I love looking around this store, lots of old & antique things, even some newer items. They have a wide variety of household items. Also the only place to get Rethunk Junk Resin paint.

Reasonably priced antiques, newer furniture, and repurposed pieces. They renovated to expand into the adjacent factory space and I'm thrilled to have such a great resource thriving in Three Rivers! I stop by monthly (at least) and hover on their Facebook page when I need to see what's new in their photos. They follow up on questions on the photo comments there, answering questions about pricing and dimensions. The crew has a good vision for paint choices and editing pieces in fresh ways, and I love taking a look around to find inspiration for using what I already have, or to appreciate or make a purchase on the repurposing projects that are really clever - it keeps me thinking creatively.

I just moved into an apartment nearby and heard good things about this place from a few people. I decided to check it out today. It is really cool! It looks relatively unassuming on the outside and then you go inside and see furniture that goes on and on! The staff are super friendly as well, they even pre-loaded our furniture before we came back with my dad's truck. The prices are incredible too! We bought two dressers and a nice desk for $580. You can't buy one of those things that often for that price! I would definitely recommend this 10/10 to a friend or family member.

This place is just awesome! So many kinds of furniture and decor pieces to choose from. Beautiful antiques, vintage and modern. Very reasonable prices too!  Totally reccomend checking this place out!

Welcome is the vibe and with a free self brew coffee in hand we wander massive floor space in an old mill warehouse and see wonders and possibilities for any room and I would just love to take home . I was truely in awe . Furnishings given another shot that are great solid and select picks for all who love antique any where from late 1800s to vintage mid 1900s to first tme needs to reinfuse absalute cool into your space . Dove tales and hand built is a lost art we all admire so this place is a must see to believe .

Everytime I go here I find something I love :) new, old, refurbished, a bit of everything. It's great especially if you want to find decorations that are not just at every store around. They also have samples/sell paints if you like doing projects on your own. Bonus: you can always make a cup of coffee or tea while browsing.

Second wind is incredible!  We bought a brass floor lamp, an oak coffee table, a swivel chair with matching couch pillows, and an oak dresser for 700.00.  Fantastic deals and beautiful functional pieces. This is my new favorite store and I cant believe I waited so long to go in.  A must go to store if your in the market for household items or furniture! Nice job ladies!

Great values on refurbished or repurposed retro and vintage furniture. Unique and quality ideas and colors to give a refreshing look to classics. There are even some modern and like-new pieces for great prices.  Many accessories and home decor pieces, too. Much more stylish, lively, and refreshing than the low-quality, run-of-the-mill, cookie-cutter chain store find. Affordable.

Wow!  Not what we were expecting.  If you're on the market for furniture of any kind, visit this place!  What a hidden gem.  I was surprised by the amount of vintage and retro pieces available at VERY reasonable prices.

This place is amazing, you never know what you will find and they have a HUGE selection of second hand furniture. They definitely cater to people that are looking for a rustic feel and want nice mismatched pieces of furniture.

Great place it find quality resale furniture. They also refurbish and repaint older furniture. Have found a couple of table and chair sets here.

Sorry to hear this...  We work hard to repurpose and do neat things to old ratty pieces. The time and supplies are not cheap.   I feel that we are priced way below the Kalamazoo and Elkhart resale shops.

Sometimes you see good deals and repurposed decorations. They do a good job giving life back into the furniture buuuuut some are way over priced. Still a neat shop to stop by every now and again.
UPDATE 5-29-18, fair enough, I can't imagine what it takes to refurbish, repair or repurpose the furniture you receive.
I can say that I have bought a dining set from you and it's gorgeous. I receive compliments on it all the time. So for reminding me of the labor and love you put into your work. I rate this store 5 stars.
And you mentioned other 2nd hand furniture stores as being over priced, I agree. I've been to a few just in Kalamazoo (they did not have to fix the pieces they receive) and waaaaay over priced!

I was in this store on Tue. July 27 2015, this is one of the nicest stores in this area. Everything is displayed with a lot of thought, it isn't crammed in somewhere like a lot of shops. Very unique items and wonderful prices, I am telling my friends to stop by

Found an oak shelf for 1/2 price. Lady working register was very efficient and friendly. Told me about free Longaberger items. Took all pieces.  Longaberger basket lady has not added any new items. Found some pottery pieces. Great visit!

Fun place to look for furniture... some to refinish and some perfect the way it is. Lots of home decor too. Clean, easy to find, and fun to shop with a friend.

If you are interested in getting good used furniture it's a good place to start at. Thank you for your time and all that you do for the people.

Our Hold policy is… 6 pm from one day till 6 pm the next business day.  You didn’t talk to an employee.  If you had they would have told you that we give you 7 days to pick up purchased items and we offer a 3 week layaway.  Which is posted by the cash register…. According to our conversation you were here on Wednesday, your husband told you to wait till you could make arrangements with a truck.  Which I am assuming you made over the Holiday weekend to pick it up on Tuesday.  The table went on HOLD Thursday night at 6.  We were closed Friday and Saturday, so Tuesday at 6 pm the HOLD would have expired.  You called Tuesday morning and expected it to be here and you asked me to just sell it to you, because you had a truck and wanted to come and get it.  I honored our HOLD policy.  PSS… WE DO help load, just not ungodly heavy pieces… this is also posted.    I’m sorry you are upset, if you would have just asked…   

I wanted a dining room set they had. I stopped in Last week and said I wanted the sey. I had to arrange for pickup and help since they said they won't help either.  They said they don't hold things but I found out this morning when i called that they were "holding" it for someone else since Thursday afternoon. I was there Wednesday morning and thru wouldn't hold it. They said they were giving her until 6 (when they close) If she backs out, they're out too because I work daily until Tuesday now and won't have help during their hours.

I am sorry you were unhappy.  Now let’s tell the story….  You brought in press board furniture.. This is not wood, nor great quality.  All of the pieces had surface mold.  It takes time and it is expensive to treat it.  The filing cabinet had a broken piece, I had to fix.  The end table had a broken drawer, I had to fix. The chair has to be cleaned and treated.  The curios both had been touched up with black on a cherry surface.   We would have been happy to load it back up and you could have kept it and been unhappy about that too.  You cannot expect top dollar for Press board furniture.  

These people at second wind furniture are the most dishonest people I have ever done business with. They cheat people out of money. I wouldn’t buy a thing from them.

These people quoted me a price based on the pictures I showed them. There was a complete bedroom set that was not press board and had no mold.
They found some small black stains on the underside of a chair that can be easily cleaned with bleach
