This shop around the corner is a hidden gem. They just about have everything, you just have to take the time to look. Prices are decent too, although they do have some things that are over priced. I'd recommend doing your homework. I'd recommend coming here often because their inventory is changing everyday.

The store was full of all kinds of stuff. I even found what I was looking for which I was surprised to find. The prices were great, not high at all, and they had some stuff that I would call unusual and unique. I highly recommend visiting the store.

I had a job interview here. I think it went well. After my interview I did some shopping. Very neat selection and reasonable prices. I saw a Lizzy Mcguire watch which I thought was pretty funny.

Sunday was crowded. 10 minutes in line to checkout. Worth the wait. Monday much better. Always seem to find a bargain. Could spend a hour easily in there.

Lots of really good stuff priced very well. A pretty good selection of lots of items in a huge space. I went in for a baby gate.  They only had two. Both good. One was perfect. Only 6 bucks. Good people there as well. I would advise anyone looking for anything to at least see what they have first.

A bit pricey for used items but still good stuff none the less….the wicker chair was $350 used

I go there 2 or 3 times a month. They always have new stuff. Good quality items. We find great deals here.

I've had an account here for years. It never gets cancelled, wish I could come here more often. No matter what I have in mind, they probably have it.  Today it was a folding camp chair and some wash cloths.

This is the best thrift shop. It is department store huge and just as varied with items available. The quality of the merchandise is great and prices are better. If there is one negative it is I don't see how they keep their consigners as their prices are so low. I do see how they keep their customers with coffee and cookies, live music, clean restrooms, and polite professional service.

I shop at Shop Around the Corner very often.
It’s always a pleasure coming here even if I don’t buy something certain days, they always have something new.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

We were looking for a few items and
we came out with two arm loads of goodies! Love always swinging by just to see what you might find. Like today's treasure was a Ralph the dog from the Muppets...How Awesome!!

Love this place, BUT I don't love some of their prices. I absolutely refuse to buy a table and pay for the chairs separate, I mean I have seen the matching chairs to tables priced as high as $21ea!  even though they are supposed go be a set they charge you per chair!

This is a really fun and unique shop. We drove from St Charles to check this place out, we were not disappointed. It is well merchandised and has a huge selection. It was a little overwhelming when we first walked in but that didn't last long.

Very sweet staff. HUGE variety of items to chose from. They blessed me today with some coupons for great clips and a discount on scrubs that I didn't end up having enough for. Would recommend to everyone. Me, my boyfriend and son spend hours in here.

My friend from St Charles was visiting me and we were excited to go to Shop Around the Corner. We found lots of goodies. We found prices to be a little high on some stuff and great on others.  The staff was wonderfully nice and helpful.

We got some bedding items here. Great prices compared to retail. There are also used items you can find in great shape at low prices. There are all kinds of various items because individual sellers make up the Shop Around the Corner. So, you never know what hidden treasures you can find 😊

It's cool, good deals, got my cat a harness to take the lovely boye on lil walks! I also found a suspicious sign.

This place is packed with things.  It's one of the better thrift/ resale shops! Definitely way better than goodwill!

I think this store is very awesome but I think some of the prices on their stuff is very overpriced a lot of the stuff in the store is used some stuff is new but they can definitely be pricey but overall the employees are semi nice most of them hide in the back

They have a massive amount of items to browse in the shop and the prices range from good to “I gotta brag about how little I spent for this” but don’t buy any type of electronic items there as they are very strict on no warranty for electronic or electrical products. It’s a great deal of fun… everyone needs to go once or twice a year at least.

This place is pretty neat! Although, for it being a resale shop the furniture of any kind is outrageous!!! 2 dinning room chairs for 160? No thanks. That's why I rated it 4 🌟.
But odds and ends, frames, lamps decor ext That's the meal ticket! Very cheap and affordable. The clothes are priced very nicely and the staff is very nice.

The staff has been really busy cleaning this place up.. It's looking really good on the inside. More organized than what it was. Now about that man cave they've got, there's a little bit of just about anything back there

Great selection of literally EVERYTHING.  Wish they were open a little later in the evening. They have been closing at 5 pm which makes it impossible for me to stop in bc I am busy during the day. They used to stay open till 6 which is better but ultimately 7 or 8 would be ideal. 😬

I love coming here. I just like it better when there is stuff to hunt through. Not a huge fan when its cleaned up a ton and not alot of stuff to go through. The taped boxes make it harder to hunt for stuff because you don't want everything in the box.

I really like this shop the people are all so nice. They have a little bit of everything and the prices are really good on most items.
My only issue is with work its hard to get there during thier hours i wish they were open later at least 1 day per week.

Old location was great, new location doesn't seem to have much valuable items. Still great to go

Seemed like they had nicer things,  more and a wide variety to look though at previous location. I used to really enjoy going there but this new spot is just not the same.

This used to be one of my favorite stores and I was always sure to visit when in town. On my last visit here, I found that the store had been rearranged, to its detriment, and that the prices had risen to a point that I no longer cared to buy. There is a very large selection though.

Great place to shop for consignment.  Huge!  $1 shop across the street.  But they don't give you a fair price on the things you bring to them.  I gave them some things that were truly worth some money.  I brought it to their attention, thinking they would sell some of them from a locked display case.  They sold the set for $4, then split the money with me.  $2 for something worth $120+, used! $300+ new! But I will definitely shop there again!

I don't like the new location. Some of the stuff is good, but mostly clothes.

Used to be a great place to go. They moved and now it’s terrible. Hardly any furniture and other stuff. Still lots of cloths but I’m not into used clothing mostly. They had awful music blaring and I’m partial deaf. I said something to the older lady talking about it being vulgar music and other shoppers said we can’t stand it either. One young woman said I’m glad I don’t have my children with me. I’m pretty sure they use to play joy fm radio at the other store. (Christian music)

Great selection, unfortunately, the management is rude and greedy. Have seen multiple consigners not getting what is owed. Unkind treatment to shoppers. Guest Wi-Fi, but I had to ask two different people to find the password.  Checkout always takes too long. (Long lines.)

Really loved this place in the past but the prices are getting a little obscene for resale.. some stuff you have to watch out for because I saw a lot of stuff that you can actually purchase new from Walmart for a lower price..

When this shop first opened it was fantastic. It was a favorite stop to find all sorts of gems. Now the shop is very different and not appealing at all. They keep changing things. Sadly the more they change the less appealing it is. Years back I could go in and find many items. Loved stopping in to shop. I wish it could go back to the original store.

This place is a disgrace to the community!!   They throw items away that could be donated to charities or homeless!! And to ensure no one can take the items from their trash they pour bleach on everything!!  #heartless

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Came here and bought some clothes only to take them home and see arm pit stains and paint stains on two shirts. They don’t look at their clothes and do NOT offer refunds. This place is a joke and a scam. Pricy and their clothes are all messed up. Other clothes there had stains or holes in them too. This has become a place for people to drop off their trash that they do not want.

At one time this store was the best in town, it's now far from what it used to be. I feel the owners should really rethink their business model as this store is now just a giant target clearance isle, filled with useless junk no one wants. Not to mention the prices have just gotten ridiculously high, awful

Not a good place to sell.  I took 4 truck loads of things from my parents home after they passed.  I never got ANY credit for the items!  I kept asking week after week if anything sold ..and they kept telling me there was no money in my account month after month!  When I looked in the store, I could not find any of the household or furniture items that I had taken.  The manager was no help when I asked why I had no credit and my items were no longer in the store.....4 truck loads....really????  Someone was stealing from my account...or not giving me credit...and there was nothing I could do.  This may be a good place to buy ..but not to sell!  Shame on who ever stole our account money...or did not give us credit.  We were still grieving our parents death...then to have their things taken and no credit given was  a slap in the face.

I used to love this store. I would go with my husband and browse as a date, and find cute unique things. But now it's mostly Target clearance rejects. And things are way overpriced for what they are, and the store has gotten grossly disorganized. Plus the passive aggressive signs around the store are so off putting. We get it, no returns! It's really sad, because this used to be the coolest local shop. 😔

My wife and I drove 45 minutes to get a good look at their selection regarding dining room tables and chairs. Right as we pulled in we saw they were locking up 45 MINUTES EARLY before their site said they closed. We made it clear we wanted to go in and look and all the lady had to say was "we open at 10 tomorrow" we said "but we work tomorrow" she just said "sorry". 45 minutes, wasted gas. Great. Just great. Thanks for taking care of your customers and closing 45 minutes early. Maybe you should update things online so people don't get shut down when they show up before the closing time.

Horrible experience. First time there and i accidentally showed up later than i thought. After driving 45 minutes to get there i showed up 15 minutes before they closed. Me and my fiancee were looking for cheap shoes for our wedding and the old hag walks up to us at 4:45 and says they close in 5 minutes. (The time posted for closing time was 5) she then walks up to the next customer and says they are closed. Not even 2 minutes later she walks up to us and says "better hurry they will lock the doors on you." We immediately walked out and were back on the road before it was even 5. This is ridiculous. I have never been rushed out of a store so fast in my life. If you hate your job that much retire.

I've been here many times and every once in a while I have a bit of an issue, but today was the icing on the cake and I don't think I will be back. While the store is open, the dressing rooms need to be open. When you have 5 people in line trying on clothes you can't just tell the customers that that's too bad. Especially when the first employee told me that it just wasn't her Section so she couldn't help me, but couldn't be bothered to call anyone on her walkie-talkie to come help us and was rude
