My 18 yo son and I popped in on a lark to see some Palissy ware from the website in person. Robert was welcoming, gracious and full of great information. His gallery has a terrific collection of French porcelains and furniture, plus a wonderfully eclectic gathering of paintings and decorative arts.

A small but cordial place out of the way, but worth the trip.

10/10 would recommend. My wife and I wondered in about a week ago and Robert was so kind. When we walked in we were a tad intimidated by all of the beautiful pieces in the store. Immediately, Robert offered us water, which we politely declined as we thought our visit would be short. Soon we started chatting with Robert. His love for local art and fine pieces is infectious! I was very honest with him - most if not all of these pieces were out of my price range. Instead of brushing us off, Robert continued to share his love for the pieces that were showcased. The store also carries prints! These prints were beautiful - and... affordable. Very affordable. My wife and I walked out of the store with 4 amazing prints of our favorite pieces. I was amazed and in awe of the customer service and value. You need to take a visit. Ask about the prints if you love a piece! If I need to say more... Robert created a welcoming environment while sharing his love for art. That's not an easy task. In the past.. as a young Hispanic man.. there have been moments when the fine art community has ignored and brushed me off. I love art - but not always the gatekeepers involved with the scene. Robert is a breath of fresh air and a character that has made me rethink my outlook on the fine art community. Thanks again Robert. Abby and I will be back!

Went a few weeks back before they were officially opened at their new site but he let us in and gave us the grand tour anyway. My gf bought a great print that we both like. great place to expand your art collection.

I certainly hope somebody will respond to my question , I have a ORIGINAL Ozz Franca oil painting that might be of some value but not certain , it's a big eyed ballerina that I cannot even find on the Google site with this particular pose , I have seen some but not like the one we have , my phone will not let me send email pics , but if you permit me to have a cell phone # i would be happy to send pic's if you want to view.

I went to Robert Morrissey about selling an item. Located in Clayton, the shop is quaint and nice. The items sold here are on the upper end of antiques, not low end stuff you find at antique malls. I was very satisfied with the price Robert offered me for my item and he wrote me a check then and there. He was very nice and helpful.
