This store is fantastic! They have figured out the dilemma of matching all your metal tones for hardware and lighting. Danny was so great to work with, knowledgeable and personally interested in the outcome of your project.

Best customer service! I had a wonderful experience with Michelle, who helped replace a light fixture for me ahead of listing our home on the market. She was super responsive - and truly saved the day. So refreshing when a high-quality brand has equally high-quality customer service. I will definitely be working with Rejuvenation for our next home's lighting!

I ordered a new bed, side tables, rug and accessories from this store. The shopping experience was delightful and the quality of the furniture is beautiful. Delivery came sooner than expected, so that was a bonus. The movers set up everything and halled away the cardboard and plastic wrap. I love this store and our new bedroom!!

Really nice place full of great ideas and product. Just the sales staff think they're being helpful but they're being kind of pushy!

We have been very happy until recently, with the many items we have purchased from Rejuvenation (lighting fixtures, switch plates, drawer pulls, lamps, chairs) because of the usually high quality product. Yes, their items are quite expensive, possibly because they are made in the U.S. About a year and a half ago we purchased and installed four dining room & kitchen lights. A month and a half ago, one of the two smallest (6.5”) Blair pendants which we purchased came crashing down onto the counter below - and luckily did not break. Imagine the sound of a gunshot going off in your house. I contacted a customer rep, providing info about the situation, including photos. He passed us on to a Williams Sonoma customer rep who asked for information, pictures etc., which we had already provided. However we cooperated fully with her requests, even going so far as determining that the design of the one globe was defective, causing it to not screw in fully. (In the meantime, it fell down twice more.) She regretted that they were unable to help us, as the warranty time had passed - even on a defective product. A simple solution would have been for them to provide us with a new globe, but we were told that “we do not sell parts.” We shaved down the glass rim of the globe ourselves, and have reinstalled it, positioning a large cardboard box full of towels directly underneath the fixture. I have hope, rather than faith that it will stay on. If it does not stay up, our options are to either buy a completely new fixture for about $600, or buy two new different fixtures, as the finish needs to match the other lights in the kitchen and dining room. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Rejuvenation and Williams Sonoma over the years, but will not be spending any more.

I'm not one to give negative reviews, but after multiple negative experiences with customer service, I cannot warn anyone enough to purchase at your own risk. If anything goes wrong in the order, or shipping or your need to do a return for merchandise with defects or the wrong items shipped, it is clear that this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Wow, so disappointing.

Tried to return an item that was sent to me without all of the requisite parts and was met with significant distain from the store's manager. Their mistake, which was persistently denied by Rejuvenation, ended up costing me over $200. Won't be returning.
