Great way to support persons in our community, and therefore our community itself!  Also, I find fabulous, unexpected buys at ZABS--a raised bed kit, gifts for my granddaughter, just the right color knit top!  Always worth stopping in.

Don't sleep on this gem of a store! The sales team are so kind and helpful, but you will be downright pleasantly surprised by the amazing selection--quality, quantity, price, availability--it's truly one of a kind and so worth the visit!

Today I purchased a blouse at Zabs Place. I really appreciate the selection of clothing. The dressing rooms are clever in design with the spoons and forks for hanging things. I also liked that I could find easier parking today with the new parking spaces for Zabs. Great to support this mission.

We make shopping at Zabs a regular family excursion.  Not only do we always find high quality, adequately priced products, the place where these funds are getting designated to makes it all worth while. I'm so glad I found this store. I love their work giving young teens with special needs/talents work they can be proud of. One of my favorite purchases are the dog treats made by one of the teens, but I've also found Christmas china, pants and jackets too. The staff are super friendly and helpful and very welcoming. I am going to begin to donate there as well. Terrific place!

I love everything about Zabs! There are always unique items in excellent condition at great prices. The employees are always attentive and friendly without being pushy. It’s become my “go to” place for when I want to buy a gift or treat myself to something different without spending a lot of money. Zab’s back story and hiring practices are heart warming and I know that my money is going to a good cause. If you like the sound of this, then I think you’ll find Zab’s to be one of Charlotte’s hidden treasures.

Whenever I go into the store it's clean and organized plus I never leave empty handed. The prices here are cheaper than the local Goodwill and there are additional discounts on colored tags. Go now!!

I’ve been shopping at thrift and consignment stores my whole life and Zabs is my favorite. Quality items at steal prices and the whole store is so organized it feels like a boutique experience. The staff is super helpful and I love that they serve the special needs community. It feels good to shop here and I always look forward to it!

I love ZABS Place! They are a mission-driven thrift-boutique! Their inventory is ever-changing, but more importantly, they coach, train, and support teenagers and adults with special needs!

Have been shopping at Zabs since it opened and it's a very welcome addition to Downtown Matthews. Mission-based  boutique resale shop with a focus on training, employing and placing Special Talents in the workforce.

Excellent selection of better quality men's, women's clothing and housewares that changes frequently. Super-friendly staff. Well organized and clean shop. Tag sales for certain colored tags are posted at the door.

Rarely walk out without finding something!

I'm giving ZABS Place a five star review not because of the contents of their store but what they stand for and why they exist.  ZABS mission is:
Our mission is to help young adults with special needs harness their own special talents and prepare them to transition to rewarding careers and realize their dreams of leading meaningful lives.

It's not much more than most other thrift shops but the purpose behind their existence is worth the visit.  There are always little gems to find at ZABS which has ranging products from clothing to dishes.  Service was great and location is ideal.

Doesn't look or feel like a thrift shop. More like an upscale boutique with artsy displays. And the merchandise . . . Wow! I got a bunch of beautiful bangle bracelets and a wider bracelet of hand-painted pottery links . . . and spent $12.00!

If you love fashion and don't want to break the bank, run to Zab's place soon and often!

Some good finds I got there. There’s a lot of hobby items I found there. Some interesting crockery’s and such. Just thought of visiting the store but ended up finding the books I was looking for.

Great place and people. However, I think they overprice items, especially books purses, jewelry and clothing that aren’t high end and can easily be found at other thrift shops. I see books on the shelf that I saw 6 months ago marked for $6. They’d move more stuff and make more money if items were priced more reasonably.

Very nicely laid out but minimal clothing in my size (L/XL). Your pricing on the “designer” clothes is a bit high. Chico’s especially. I can buy them on sale new for below what you are asking. However, there are no spots or tears which I greatly appreciate. And the people are very nice!
