I would like to give a shout out to Miya is not her full name, but she had excellent customer service. She was helpful in every possible way you could ever be towards a customer! She definitely deserves a Christmas bonus and a promotion.

Trade It is one of those places I have to stop by every now and then. It's like a treasure hunt every time I go in. I don't always buy stuff but I do find good deals from time to time. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable.

My boyfriend and I usually come in to look around at all the different stuff they had. Last month, I bought him a computer for his birthday day and I was helped by Cam, Toulie, Iris, and Caleb! They were wonderful with questions we had with great attitudes!!

More Trading post than Pawn shop. It's large size gives it more room for surprise. Plenty of free parking. Sales associates available. It's Corner location makes it very visible from the street.

My last Wii U adapter cable broke, so I went to TradeIt to find a replacement. I was struggling to find a cable for a decent price, but Iris helped me find one very quickly. It works like a charm and was much more affordable than ordering one online. She was very kind and accommodating, and I appreciate her help very much.

Honestly, haven't been in there in over two years and a lot has changed for the better.  Staff has a new energy, managers actually assist quickly, and overall the pricing for items is reasonable enough.  (could you sell more with facebook, gamestop, or other means, yes, but gas and time is money that they make up for)  If you are going to bring in garbage expect garbage they have on a white board the high selling items, and they do great in explaining why or why not they are going to trade something with you.

My little story: I went in for a mixer and maybe some odds and ends for a PC I am upgrading, I stayed in and out of the store for well over three hours. (even came back after I ran some errands after thinking about some things)  Since I have not been in the store I was bouncing around which the staff was more than happy to answer any of my 1000 questions.  After coming back from an hour long dinner with my girlfriend we decided the mixer was not for her.  So we just kept looking.  During that time Elijah was patient and waited for me to make up my mind on a few things for over a few hours.  The patience on that man is unbelievable.

I ended up selling a AEG Carbine M16DST Airsoft Gun and my Apple Series 6 Watch.  Got some decent in store credit and then bought myself a new Series 2 Apple Ultra Watch for a steal.  Needless to say I will be coming back.

Walked in and met a guy name cam that worked there he asked me if i needed help with anything. I told him i was looking for a chainsaw, he immediately pointed me to the right direction. Had excellent customer service. Even also took the extra step to start it and show me how to use it.

Iris has been very helpful in my purchase and repair attempt of an original Xbox gaming console.

Moe has great customer service! She is always so friendly and helpful when I go in there to either sell or buy something! I look forward to seeing her in there as she always has a welcoming smile on her face!

I been shopping at trade it for years they have pretty good prices for old games you can expect around retail if not alittle over maybe alittle under but over all pretty good most games you can find here are around the 4.99 to 9.99 with your rare exception but expect one of those prices they have a good selection and very friendly staff who is always willing to help out just today I got a copy of oblivion for the ps3 which sadly when I got home and tested it it kept crashing over and over so since it was within their 24 hours return period for games I was able trade it for the two games below the past two times I been there today and last week me and the staff talk a bunch about games while waiting for a cashier (the first time only today I was talking with my cashier themselfs) I’m graying a lot I know but overall I love this store and don’t plan to stop coming in (only thing I don’t recommend doing is trading in games since they don’t give you a great price idk if I was supposed to debate or whatever but as long as you buy stuff I have no complaints)

Flabbergasted by Trade It's prices, a PS2 slim w/ everything (power, cords, (2x) controllers) for $100 that's a deal.

Usually they have alot in stock. They have moved the store around quite a bit since my last visit. They have more amplifiers, speakers and musical instruments compared to usual. If you need an ac window unit they currently have about 20. The staff is incredibly enthusiastic today. Unfortunately I couldn't find the Elmo wearing a chicken costume to get store credit :(

They take designer bags now so tried to sell Louis vitton bag (for very cheap) and they said the  Louis vitton date code came up to a different bag on google lmao! The date code is just WHERE THEY MADE IT AND THE DATE/WEEK. Different bags will have the same date codes if it was made at that time 😂 so don’t take anything there because they don’t know what they are looking at or how to identify. Waste of time

Sold me a tv for 10 dollars cheaper then the one in Walmart but came with no control in I couldn’t connect it to the Wi-Fi

Never will I buy anything from this place. Manager is disrespectful and acts like a child getting smart on the phone. Both two smartwatches from them and fossil gen 1 and gen 5 watch is getting hot and battery running fast. It's ok going to corporate about this

Took a 1600 item into the store that sales used for 1200. They offered 400 I under understand the business is there to make money but you can’t expect for them to try and make double amount off of your item. Do yourself a favor sale online if you want at least close to what your item is worth

Horrible customer service. They take a very long to meet with you and never show any respect. They always try to scam you and offer you an incredibly low offer for your item no matter the quality of your item. They seem to not care if any of their items are stolen. Overall the business seems very shady and not worth the time it takes to sell or buy anything with them.

First time purchasing something here. Had to return it because it didn’t work. That’s not the issue… I paid 73.92 for a computer monitor and a warranty (59.99 plus 9 and some change) when I bring back the defective equipment I get $59.99 in return….. and told that the warranty is a one time purchase and so it can’t be refunded hmmm long story short I won’t be back but I’m just curious how I just got robbed of about $14

I bought a diamond engagement ring from Trade It. Three days later, I discovered that the center diamond was chipped. I returned to the store to request a refund. I was denied a refund. This store intentionally sold me a damaged diamond ring. They are crooks and do not care about their customers. They knowingly sell damaged merchandise which is fraudulent. This is a very dishonest business.

Manager asked a customer to leave for soliciting, there was no sign that stated no solicitation . The customer refused to leave , the manger gets out of his work uniform and comes from behind the counter like he was ready to places his hands on the customer . Behavior completely unprofessional
