Family pathways is a great organization. This store tapes their VHS closed. Can't check them and the worst of it is they use packing tape, wrecking the cardboard slipcases. Update to response. Not my solution but the best I've heard so far is stretch wrap.

Our staff and volunteers do inspect merchandise prior to pricing and placing items on the sales floor. Unfortunately, it has been necessary to enclose the tapes to prevent damage and tape swapping. I love this place. Everyone is so helpful with everything. The prices are very reasonable. Donating is made easy and there's help to move big items if needed. The employees are very courteous and respectful. There is always new stuff coming in and it's always fun to see what new things are in. It's organized well and I enjoy wandering around to see what the next deal I can find is. I love shopping there

I have been to this store multiple times, very clean, well organized, the management is amazing there, I love how they do different themes in the front of the store. The prices are good. I love there monthly color deals and the fact that each week you get a certain percentage off that color. I go to this store every time I am in wyoming. Out of all the other Family Pathways I have been to this is the best one. Plus when you round up or donate to the cause they are representing that cause is actually getting the funds. Family Pathways is 100 times better than Goodwill or Savers and their prices are way better.

Shopped last week and met two A+ employees, Jessica and Hayden, Jessica was greeting shoppers and ringing up purchases, her conversations carried through the front of the store, I was sure by the conversation she knew everyone she was speaking with. Old friends, family or neighbors! Turns out Jessica is just an extremely motivated employee. Greeting each and every customer that came in, She went so far as to get Hayden , the young man in intake to bring me a receipt so I could get extra shopping points for my purchase! Everyone was very friendly and caring . The store was in great shape for shopping ! I'll be going back, just don't tell my husband! (Photo for interest only, got that at the Forest Lake Store)
