Absolutely the best shop in Highlands for high-end antiques and silver. Been here for over forty years. Friendly people, reasonably priced and fun just to browse and shop. They've provided most of our family silver through three generations. Can't recommend them too highly.

I’ve been coming here every trip since 2012. As a non local, I introduced myself, chatted for a few minutes with the owners and spent an hour looking and asking questions. I bought a lovely silver baby cup as a gift, and a bronze pheasant on a stand. Talked them down some on the price and said I’d be back. I’ve gone probably 25 times since and bought something each time. Sometimes inexpensive, sometimes more. I look fwd to seeing them and catching up.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We absolutely love seeing you every time you visit, and it means the world to us that you've made us part of your trips. Big purchase or small, it's always a pleasure to help you find something special. We can’t wait to welcome you back again soon!

We have visited this store over a dozen times since moving to NC. We have made several purchases. They have lovely things. However, every time we have visited, the woman who owns the store has been rude, sometimes toward us, sometimes toward others in our presence. This time, we were enjoying a break from Covid 19 lockdown. We had visited four other stores which did not require masks. With masks in hand, we looked for any signs posted before we entered. There were none. My husband went one way, I another. The owner approached him and loudly berated him as though he were a child. If a sign had been posted or she had politely asked him to wear a mask, he would have gladly complied. As it was, she not only ruined our day out, but lost our future business. So sad, when small businesses everywhere are suffering. Oh well.
