Needed some tops for work. Didn't want to pay very much, since it's just every day clothes.  Clothes are in great condition, reasonable prices, not a whole lot of sizes in 2x. Have to get there when their first put out! Will be back again.

Consignment shop with a variety of sizes for both adults and children. I was looking for skirts which are difficult to find this year. Nothing in my size in the skirts.

Has a large variety of furnishings and other items on consignment. Have bought items here for a few years now.

Hi Lynn Worth, I apologize that you felt uncomfortable and not safe while you were visiting my store. You had already left my store before I could speak to you about your claim; but, I did review our cameras. When the employee in question pulled down her face mask temporarily to tend to her allergies, no one including you was within 30 feet of her. We are taking extra precautions during these uncertain times. All our team members are wearing face coverings in accordance with the guidelines from MSDH and we are asking our guests to do the same. Based on my review, your claim is not true and I have the evidence to support my observation. I would advise that you view the MSDH guidelines and rethink what you wrote about my business and my employees.

Unfortunately I had to leave after 5-10 minutes because the young lady behind the register was not wearing a face covering and was coughing repeatedly.  When I spoke to another employee about it, she seemed offended and said it was just "allergies."  Masks are mandated due to COVID-19, and I was disappointed that they weren't following their own guidelines.  Cute shop, but just didn't feel safe.

Would recommend you go elsewhere. Plenty of better consignment  shops and stuff near by in Madison ridgeland etc.

Hi Ann Smith, I apologize that your experience at our store was not what you expected.  All of our clients are important to us.  I reviewed our security camera video and I saw nothing that supports your claim.  The video shows our staff opening the front doors and rolling out our clothes racks as they do each morning.  The video also shows our first consignor of the day entering the building and a few seconds later the video shows you entering the building.  One of our staff members did speak to you on Saturday October 3rd regarding toys that you wanted to consign.  Our staff member told you that we do not accept toys unless they are vintage. During the phone call, Melanie told our staff member to ask you to send us pictures before you bring the toys in.  Our staff member repeated that request to you.  However, we did not receive any pictures from you. I checked for any incoming email from you. I also checked our  spam folder and there was no email from you.  Perhaps you entered the wrong email address or there was an email routing problem.  Yesterday when you were at our customer service window, I was nearby.  Our staff member did remind you about sending us pictures, but she did not raise her voice to you. It’s possible that you are upset that we did not accept the toys you brought and that may be clouding your judgement about the service you received. We do not accept items that we know will not sell in our store.  It’s unfortunate that we were not able to view pictures of your toys before you brought them in so we could tell you not to bring them.  I’m sure you must have thought it was a waste of time packing up your toys and bringing them in just to have us turn them down. For that I do apologize; but I know all of us at Forget Me Nots take pride in providing great customer service to our clients.  We stay ready each day to answer questions and provide information to our clients and we always end it with a thank you.  If you had brought your complaint to me or Melanie, I feel certain we could have resolved it.  However, I will reach out to you to address your complaint and concerns.

I've got no idea what in the world was going on in that place at opening time this morning. I'll never do business with them again. I was there a few minutes early and a more important client goes right in front of me to leave consignment  items. Then I tell the person behind the counter that I talked with her on Saturday about some items and she told me to send them a pic and I did. She repeated herself again very loud and rude I told you to send a pic, I told her I would be there Tuesday morning and she said OK.  They took a few items for consignment and didn't tell me how many they took, I had to ask. They didn't say thank you. Bad, bad manners for a business.

My husband and i love going to this consignment shop. We drive two hours to get there and we are all about good customer service. My husband and i own two buisness of our own. There was a tall lady doing some pricing. We proceed to call her and ask about a purchase. The mark down on the item was on the 11th. We was asking her will she take 111.00 on this item. It was just a 17 dollar difference and she was very short answered and rude. It would be better with better customer service. Everyone looks at business different!!!

I apologize for your experience with our store.  Give us a call or come by the store and we will provide you with a list of your items and their disposition, including items that were sold and donated.  All items we accept is priced and placed on the floor for sale.  We do post a sample of the products that we offer for sale on social media and other venues; however, we receive 100s of items a week and not all items are posted on these sites.  Our online store is mainly used to post furniture for sale online. When you purchase a product online, you have five days to pick it up in our store.  When unsold furniture has been removed from the online store and labeled with a final markdown, it is scheduled to be processed out.  Until it is processed out, it is available for sale; but, we ask that you be present in the store and prepared to take the item with you the same day you purchase it.  I apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations; but, I’m glad your husband was able to make it by and purchase the Victorian chair.

Awful people who conduct bad business.  This probably won't post but here goes. I brought items to sell, had a hysterectomy and "missed my opportunity" as they put it, to pick up my unsold antiques. Those items were NEVER put out in their store. I never saw them in the store nor did I see them online or on their fb page.  I let them go and never complained. So when I needed a bit of help with actually purchasing an I item, I was flatly refused, rudely spoken to, and dismissed. I did after jumping through hoops hetsvthe item, but these  people honestly think they're Macy's. Except you get better treatment at Macy's, because they ARE actually Macy's. Not a used junk store. An overpriced for junk store at that. Do not bring your valuable antiques there. They will rob you. Be careful.
