Your moving crew showed great care and professionalism under difficult conditions of icy surfaces and heavy, ackward furniture and boxes. Framed art was well padded and arrived unharmed. The new location was smaller than the previous one. Your movers planned well after arrival, rolling out rugs and placing furniture in tight surroundings.

Well, then I went to the Furniture Store in Burlington Iowa.This Store is awesome. A must see. Friendly service and I found exactly what I wanted. Delivered to illinois the next day. Love this store.

I recommend buying here @ the furniture store.  We purchased a living room couch & loveseat with a council in the middle. Both had recliners.We had problems with the loveseat & they have done everything possible to make it right. They been here 3x with new parts, fixed, without any hesitation.  Unfortunately we still had a problem I guess we just got a lemon.(sure this happens without any part of the seller). But boy do they stand behind it. Today the truck showed up with a brand new one! How much more could they do for us. From now on I know who has our business. Thank you so much furniture store, burlington Iowa.

The gentlemen who came to help with our move were kind and courteous. They arrived on one and were professionally from start to finish. I was recovering from covid so I stayed away from everyone but they were just so incredibly kind and helpful. i highly recommend them for your moving needs!

I stopped in to look at beds/frames and could have spent quite some time looking around but wasn't a good time for me to at the moment.  Owner was laid back after first introduction but friendly and made small talk. Very reasonble delivery fees. I asked for business card and she was helpful with contact info.

The communication and pricing were excellent. They arrived right on time for pick up and delivery. All of my furniture arrived in perfect condition and they put  everything together and placed it where I specified.They were so friendly and such efficient workers. While the first review explained the things I was unhappy about, I now have to say ALL those issues have been resolved and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Oops  😬  mark I'm just now getting this message I'm 100% agreeable with you I can only apologize for the actions of our team that day We had given a 2 hr estimate and the lady was Pushing us pretty hard and I think that might have had something to do with it They're paying 150 an hour to get moved And they want us to do it the fastest and easiest way we can but that does not give a reason two But in line again I apologize and we will be having a conversation with our team about this for future reference

We didn't use your movers and never will after our experience with them. We were moving from Blaul on 3/9/24. Our moving truck was parked right along the building open with the ramp down. When we came out with the next load, your movers had blocked the stairs so no one else could use them. All they said was "I think we cut you off" and left the truck right there. They knew exactly what they did but didn't care one bit. We couldn't believe they'd be that inconsiderate and block everyone from accessing the stairs to the building. This forced us to move our truck farther away so we could finish. Even one of the residents asked if they were with us and we said no way. We understand your movers had a job to do but they weren't the only ones there to be blocking stairs and the street.
