Exceptional Design Assistance and Service from Iris at Circa Interiors! Have you ever walked past a store so beautiful and thought to yourself, "WOW, I could never afford anything in there?" Well, that was me just a few weeks ago. (Want to hear how the story ends? Keep reading!) I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Iris at Circa Interiors, and I must say, the experience has forever changed my apprehension of walking into the nicest store on the block! As I walked in, I was greeted with the most lovely scent and decor from around the world. And then, I met the most wonderful person you can find anywhere in the world - Iris. Iris went above and beyond to understand my personal style and what would work best for my new home. She took the time to listen attentively and asked questions I would have never thought about, truly understanding my vision. Her expertise provided me with thoughtful insights and guidance throughout the entire process. One concern I had was staying within my budget (as you might have realized from my not-so-indiscreet foreshadowing). We all know that designing a new space, regardless of size or budget, can sometimes be intimidating. I had just bought my first townhome and planned on elevating my style from my previous one-bedroom condo. Iris expertly guided me and made sure I stayed on track without compromising on the overall aesthetic. (THANK YOU IRIS!!!!) Her thoughtfulness, kindness, and professionalism are unmatched in Charlotte! Iris made me feel comfortable throughout the entire journey, ensuring that every decision made was not rushed and that I felt great about every purchase. I'm convinced she wrote the handbook on exceptional customer service (if there is one!). I'm so proud of my new design BFF (she so cool and talented). Oh and at Circa there's a long bench deep of designers. It's great to have additional ideas and perspectives. They became my village in the phrase "it takes a village" (lol).
