*New life for an older boat* Last Fall 2022, we left our "new to us" boat to the tender loving care of Rachel and company with the agreement to pick it up by Memorial Day, 2023. . Truth be told, we didn't have a clue. Her skilled choices of the repairs and replacement needed were impeccable. . What was so great about Rocky's Upholstery? *Accurate bid. *Regular contact about choices and progress. *The job was done a week early. *Quality materials. *Competent storage of our boat over the winter. *Noticed and repaired, replaced steps on the trailer. *Did the carpentry (repair and replace wooden framework) in house. . Above all Rachel and her crew obviously cared and took pride in their work. . Customer service is alive and well at Rocky's Upholstery & Stitching LLC.

Rachel did such an incredible job on restoring my original 1950s chair. The orange is the old color and green is what I picked. It was a bit of a wait to get in because she is so in demand but it was worth it! She did an incredible job and was so kind and easy to work with. I was brought to happy tears with how wonderful it turned out. Its silly to think a chair can mean so much but Rachel took such good care of it and brought it back to life. We also found out she does car upholstery as well so my husband is very excited now too!

Very nice professional stitching

It was a complete waste of time, a long drive to a business that wouldn't even answer the door even after someone else came behind me a went in... The road driving up there should have made me turn around any ways. If these places aren't a real business, just someone working out of there home don't waste your time!!!!
