Always polite, helpful and Patient towards me as a novice collector.  I appreciate all three, but the Patience is the game changer for me. Doing business with Summer, is always a joy and her knowledge  of coins and patience  with my not knowing, and trying to learn is priceless. I highly recommend the coin store and will be buying  and selling  for years to come.

I went in to get some coins appraised, the person I spoke with was very helpful and answered all the questions I had about the coins and how the value was determined. I didn't sell at the time but I would use them again in the future.

I have gone in dealings and questions about gold mostly and coin’s. Has a great deal of value and knowledge but very very fair on purchasing. Thank y’all,, the one bad thing to say I guess, is the exception for never having a caramel frappe for everyone.

I live in ga and came by to ck out a different coin shop. I must say the owner was great very professional super nice and I got there at 15 mins til closing which he stayed and answered every one of my questions. I did buy some silver bars which were priced very fair. Glad I stopped by will come again when in this area.

I have dealt with The Coin Shop Biloxi for several years now and have always found them extremely helpful. It wasn't until recently though that I found out just how helpful they could be. While trying to put together a PCGS certified proof set of Franklin halves I had exhausted my coin dealer connections in TN, so I made a call to Norman in Biloxi. While he did not have all of the coins I was looking for, he told me to let him see if he could locate them. Not an hour later he was calling me back to let me know he could get every coin I needed. Within the week, I had received my complete package from Norman. He gets an A+ from this collector for going above and beyond.

And in their defense if your collection is values at 1200 dollars doesn't mean they can give that for it. They have to leave room for profit margin.

Best coin shop in biloxi. Went on vacation here and went to all the other coin shops in the area before going here. This shop was the only one that I bought off of because I felt the prices were fair, and in my change I got an old (and pretty beat up) silver dollar bill.

The nickels you had were dirty and worn. No coin shop will buy them. In that condition, what they are with is a nickel. We are open and honest about value when it comes to modern coins - purposely - so as not to mislead people. Sorry you felt this way, but we feel it’s best to be honest about value and lack of value.

Yes that  place doesn't  care about u or ur coins I called an asked if they dealt with coin errors she to me yes so I drove over an hr. To get there an all she was worried about was the silver or gold coins I handed her 2 2005 d speared bison nickels an she told me that's just pocket change so I need to find a shop that is really wanting to look at my coins

Don't waste you time! Drove 3 hours with a number of different coin collections to sell . one set to see what they offered , their appraisal value on a $1200 set... $950.... Offered me $700.  It took them 30 minutes to grade 4 coins!!  Go to Gregg's Coins in Biloxi!!!

Hi.  I apologize for coming across as rude.  But, when you bring items here that have no market value, we see that as a need to be honest about it.  We try not to mislead people as to whether or not they have something that is worth more than face value.  You did not.  The internet is very misleading as to the value of circulating common pocket change these days.  We do not add to the misleading information.  Truth is better. 

Been here twice and both times the man that runs/operates the place is so very rude, arrogant, dismissive, disrespectful, cocky, and tries to make you feel like you're bringing him in trash that's worthless and youre an idiot for looking up values on the internet. Where else do you go to estimate the going rate of items? Pawn shops, metal and alloy handlers, etc use the internet to base the value of what youre bringing in based on current market value and used values. I know for a fact both bags of coins had values (at minimum) of 5-10 times what was offered. I mean everything from wheat pennies, Buffalo nickels, half dollars, bicentenialls, gold dollars, etc ....to a variety of values of Italian, Brazilian, Argentinian, European, Indian (rupees), Mexican, deutsch, British, korean, japanese, Venezuelan, and Canadian currencies ranging from the year 1899 and up (lots of 1910s, 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s). Both times I was offered less than $10. First trip I had 80- 100 coins (including a few pieces of silver) and about 40 coins the second trip (mostly foreign). Don't waste your time or collectibles on this jersey, he will only disregard, belittle, and low-ball you!

This is not the coin you brought us. What you brought to the coin shop was simply a face value dollar.  If you follow your own advice you will see that clearly.

Tried to buy my rare dollar coin at face value. This coming has a miss print on the back side of coin is  printed as a quarter the front is a dollar one sold identical to mine for like 1500 on eBay so make sure you  double check your stuff

Hi again Scott. You should include the truth with a review like this.  You brought common world coins which have very little market value - we can only sell those by the pound so we only buy them by the pound. We made you an offer and you did not want to sell.  There was no scam involved.  I notice that you create a lot of reviews.  Honesty is the best policy if you actually want to have an impact on people's opinions.

They're actually pretty rude, I've dealt with him on numerous occasions and he's been ultra rude in like a gentleman on the phone. Maybe because I don't sound as if I might have tattoos, Not sure, but they're a very judgemental group in my opinion.

Very sorry you feel this way. I do wish the modern circulated world coins you brought in were worth more - but it’s important for us to be honest about value even though the truth is sometimes painful.  You should do the same, we were not rude - just honest.

This place is nothing but a joke as far as I'm concerned very disrectful staff and will cheat you anyway they can so you best be on point when u go in.They don't care about you or your coins will not really even look at them and who buys coins buy the pound like that I would be better off using in store at least get face value.Anyway this is worst coin dealer rudest people and staff ever met .

I used to think this was a great place to buy silver coins. Today I decided to sell my collection of silver eagles. Most of which came from Norman. I had 1986-2016. 30 years of American eagles. So a lot of the eagles I had purchased came at a premium above spot. All he’s willing to do is buy back at spot. So clearly he sells coins valued way more than what they are. Don’t know how you can sell coins for 50 dollars and then turn around and say it’s only worth silver price. I understand the need to make a profit. But to sell coins at a value that is apparently a complete rip off isn’t right. So beware of buying coins he sells for more than the 3.25 over spot. Because they aren’t worth anything but spot.
