John aka Sarge and Dee aka Red are the best! They've helped me find someone many figures to add to my Star Wars collection.

Saw the shop while driving down the road and went back in the afternoon with my son.  Incredible is an understatement!  John and his dad are super friendly and knowledgeable.  I took in some old Star Wars figures to sell.  John went through everything and gave me a very good deal for the lot.  Their inventory is extremely comprehensive.  If you can think of it, they probably have it.  Modern toys / collectibles, vintage items, and everything in between.  Their prices are super competitive.  Don't forget to look upstairs for more items after you go through their vast assortment on the first floor.  We will definitely go back in the future!!
My son commented multiples times that they had hard-to-find Transformers for great prices!

Came here yesterday with my mom and sis we found this place in the dark from my sisters eagle eye view and BOY when we walked in it felt like I had just walked into a time capsle. Everything was so captivating and organized with reasonable and affordable prices. The owners checking us out at the cash register were SO enthusiastic and welcoming. 10/10 💯would come again but with more money so I can buy even more cool collectibles for my collection.😊👌

This shop is awesome! They have a very wide variety of all kinds of toys and collectibles. Tons of transformers, star wars figures, funko pop, vintage toys, and lots more.

Fair pricing. Staff that make you feel welcome. Fantastic selection. Stop wasting gas on your toy hunt and just go to Sarge and Red’s. You’ll be glad you did and you’re supporting a local business as opposed to a corporation that doesn’t know the meaning of Mint on Card.

An absolute toy store destination!!!!! Remember when they planted time capsules in the 80 at maybe your school or when a building opened.... Sarge and red's is a living breathing toy time capsule.... Love coming here! Selection is incredible with toys of all types for any collector. They have an awesome selection of new toys and tons of glass cabinets full of vintage stuff if that is more your style. Great store, highly recommended for action figures and vintage toys! It’s very hard to leave here empty handed, I always find something I want to add to my collection. The customer service is great and the owners are very friendly and approachable. It’s hard finding those qualities in most collector stores. I’ve visited this store 3 times, it’s a great experience and has a lot of eye appeal. Colorful, fun and tons of stuff to look through. I’m a big Transformers fan and I shared a few pics of what I recently picked up from them. I’ll be back again soon!

The whole family decided to hop in the car today and make the 1 hour trek to Utica to visit Sarge & Red’s. It was well worth the drive, we spent about 90 minutes in the store browsing the selection and chatting with the owners.  The owners were fun to talk too and very knowledgeable about all the toys and memorabilia in their shop. We took a few photos with the Grimace playground feature.  Each family member walked away with several nostalgic treasures and we talked about it the whole ride home.  We can’t wait to visit again and again.

Always the best in every thing. From customer service, questions, very knowledgeable staff, that even have imported items! There was one negative the lack of GI Joe skystriker, or the raven. Them mine! Lol, But seriously awesome place, very cool,  even months later that will remember your orders and let you know if that came in. It's a definite check me out. Especially the meet and greets. Use the front door those times.

Out of towners visiting family and my son wanted to go find some WWE action figures, so we checked google and found this place not sure what to expect. Oh boy did we choose the right place!!! This place is phenomenal and had a huge selection of new and vintage action figures of all kinds! My son was in heaven looking thru the countless WWE figures and I had so much fun seeing other toys from my past (transformers, tnmt, go joe, etc.) if you are a collector or just love toys this is the place to go! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, especially when we told them we were from out of town. Excellent service, selection, and prices… definitely recommended if you are in the area.

I love this Family Centered Environment. This is the new "Mom & Pops Toy Store" from the 70s. Every time you enter the PARKING LOT, you can feel the love. Amazing place! My wife and I have been coming here for a while now but a lot more recently. Things they have: MOTU, D&D books, Transformers, Dino-Riders, lots of old toys from 80s or older etc ,starcom, silverhawks, captain powers and the soldiers of the future, visionaries knights of the mystical light, centurions, thundercats, GI-JOE (both tons of figures and quite a lot of vehicles), Star Wars (vintage and new stuff), TMNT, and lots of random good stuff as well as many modern more contemporary toys/collectibles (Mythic Legions, newer versions of aforementioned toys, etc). In addition to the physical store they also have an online store and they also are on the live auction app known as Whatnot and usually have a show on Wed (i've gotten some amazing things on there as well and its a lot of fun). They also sometimes have signings so check out their events on their homepage. Super nice owners and a fun place to check out! But beware as you might become Fry from Futurama and just shove your money forward saying "Take my money!" That part won't be my fault. Even if you aren't in Michigan, you should come visit and check this store out as its worth the trip. 10 out of 5 stars recommendation. 10/5

I've been coming here since my hubs introduced me after his brother took him. I've found: G1 My Little Ponies/playset, Rainbow Brite, He-Man and She-Ra items I used to have as a kid and now I got them once more. \o/
On one of my trips I asked if they had any cards from a set I'm trying to complete and he was able to hook me up!
If you are not local to the area(or Michigan) the shop is located in; defiantly make it a destination to visit.  Red and Sarge are great business owners with a sense of humor and knowledgeable about the items they carry.
Be sure to give them a follow on social media to know what is new in the shop and the future events they have planned.

The best independent small business/ Collectible, toy store that I’ve been to in quite awhile. The General and Sarge were wonderful friendly folks and the items my sister found were great. Thanks again!

Love the treatment John and Dee give their customers, 5 diamond ratting. They treat my son like family every time he walks in. There’s not a place he’d rather be then at Sarge & Reds.  This place is definitely and child’s dream toy store, heck even an adult with all there vintage toys.
Their selection is next to none. Hands down the best toy store out there.

There's so much stuff in this store that I don't even know where to start. Handicap friendly to say the least. Everything is so organized, so even though it's packed with toys from floor to ceiling it doesn't feel overwhelming. What do I mean by organized? All the masters of the universe figures were in a section together, from vintage to modern toys, all the wrestling figures were in another section and they had figures from before I started watching wrestling as a kid in the 80's all the way to current WWE fighters. There is a cabinet in the middle of the building that is full of all kinds of old classic toys. And that's just a few of the types of toys they have. There's not enough space to list them all here.

Even if you're not a collector I recommend walking through the store just to take a trip down memory lane. If you were a 60's-70's kid you'll probably even see a few things that you might have forgotten all about.

This store is packed with everything from your childhood, he man, ninja turtles, Simpsons, monster high, Funko pops that are signed, wwe, movie figures, i can't even say all of it there's so much
There's even original figures from the early 1900s like a millennium falcon still in the box

I use a Large walker and was able to thru 99% of the store and I'm not complaining at all it was so well organized and neat i couldn't Believe how much stuff was so organized and neat
All of the toys were organized together like the Simpsons, were on a wall wrestling figures had their own section i couldn't Believe it

Oh my goodness I don't know how I drive past this place everyday and have waited so long to come in . So much of my childhood rushed through my head. I brought my 11 year old great-nephew here and he was just in awe.. I did say I have no money don't ask for anything. Well we walked out spending all I had lol.

I really enjoy going to this store. So many vintage toys the memories just rush through you as you go through the store. The staff is very friendly in my experience here. The prices can be high on some items, but the owners seem to be willing to negotiate when you know a given toys value as well and can show comparatives. They keep the store clean and are constantly having a rotation of toys in the store. Check this place out!

This place is fun!!! My Daughter spotted it from the road and we went to check it out, we were not let down! The variety from modern to vintage, fantasy to horor and a nice variety of Predator! Toys, Toys, Toys!!!! Big Toys, Small Toys, New Toys, Old Toys! Doesn't matter if you are young or old they will have something to catch your eye!!!

So this place is AMAZING. Great nostalgia. Everything you could want is here. Brought back so many childhood memories. Items were priced well. Great for collectors or someone that knows one. Owner was so kind and helpful. It's nice to know that others appreciate the 80's and 90's as much as you do. Definitely stop by, but something you've always wanted. I'm sure he has it here. You can also order items on line. He also host special events so check out the website and Instagram.

Stopped by today with a buddy to check the store out. Impressed at the selection would be selling it short. Holy moly it was amazing how much stuff they had. Think of a franchise and I'd be willing to bet there's a toy here for it. I drove an hour to come and living any closer may be hazardous to my wallet. Great store, great service, I'll definitely be back.

Saw this place and finally walked in.  Family owned, super cool people.  If you like to save money, this place is not for you because whatever your holy grail toy is (Panthro) they have it.  Bonus points for meeting super cool down to earth Ari Lehman or First Jason!  I always say “sell an experience” they did just that.

Fantastic store for toy collectors of all ages. They have a huge selection of Star Wars which is my main focus. Black Series figures, helmets and more. They even have lightsabers.

This is a huge toy store with about every collectible you can imagine. They have everything from Star Wars, Star Trek, superheroes, wrestlers, horror, Funko Pops, GI Joe's, mask, and so much more. They have a lot of Star Wars Black Series helmets, lightsabers, and figures. They have a lot of vintage Star Wars and GI Joe figures and toys. They also sell Hot Toys and other high-end statues. Definitely a place to check out when you're in the area. I will be adding this to one of my favorite Star Wars stops.

Where to start, this place is Awesome. They had everything toys and collectibles and if they didn’t he went and got it from upstairs. Both Sarge and Red helped us and we’re very knowledgeable. Super friendly like they knew us as everyday customers when this was our first time.

We drove an 1hr away. So if your on the fence as wether to come,  just jump down and head in, you won’t be sorry. Also they have some cool super vintage McDonald’s playground toys. I’m already planing my next trip Sunday April 23rd 12p Sgt Slaughter appearance.

Saw the shop on Ethan Page’s Toy Vlog and loved everything about it. Only problem is I’m from the Cleveland area. Was asked to go to Michigan today for work and my destination was 8 minutes away from the store. Figure fate as they say. Walked in, meandered around until I found the wrestling section. My goal when I fig hunt is to get something for me, one for my son and daughter’s collection and the most random toy I can find. Today’s haul I got the New Gen Macho Man Randy Savage Ultimate, my kids got the Boogeyman and the random toy is this empty box. I just really like Ooshies. Thank you Sarge and Red’s for having an awesome shop and this will not be the last time you get my money!

I ended up moving and made sure I moved closer to sarge & red’s. The owner is super cool, great customer service and indulges me in conversation everytime I go up there. I go up there at least once a week to purchase what I’m looking for. He looks out for me and we’ve got a good rapport. Always getting some great stuff by the week. Highly recommended from a collector of Marvel Legends, DC, Mcfarlane, and Star Wars.

Best toy shop around! If you are looking for something new, vintage or obscure you are sure to find it here. The staff is great. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. If you are a Star Wars fan look no further. They have the biggest Star Wars collection I have ever seen. Probably the biggest in the state! I recommend Sarge & Red's Vintage Toys to anyone that is a collector or just wants to walk down memory lane. I live about and hour away but I will become a regular there. AMAZING STORE!!!
