Everytime I come to Grace’s I spend $50 and leave with $100 worth of merchandise. Their prices are fantastic and they have one of the best selections of clothes and furniture not only in the greater STL area, but MISSOURI in general.
What I’m most impressed with is that I have to restrict myself every time. Because I always find multiple items I want.

This place is awesome. I am just moving to town and trying to furnish my apt. Walked out with a Mr. Coffee coffee maker, black and decker toaster and a brand new blender for $24. And the cashier was about the nicest lady I have ever met. Not sure if my first trip could have gone much better. I will be back, 100%.

A wonderful consignment shop! The current management is doing an amazing job. Worth a visit to go see and definitely the owner and management is very good to work with for consigning your items. They are not a donation drop off spot, so you'll want to only bring your nice sellable items to consign and donate elsewhere. They give free hangers to hang your clothes to keep wrinkles out. Many unique items to shop for!Love Grace's!

I like going here to love for home decor. They have both used and new items and they literally have everything! Great prices, nice staff, well organized. Yesterday I was killing time and looked at their clothes…….two things, no odor which in a second hand you almost always notice AND literally 8 out 10 pieces where high end names! I was shocked! Yes, I bought 3 shirts! If I’d had more time I would have left with more! Loft, INC, Underarmour, Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Kenneth Cole…..you get the picture….

This place is so awesome. When I go I pick a few areas and really go through them because it takes me so long.  This place is huge.  So many good deals. Changes daily.

So glad they took over shop around the corners old building. Large selection, great prices! So happy to have a good resale shop!

They have great prices. Our family does a lot of birthday/holiday shopping here because we end up finding like new stuff for $1 or $2! Workers are super friendly, and they have a consignment/store credit program too!

Cute little store. Got little knickknacks all over. Got some Indian art. Has that hard to reach fine? Nice thrift store. Recommend if girls if you want purses they got them. Great prices

I absolutely love this place. Their items very great turnover so there's always something new and very fair pricing.  They also have the most friendliest and helpful staff.  Store manager makes efforts to call people by their name.  They are doing it right!

This is a must stop and look. They have three shops in a row. Their first one feels like shopping in a high end boutique. It is laid out beautifully and prices are reasonable. The quality of the merchandise is on par with a certain name department store. The only negative is the help doesn't seem trained and one day you might get a friendly helpful person and the next you can't get recognition from the busily working (putting items on display) cashier.
Their second store is a last chance shop where anything that isn't perfect or didn't sale gets a $1 tag.
On down is their last store that houses a mixture of less than boutique but still useable merchandise priced accordingly.

I wish I knew the ladies name who is always so incredibly nice. She's usually in the store that's mostly $1 but today she was in the store that has everything. Dark brown hair that's a little longer. I honestly don't know if I've met a nicer person working retail. They have so many great things at low prices but the customer service just sends this place over the top. Definitely visit if you have a chance.

I love going to Grace's Merry-Go-Round I go there and Shop all the time and I consign things there .I love Jake and all the employees ,I love stopping there , I love going into the middle shop because it's the one dollar shop and then I like going down to the other shop when you walk out of the $1 shop, and you turn right they have everything .Everything and then you go to the left and they have everything down there ,like kids stuff and weird tables .I got this ceramic table that has music notes and flowers and it's just amazing and Jake's prices are just great they're wonderful ,you should tell everybody to go there anybody who will listen and then tell all your friends I mean it's my favorite place in the whole world

Grace's is one of THE best consignment stores around...and gentle reader...there's not ONE store here....THERE. ARE. THREE!!! First store is the goodies store with home goods and any type of treasure that you could possibly be hunting for.  2nd store is their bargain store...everything is only $1.  Yes you read that right.  !!$1!! The third store is their very well organized ladies boutique.  The brand names this shop brings is fantastic!   You will not be disappointed stopping in at this set of stores.   Plan on spending some time here...you will not be disappointed.  (oh and they are all connected in the same shopping strip).

I absolutely love this consignment shop. Great customer service, friendly/helpful staff. None of their staff members are sitting around doing nothing, they are always busy helping customers or organizing items in the store! The quality and pricing is the best you will find in the area. The best part is they take items everyday they are open and what they don’t take they will donate for you so saves you a trip to goodwill! This is my new favorite place to shop and consign with!

Just got a leather coat in amazing condition  for a $1. I consign here and only here because whatever gets sold, I get 50% back on it as credit. At $25 I can get my credit as a check, however, it never gets that high. Due to the amount of amazing things they have, I always end up finding something I need and get it instead. Its my absolute favorite place to shop in the whole world!

I adore this place. Almost hate saying this because I don't want others buying everything I want. If you don't buy something right away when you first see it might as well forget it. Stuff goes fast. Why? Great prices on often on high end brand clothes and also high end kitchen items. Real beautiful sets of crystal and China. This guy has it all. I need to shut up.

Big place with lots of items! Some great prices and some not so "thrift" prices. The young lady who checked us out was not very service minded, just going by rote, you could tell she obviously did not want to be there. Otherwise, would've given a 5, well worth the visit.

I wish they didn't cram so many clothes on the racks as it makes it difficult to look though them.  Like zero room.  Please get more racks so that there is room the browse through the clothes!

I found this new place where an old one once was, it's a resale shop and it has very nice things and the prices are really great. I recommend anyone looking for something and unable to buy it new to go here and see what they have, it's really a nice store.

The customer service is very good. Everyone there was very kind. Make sure you have a quarter if you need a shopping cart. I have never been there before and did not know that you needed this. But I understand it. They have some cute things in the store. Definitely will be back.

Nice place with nice stuff. just think the one of the owners who was there could be a bit more kind toward people who ask to use a restroom. I understand if it’s not a public restroom but a polite “sorry we don’t have public restrooms” would be do able and I would understand. Not a very rude tone of “you will have to wait with an eye roll added.” I’m not a child, I’m an adult who just asked if you had a public restroom and a simple no would have gone much further. It was my first time there and most likely my last.

I love the fact that the store is full. Lots to look at. Almost anything you can imagine in this place. Staging was nice.
The down side, prices are outrageous!! I looked at an antique bowl that is worth about 30-40 dollars , should be marked less than that in a thrift store but they had it marked 79.00. Not only are the prices high but they are not even within range of the value. Check out line is terribly slow.
Thrift stores need thrift store prices!! This is price gouging!

I am leaving this review October 2024. Prices are insane! They have more than doubled since Jake departed. I mentioned this to them and was told they have a 50 % off sale going on and they have a sale every month. If you have to have a 50% off sale your prices are too high. I also noticed that product is not moving. The same stuff is sitting on the shelf that has been there for months. Also, while standing in an aisle the same person I talked to about pricing was telling another employee how to place items on the shelf, i.e. stage them. People shopping at a thrift store, don't give a cr@p about staging...it's a thrift store or is it now an antique store? You tell me. Jake's Resale is much better!

Very nice selection of items, people are nice. But only open to 5pm, also the waiting line to check out is so slow. Pricing is high as well for a resale shop.

After realizing there was a price tag on the bottom of the item I purchased, I noticed I was charged more than double of what the item originally cost. Upon returning the item which cost 56.21 (paying with my card) I noticed the receipt with the amount they put back on my card was for 54.31. Almost 2 dollars less than what I paid for the item. My husband goes back in to ask why we were not given our full reimbursement. We were told it was a non refundable reimbursement fee. We were told nothing about it nor were there any signs placed nor does it say non refundable reimbursement fee. This place is a joke and the steal peoples hard earned money! Do not shop here!!!

Went to this store for the first time today. Found a set of lamps that had only one price on them. I take them to the front counter to check out and the lady tells me my total is 56 dollars. As I’m walking out to my car we notice the price tag on the bottom from Ross. I take the item back in tell them I’m not sure why I would pay 56 dollars for a set of lamps that cost 19.99. They told me they price things a little different here… said they would give me a refund but that was there final price. We got our refund and started walking out the door and they ripped the bottom stickers offf that was the actual Ross price. Totally crazy they would do that. If your going to price something way above the actual market price then take the “ACTUAL” sticker price off. The lady was very rude as well. Will not be back here.

My husband recently and suddenly died, so I was dropping off items of sentimental and valuable antiques. I asked the worker about a WW II army blanket with NO moth holes. The satin edging had been carefully restitched. They wouldn't take it. Next she started going through other stuff my boxes. She refused a fake plant and said it was dirty. I had cleaned it AND I had bought it there. She proceeded to say, spray it with a little hairspray to make it shine. Now, as a grieving new widow, I'm getting upset. Next I had a pair of snow boots, top of the line and expensive. One boot had a piece of mud the size of a dime, she refused them and said we have no way TO CLEAN items. I thought WHAT ??? they don't even give a items a cursory cleaning or disinfectant? I'm very upset now, and yell just FORGET it.  A woman named Mo gets involved, and says we won't have that behavior in here. I'm crying and COMPLETELY shocked, after all, I had told them my husband just died. Shame on GRACIE'S for treating a widow with such disdain. I leave the premises and Grace herself followed me outside. I glared at her and told her to come up to my face. Only God kept me from shouting off a tirade of expletives. Instead, I gave her a hug and said God Bless you, I will be taking all my husband's Harley and STL Cardinal paraphernalia to Jacob at Jake's Legacy.
This place is trying to be a boutique, and wouldn't know an antique from IKEA.

7+ months ago I dropped off 300+ clothing items. I called today and was told I have $0 in my account. I explained that I had dropped off more than 300 items at least 7 months ago and was told that she wasn’t sure what happened to those items and there is nothing that can be done. I won’t ever bring items here or shop here again. Do not trust that you will get money from the items you bring here!

Very rude employees. Kept telling people to leave and denied us using the bathroom.

Selection has gotten worse and prices have gone up. I used to find at least one thing worth buying when visiting, but every visit recently has been a disappointment to me.

Used to go here and find cool stuff, now that management has changed and certain staff are gone they have changed their rules as to what items they'll take, being very picky and basically wanting brand new items. They won't take anything that wasn't made in the last two years. They've become stuck up and they want items that are in mint condition. unfortunately, when you're a used resale/consignment shop it doesn't work that way. Also, I didn't like Graces attitude when I was in last she was very snotty and acted like I was wasting her time with a couple of very simple questions. Washington MO isn't O'Fallon MO, different crowds to serve. Graces has lost my business. They also changed the percentage (lower) you get for your items they sell.

I would recommend avoiding this place. After firing her own Son and having most of her crew walk out she has implemented new strict guidelines for accepting items and removed a 5% discount. If you don't have brand new in season items to sell don't waste your time.

OMG avoid this place like the plague management change. They agree upon sign up to certain discounts to be used for store credit they now are taking that away and you can't even take advantage of the discount bc their system always seems to be down. they won't allow negative feedback on their and block u if you speak out against them.( nothing foul language or anything just honest feedback) shoot they'll probably take this down. Avoid it all cost.

Rather dirty and smelly clothes, really disorganized and recently changed management. Dropped of 2 SUVs full of 2-3 year old home decor, vintage items,furniture and some clothes. After 2 months I had $46.00 not sure where everything went!? I may continue to stop here but will not consign my items.

We used to love this place but tried to get our money today and they told us they are out of checks and we'd have to go to O Fallon to get paid!  Was told they have no way to pay us (in Washington) before next week.

They close too early on the weekends. Weekends are the best days to shop and the only days to shop due to busy scedules for many working class families. Closing at 5pm is not good for business. As we were walking away there were several other customers walking to the doors just to be disappointed that they were closed.
