I recently visited Second Go-Round  Consignment and had a wonderful experience. Emily and all the staff are friendly and set a great tone with the atmosphere. I love this place. It always has some pretty nice items, especially when it comes to the shoes. I bought some scrubs there 3 weeks ago and I was satisfied except for the shirt was a bit too big. But of course that isn't the employees fault lol. Love this place and will always go there and shop.  YOU SHOULD TOO! ❤️

Well, I don't know who to start thanking, because EVERYONE there is so nice and helpful.  Ms.Elaine, Ms. Marie, and Mr Kevin are Angels sent from God.  This store is AMAZING and has awesome prices!!

A truly eclectic place for new and gently used home furnishings, artwork, rugs, clothes, and so much more! They offer clothing, linens, dishes, silverware, pet items, holiday things, etc. A few small appliances are often available, too, as well as books, toys, and plenty of the unexpected. Check the overhead signs to see what the special discounts of the moment are. Things go fast, though, so if you see something you like make a decision quickly! Lastly, I appreciate the donation closet outside. Those knick knacks cluttering up my shelves might just be perfect for someone else! 😊

The best consignment shop. I have gotten books, jewelry, a king bed frame, home decor, and LOTS of nice clothes here. Last week, I bought a Ralph Lauren dress for $16! It’s more organized than Belk, less crowded than TJ Maxx, and always friendly and helpful!

Stopped by yesterday to donate some items.  Staff friendly and professional. Store was clean and neat. Plenty of parking. Sister found exactly what she wanted and more.

My first UHaul rental of a 10 ft. truck.  I was so thankful that they are open on Sunday!  The friendly staff offers great service and the rental process went smoothly.  The truck was very clean and easy to drive. The return process after hours was smooth,  and the price was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again!

I was very surprised at this little gem of a find. The staff was so so friendly, and so much to look at. The store is very clean and well organized. Can't wait to go back.

You never know what you're going to find today I found some eyepieces for a telescope they were worth the money I spent. My wife also found some items you just never know what you're going to find when you get in there and they often have discount prices on their items

This place was very big and had a number of furniture selections and little bits with items. They have some great sales as well based on the date that things arrive. I was highly impressed to buy the service and the help from the employees and the engagement they had with the store and the customers.

This store is remarkable! A thrift store that has it ALL plus it's extremely clean, extremely organized with the best customer service employees I have come across in Eastern Carolina. I recommend that if you haven't gone there & you are looking for clothes, furniture, shoes, purses, lamps, etc etc etc you go there first! I was overly impressed & it takes alot to impress me coming from up north where everything sparkles & shines. So go check out Second Go-Round....bet you won't regret it!

Every time I visit this place, I always find a hidden treasure.  Everyone is extremely nice and helpful.  They have a very wide variety of merchandise without spending a fortune.  I've found the pricing to be very reasonable. Awesome place to shop or just look around.

I really  like shopping here. They have a mix of new and used furniture plus clothes,housewares,  gifts....I especially  love their rug selection. They have new rugs at a very reasonable price

Prices are okay. I like the sales and mark down idea but inventory sucks usually. I rarely find anything, but sometimes I'll find something good. The "touristy" items take up too much room and are too expensive. I would like to see them mow that down and put in more thrifty items.

This shop is pretty big. The place was clean and the staff is friendly.  They have a veritity of stuff from clothes to new furniture.  They even had a couple wedding gowns haha. I did get a bit uncomfortable when I noticed a staff member following me around. I guess they have to be careful but once I noticed you, please stop following me. A thief would just leave.

They have a very good selection of new and used furniture. Used clothes that are for the most part in good clean condition. They also have dishes,lamps etc.. necessities to get anyone started in a new home on a dime. An overall nice place to look at nic nac's too.

Has a nice selection of furniture and clothes. Would prefer to see more misc. Knick knack type items. They have a small section of new gifts that include, jewelry, knick knacks, & gifts. Overall prices are ok. Should be a tad cheaper on some of the stuff..

Some hidden finds in here. Prices can be pretty high on a lot of items especially being used. The right side of the store with the clothes has a lot of dirty and broken items. Honestly was shocked so many nasty dirty items like drink pitchers were being sold. A chair for 50$ covered in stains. With sales the prices are reasonable.

The ladies are great, some of the prices are high but they do have sales that are not to bad. Please  check  the movies for scratches.

I came here with a good attitude, smiley face, zero sleep, and every intention of writing a good review but unfortunately I cannot. The staff was fantastic and super sweet BUT it would have been INCREDIBLY helpful to know that the tv I was buying didn't come with a power cord 😃 which is ESSENTIAL to USE aforementioned device. So.. having that been said, shop at your own risk if you like buying things that are missing KEY parts

Large store.  Furniture - used and new, household items (kitchenware, linens, knock-knacks), toys, some tools, clothes.  Affordable prices.  50% (and 25%) off tag selection weekly.  Helpful, friendly staff.  Negative is the employees are not wearing required masks, otherwise I’d give 5 stars.

I’ve found some gems at times but very disappointed and also angered that employees don’t wear masks. Many customers weren’t wearing masks either and ofcourse the staff neglected to take action to enforce the mask restrictions that are posted on their front door. The items at this store are not worth the risk of contracting Covid 19.

Don’t get a U haul from here. Wife and I got one moving to our new home, was informed that it would 19.95 plus tax and we were emailed a receipt and that’s it. Then we were charged 70 dollars for gas. We weren’t made aware of this and we’re reasonably upset by it and didn’t really care and blamed me for not knowing something I wasn’t told. They’re a scam and don’t care about the customer at all. Go anywhere else

We were in your store today and could easily hear your employees making fun of us because we wore our mast. None or your employees wore them. Apparently y'all don't respect your customes.

Today while shopping and minding our own business, my daughter made a really bad joke, not understanding how it may be perceived by others. While she is otherwise very well behaved, we decided to let it go until we exited the store. One worker was staring at us and decided to put in her opinion about what my daughter had said. We tried to just go on and shop but felt so much judgement that we proceeded to pull her aside and explain how what she said was wrong. Meanwhile another worker decided to interrupt our conversation to try and teach my daughter a lesson. We finally got away and i proceed to check out, even though I should have not bought any items. While I was paying the second woman began insulting me as a parent and how she had every right to jump in and give her unwanted opinions. The first lady apologized ( which I appreciated), but the second lady continued pushing her judgement and opinions on me. I have been in hospitality my entire life, and would never think of pushing myself in a customer's conversation while insulting and passing judgement to make them highly uncomfortable. Her behavior was inappropriate and ignorant. I certainly don't need parenting advice from a thrift store worker!

We literally just left this Stuck,up place. We had our little Chihuahua with us and we left him in the car with food and water. All the Windows were cracked and he was ok. We had only been in the store maybe 3 minutes when the last up front told us the owner was calling the police on us because the dog was in the car. I will never step foot inside this over priced Consignment Shop ever again. My dog was and is fine.
