We donated our sectional couch and Rob, Shawn and Darvis did a great job. Super fast and easy. I’ll be donating all my large furniture items to Habitat for Humanity in the future!

5 Stars for Camille, the Store Manager at Pineville's ReStore. Camille was friendly from the minute I walked in the door, once purchase, she determined configuration to get the pieces into my car. When she determined one wouldn't fit, she personally delivered the piece to my home in her off-hours time. She is a gem. Further, she knows what I am looking for and will let me know if something comes in that would work in my space. Thank you Camille, you matter immensely to the store.

Recently I called this location for a specific sized item. David answered my call, asked to put me on hold, went and measured their item. Unfortunately theirs was the wrong size. This saved us a trip there—during bad weather. Such good customer service should not go without acknowledging. Thank you again David.

What a wonderful place. The people are so kind and encouraging and friendly. It was such a happy place and the prices were awesome. The things I found were things that I would never in a million years find anywhere else. I'm having to refurnish my four bedroom after saving it from foreclosure and Habitat for humanity has been my saving Grace.

Vicky (volunteer) was fantastic. She helped me access hard to reach items, carried items to the register, and helped me locate pieces I needed to complete my shelving project. Why can’t people who actually get paid offer customer service like that anymore?
