I've shopped here for years. The employees are always friendly and helpful and there's always a lot of good merchandise! I had funny experience today. I dropped off a bunch of bags of clothing I wanted to donate.... When I got home(11/2 hrs. away) I realized I had accidentally donated a large plastic bags of material and sewing supplies I had just purchased at the fabric store. I called Red Racks and the employee named Mark answered the phone. When I told him my mistake, he went out of his way to find my bag, Mark it with my name and save it for me. Now that's great customer service!

This is my favorite store. I didn’t really appreciate just how amazing it was until I moved to Kansas City and experienced the Red Racks nearby. The prices at RR are a little high considering it’s all donation, but at least it’s a good cause. 🙂 If you’re connected, send trainers to the North Kansas Citg store. 🤪

Solid thrift store with a great discount for veterans. My son and I like to thrift together and we did really well on our visit to Red Racks. The staff was polite and had no problem helping us when we needed some assistance.

I didn’t see one red rack, but I did see some awesome deals on some great their store items. I looked up and down the isles of this place only to be sorely disappointed in the fact that there were zero red racks for sale. I’m not going to complain too much though because the items in this store and the prices were exceptional. I spent well over an hour checking out the deals and I left with all kinds of stuff. Great weekly prices. Very clean thrift store too. The staff was kind and the items were clean as well. This is a place where I will be buying all of my underwear from here on out.

Better than Goodwill in quality and layout of store. Staff is friendly as can be. Lots of good deals on used items. Fair warning. It's a big store.

I am a huge fan of the red rack stores and of the 3 stores in Springfield, MO, this might be the best one! The layout is wide open and there are ample supplies in each section. If you are looking for furniture, this store has it! You can literally spend hours in this store! The only thing I didn't like about this store, was the price for cables/wires. $1.99 is way too steep for wires and I wish more thrift stores would sell them at .50. Stop in and take a look around! The opinions stated here are my own and not provided to me by the owner/operator of this establishment.
