Good friendly staff, their proceeds go to their homeless ministry. They have good furniture deals as well as discou ts for veterans. Days with discounts. It's good place to shop for used items.

Really nice thrift store. The organization of the store is amazing, it's easy to find what you're looking for. Prices are the best I've seen in awhile! The bathrooms were clean and they have dressing rooms which I really appreciated.

Kevin helped me today. He is soooo Awesome caring professional & accurate. He has excellent Customer Service. He made a trip a joy. He's si nice to talk to as well.i love all the great things that the Hillcrest Thrift Store does for the KC area. Kevin also let me know of the newer facility they opened for a kids club like a boys n girls club in Independence, Mo. Things might b a little higher than you expect but I will pay it because it's a non for profit and does/helps so many people in the community of the KC area. Also the Volunteers are so awesome here. If u want to save more $$ u can do the color of the day deals for 50% off 😍🤩 They also offer Weds Sr & Veterans Discounts. So if you watch the sales you can save alot of $$😍🤩
