TL;DR Sold some silver for a really good price, & the gentleman who works there seemed pleasant to me in my honest opinion; I'll probably go back there if I ever need to sell silver again, & I plan to buy some from them when my budget allows it, seeing as they had quite the selection of silver from what I saw. Read all the one star reviews & got a little concerned that I was going to get ripped off heading in there, but it seems I didn't need to be concerned at all; I had 3 ounces of 1oz silver rounds¹ I needed to sell, & the man in there bought them at/slightly above spot², which was an unexpected surprise, but much appreciated³. People in the reviews say he has a bad attitude, but I didn't really see that; all I did was ask if they bought silver, he said yes, so I presented my silver, to which he made a favorable offer to me, & so I sold said silver. In conclusion, if those rounds¹ were worth more than spot & I did get ripped off, as the reviews suggest, I don't really care, it would of been my own fault for not looking into it & doing my own research anyways; though I did buy them from the generic 1oz silver bin at a pawn shop for spot+$6 (I believe it was $6 could of been less) forever ago, so the idea that I was scammed is quite low to completely nonexistent in my opinion. Even if I did have anything that I thought was worth a great deal of money, I would've done my research, maybe gotten it graded, & got in contact with an auction house anyways, not a coin shop, pawn shop, or what-be-it; not to say that can't sell to those places, but if you do, doing atleast a cursory amount of research as to the true value of the item both graded & ungraded, then getting it graded if the added value of doing so justifies the expense of getting it graded beforehand is paramount/the essential bare-minimum of what you need to do; if you don't do atleast that, then expect to get scammed at most, if not all places you go to. I do feel for the people who said they got scammed, but at the same time, you walked into a shop with little to no knowledge as to what you were selling, or even what it was worth, then you put all your faith into the good judgment of the shopkeep to give you a fair, honest price; maybe I'm just being cynical, but I wouldn't trust someone I just met & don't know to give me a fair, amazing price for something I had no clue about, let alone for something worth a great deal of money--don't be naïve, they're trying to make money after all, & if you seem like any easy mark, I assume most places would try to low-ball you as much as possible--so why should you? ¹Unsure what the actual nomenclature is; it's just 1 ounce of silver that's a round coin shaped. ²$23 an ounce was what they were bought at, & spot was somewhere around $22.73-$22.81 for the bid price, when last checked. So, it's not a lot, but it's still above/at the spot price. ³I usually buy & sell to a local pawn shop, & they never give me that close to spot when I sell there. I understand why they can't, seeing as selling-buying silver isn't their main business, but the point still remains the same, I never expected to receive that close to spot to begin with; even when researching what the common buyrate for silver is, it seems around 95% of spot is the industry standard for dealers, & far less for the average pawn shop, atleast that was what the website I read from told me. For example, if you're selling a 1oz silver round¹ at the local pawn shop, expect to get somewhere around 70%-80% of the spot, if I'm remembering correctly, could be 60%, though I doubt it's that low; so if spot is around $23 an ounce, expect to get $16-$18 an ounce, maybe even closer to $20 or more if the round is known to be sought after by people, it's more than an ounce (like a 2oz, 5oz, or something bar/round/coin), or if you buy from that shop frequently, seeing as they're more willing to get closer to the actual spot price because they know you frequent their establishment to buy silver & other things. At least, that's been my experience. Your mileage may vary.

It takes a long time to get them but even longer to get ride off of them for a good Deal. That makes a good Deal. 🤑
