale Boutique and it is so easy and rewarding. I stop in each week to shop...and I usually have money in my account from my items that have sold to use toward the payment of new items. Jamie is constantly rearranging the store to look so unique - with new items all of the time. A few homewares have been added too. My teenage daughter even likes to go with me. Visiting the Resale Boutique is part of my weekly relaxation. Stop by and you won't be disappointed!!

What a nice consignment shop! Lots of high end, name brand clothing. Everything is in near new condition too. I purchased a super cute, leather clutch, with original tags with original price of $115, for $8!!!!  You can't beat that! I can't wait to go back and find more treasures.

I know we do,  they sell out fast... i wish we had more too :)

I’ve heard good things about this shop and decided to take a quick trip to Saline. As a fellow small business owner, I love supporting other small businesses. I stopped in and the young lady at the front didn’t greet us the entire time, much less make eye contact. There were high quality brands at decent prices, but was really disappointed with the customer service. I didn’t even care to continue shopping.

Your attitude is what small businesses need across America right now.  Thanks for taking the time to review and your support.  I have been in business for 12 years, having a consignment shop is alot of work.   We work very hard at what we do.  You visit Saline and our store one time then write a negative review.   I read your other reviews about other businesses,  it sounds like all you do is specialize in writing negative reviews.  You seem like someone who is high maintenance, negative, & hard to please in general.   So maybe it's you that could use some criticism not me.

This was the only clothing store open when I arrived in Saline. I had lost some of my shirts while on vacation and needed a couple more to pull me through for the rest of my vacation. I've seen a lot of small town boutiques like this, and was not surprised at what I saw. Over-priced, used clothes and jewelry that are outdated and way out of style.

UPDATE: Instead of trying to make my experience at this store better, the owner decides to reply to me rudely. Learn how to take constructive criticism and improve your business starting with your customer service.
