Had John fix 2 of my grandma’s older clocks & he is the best!! Literally from the customer service, explanation, and overall experience! The clocks are in better shape than when I left them!! Highly recommend him!

A few months ago I contacted Mr. Bryant about a wall chime clock I had gotten from my grandfather over 50 years ago. The nut that held the hands on had come off and been lost. Not only was he able to find a nut for the clock but he cleaned and oiled it as well. When I got it home and rehung it, I was surprised to hear a double chime on the half hour. I honestly do not remember it ever doing that. He was extremely reasonable and took time getting it done right. I highly recommend him for any clock, even old antique ones. To find someone to work on them is awesome and then to find they even fix issues you didn’t know you had is absolutely wonderful. The clock has been keeping perfect time since it came home. There are very few people like this man left in America . His skills are top tier . Restored the works and restrung an 1891 Gustav Becker double weight Vienna wall clock for me . He found and corrected problems I wasn't even aware of. Perfection is what I received in return at a price I didn't bat an eye at . Very greatful to you .

He was very polite, fantastic customer service, didn't mind the chaos of my toddler, explained what he did to fix the clock and took time to answer all of my questions about taking care of my new wall clock. I'd definitely recommend this store to others!

Amazing customer service. I needed to transport a grandfather clock, and thought too late about hiring a professional to disassemble it. The owner offered to give me help over the phone, giving me detailed verbal instructions on how to keep the clock protected during disassembly, and answering all my questions, even though I wasn't able to hire him (due to my own time constraint).
