I hired Tony and his team after my mom died to help with the estate sale. Everyday I stopped by I would find things stashed away in the spare bathroom for Tony to take for his personal use or to sell in his shop. Tony used my mothers estate as his personal garage sale. we also agreed to split profit 50/50 and at the end his team would hual off the rest as part of our agreement. Tony charged me to take away the left over items. Anything he didn't want he threw at the curb and left a pile of trash for me to deal with. They also put holes in the walls as the ransacked what was left.

Drove all the way out here because he said he was open on the phone only to find that was not true.
