This is one of my favorite furniture stores. High quality pieces, very eclectic and some great period pieces. A treasure trove for sure. They have prices listed with the price drop over time, so everything is crystal clear and they do delivery for a fee.

I purchased a nice chest of drawers for a reasonable price. I also found a cute glass bunny votive candle holder. They have a lot of nice things for sale.

I purchased a leather loveseat there. The delivery people ruined the couch when they were trying to get it up my stairs. But they let me return the couch and give me a full refund. This is an honest place to deal with.

I love this place have furnished my apartment with lots of great deals. The staff is the best .you can walk around freely without being pressured into buying anything. if you need anything, just go up to the desk and ask . They are usually at the desk, or rearranging the furniture in the store. Everything is so clean .

Recently purchased a dining room table and entry way table. Really impressed by the price and the delivery! The guys were on time and took 10 minutes to unload both items.

Very cute consignment shop! prices always seem a little high but drop over time if your willing to check back often. Always has a good selection of well kept stuff not junk.

Great place to find what you're looking for at reasonable prices . Clean and sanitized , social distancing and mask mandate was being observed by other while I shopped  and I  felt shopping there. iI never come out empty-handed ...I found what I was looking for and as usual... something I wasn't!

I like stopping in at Bella's to see what they have.  Some items are over priced in my opinion but then there are some really great deals!  Just gotta look around.  I've purchased several items for our home here.

First class operation in an industry where that's not always the case. Well-established professional business, top notch employees, always offering assistance. Hand-picked inventory, no junk, huge store with high turn-rate, so inventory is fresh and if they don't have what you need the first time, it won't be long until they do. Couldn't recommend more highly, whether buying or selling (I've done both)!

My husband and I got a few things from here. They have very nice dressers. We purchased a jewelry box, coco cola dessert plates, a serving dish tray, a beautiful dresser and a delisous smelling candle :) everyone was very helpful. They also do delivery for $200 purchase or more.

I love this establishment.  The employees are friendly  and helpful.   They do not pressure you to buy.   A great environment  for leisurely  shopping. The merchandise is awesome.   ❤❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍

Absolutely love the way they display the items so creatively .  Very nice store,  like the name . Curious about the history of the name and also how unsold furniture is discarded.

First of all, the quality of the pieces at Bella's is outstanding. My husband and I recently purchased a BRAND NEW dining set for a steal. In the purchase of our fabulous new dining table, the label on the piece was incorrect—it said it came with 3 leaves. In actuality, the table only fit two and that's what we went home with. A couple of days later the owner, Krista, called to apologize for the mislabeling (since we were expecting 3 leaves initially) and offered to give us a further discount. I was blown away by the customer service!

We will definitely be back to look for more good buys for our home when we visit Burlington again!

I don't care for this store they are over rated and to me they take advantage of elderly people.

Huge store with all kinds of stuff. Sofa’s, love seats, beds and much more. Nobody asked if we need help. We looked all around and even went upstairs. Lots to see up there too.

It's a pretty good shop. Lots of new and used items to look over. The upstairs section of rented Booth space leaves a lot to be desired. The first floor takes up one large store plus 2 other small stores have cut thru openings which expand the space. It actually seemed like on my last few visits the same consignment furniture has been there for a while. The consignment furniture reduces in price every month up to 3 months. Definitely worth the time to visit and look around. Store is kept clean.

Great selection at good prices.   We just bought a cedar chest for $65 which was less than the thrift store.  The quality was better at Bella's too.

As I mostly buy from consignment shops, I have several friends that recommended this one to me. This past weekend was my first visit to this consignment shop and I was not disappointed. There are so many beautiful items to choose from! I bought a beautiful bed that I absolutely love, but unfortunately it was a different size than what was marked, and after unsuccessfully trying to figure out how to make it work in my home, I have to return it. Thankfully, the store offered to take it back and refund the money. However, I think my indecisiveness in this issue along with the phone calls to resolve it put them out a bit as each person I talked to seemed a bit short-tempered by the whole thing. That is disappointing because I live over 30 minutes away, have to take off work to return the bed, and am out the cost of a truck rental fee. However, they would not know that because any discussion was shut down and I was impatiently rushed off each call. This is why I'm giving 3 stars. Overall, if you are looking for furniture or home decor, Bella's House is a great place to start!

Interesting furniture with an eclectic selection. Upstairs is an area vendors rent space to sell items. A lot of cute stuff. It's worth a trip if you are looking for a statement piece or something unusual. Prices are steep. The furniture is second hand and some is upcycled.

We are very sorry for any trouble that we have caused you. We, of course, measure the beds when they arrive at the store.  We are human, and are sure this was an honest mistake. I bought a bed and was told it was a queen size. I don't have a truck so I had to barter with a friend to get it picked up and brought to my home. When I got it setup and tried to put the boxspring and mattress on it would not fit. The bed turned out to be a full size and not a queen. Now I have a full size bed and a queen size mattress. I called them and they told me to bring it back, let them set it up in the show room and measure it she said they just eye most of them and mark them as what they think. I would love to take it back but I don't have any way to get it back there. So buyer beware, they do not measure every bed etc that comes in. So if you buy a bed make sure they put it together in the showroom and measure it before you purchase.

Very very rude, judgmental, snobbish for nothing, conceited, and critical staff & owner. It’s sad and petty because the entire store is scraping for scraps.

We are sorry that this process is taking longer than expected, and it is felt that both Bella's House and Monster Movers is not taking responsibility.  Being that neither business has had to deal with a process like this, we incorrectly assumed that when the police report was filed, they would have explained next steps and interviewed everyone involved.  The case has been assigned to a detective, who still has the case open.  We have asked that the detective to contact the owner of Bella's House and are waiting or call back.  As mentioned by Monster Movers, they are willing to do what it takes, including paying for fingerprinting or other investigative forensics to get to bottom of this.  Currently, we are in a holding pattern until the detective gets back with us to advise next steps and close the case.  We are sorry, that this has not met expectations.  We would all like this to come to conclusion as quickly as possible.  Be well.

BEWARE***** Monster Movers (hired by Bella’s House) delivered furniture to my home a couple weeks ago and stole my jewelry from my bedroom. They were told not to enter the bedroom by my fiancé but they did anyway and I was left violated. I immediately filed a police report and the manager BJ at Monster Movers said it was being handled and the owner of Bella’s House (who hired them to deliver my furniture) told me “Monster Movers insurance would be liable” Now no one is calling me back to handle this. Everyone is hoping I remain silent and let it go. I have told both companies if they made this right I would not leave this review or tell my friends and family who also shop their and yet, neither is calling me back. I loved shopping at Bella’s house and now I have no choice but to leave this review to warn others. Sad story,  this could have been handled and if either company want to make it right then call me. I was violated and hopefully this post keeps others from being.

BEWARE. Several years ago, I brought in a NICE dining set with 6 chairs to be consigned, and I was VERY CLEAR  that I wanted at LEAST a specific dollar amount. I even had them write it on the contract in 2 places and they circled the dollar amount I needed. I called and checked a couple of times, and it had not sold. I received a pretty good offer from someone I knew, so I called the store, and they said they just sold it, and I could come pick up my $60 check.  $60!!!!!!  WHAT!!!  Turns out they sold my beautiful dining set for $100!!!  I couldn't believe it!!!  I realize mistakes happen, so I let it go. Years pass. I decide to buy a dresser for a bedroom. I go buy a partially assembled dresser, under the agreement they will finish building it. I paid the store for the piece, and trusted it would get done. I bought this dresser as a Christmas gift for my kids. I went to pick it up on Christmas Eve right before the store was to be closed. When I get there, it was tied to a furniture dolly. The employee told me not to open the drawers till I got home. That shot at a big red flag.  There were four drawers that were not tied shut so they could be opened, so I checked them out. The very first drawer I opened, the drawer glide popped off and onto the floor, and ball bearings rolled everywhere.  At that point, I gave her the pieces and was still willing to buy it, if they could fix that piece. After I gave her the piece that had broken, she said " I was afraid that was going to happen."  I went over to open another drawer, and that drawer would only open halfway.  I think she knew it was broken.  She knew I had paid extra to have him complete the repair process, but she was still willing to let me take it home aware that at LEAST two of 6 drawers were broken. In both of these events that I described, the staff that we dealt with was very matter-of-fact and did not show compassion or seem concerned that major mistakes had happened.

Went on Tuesday to consign and they woman working was so rude I took my stuff elsewhere.  She complained they had been busy and said “why are all these people bringing stuff today”.  I laughed and said people are off work and cleaning out apparently.  Her response “well they need to find something else to do like go to the lake”.  She proceeded to act like I was bothering her so I walked back inside picked my stuff up and told her I would go somewhere else.  Obviously she was shocked but she needs to realize they make money from people consigning and without people bringing things they won’t have business.  Last trip to Bella’s.

I visited Bella for the first time on April 8th to find an interesting and reasonable stock.  I found a table and chairs for my 100 yr old home (72173#),but I had to find out if it would be ok and arrange to dispose of my dinning room set that night.  The price would have gone down the next day and they offered to take the reduced price if I payed for it today.  Well they said nothing about a hold of 24 hours for the next day to assure my dinning room set. Big mistake.  I guess all they saw was money. I had also picked out 5 other pieces, but I have looked for the right dinning room set for a long time.  Money is not an issue because I make good money as an RN and my hubby is a director of Engineering at a local company. This staff member even seen me take down measurements and right all the product numbers for my purchase.  I left, only to find out after I had gotten 1100 dollars in cash and a truck, with my furniture dinning room set promised elsewhere that they sold it on the same day I was there. So it would not have matter if I was there in the morning next day!!!!!  Well besides being so upset, if I had been offered the hold it would have been mine the next morning in cash along with the dresser, side table, lamp, and desk.  I find although this may be a great place to find treasure and recommended by my colleges. I must rate it very poorly in communication, customer service, informing and working with the clients!!!!!!!!!! Sad to say, but true because that is the business I am in customer service. So I guess if they really wanted to make it right with any sincerity they would have offered to honor that policy and call the other client to admit a mistake, but after confirming it today all they wanted to know is about the interest in the other items.  Not on your life after this shabby blunder!!!!!!!! Besides, I knew on the 9th (next day) when getting ready to go to the shop to pay and pick up, that it was gone and the reason that I was so upset is that my friend that checked on it to save me a trip told me that their was a hold policy that I was not offered with all my interest in the item.  I finally got the nerve to confirm it today.  I look forward to see how honorable they really are, awaiting a response.
So they responded with an "I'm sorry", but here is the kicker.  They said that they needed to review the hold policy and communication with their staff.  Well guess what the woman that waited on me and know my interest that did not tell or offer a hold on the item was the manager /owner (Krista Hunt) that responded blaming the issue on her staff and their inability to know policies of the shop.  I identified her on Facebook as the person that waited on me.  Wow. She can't council anyone when she does not know her own policies. Most certain a dishonest and poor establishment!!!! Boy was I played for a fool!!!  I don't feel bad about this post because it is honest, and this shop owner had several opportunities to rectify the issue by 1) have the new owner return the item to have the proper owner buy the item, or 2) notifying me of any new item the are similar suitable for my home when it came in.  She took none of these options to promote customer service, communication with the clients in which her shop serves, or good relationship with the community.
