First of all, the people there are so friendly. I would guess they are treated well so they are generally in aa good mood. That makes shopping here fun. Second, prices can be very reasonable. Unlike some others, they have not forgotten they are a thrift store. Third, size. This place is large with indoor and covered outdoor areas.

The store is large and nice with a huge selection inside and out. Dropping off donations is easy and they are always helpful. Having large donations picked up from home was easy, Monroe is very nice.

One of the largest thrifting locations in the triangle! They always have discounts and deals going on and the staff is very kind and patient even when they are busy. I like to donate to this location and they always have a ton of furniture and household goods. There is even 2 levels!

I have been shopping at this location since 2007, and it has consistently been the best place to shop. The store offers low prices compared to others, and it is always clean and well-organized. The front-end staff are exceptionally respectful and welcoming. Notably, Keisha, Ms. Brooks, and Mario stand out for their excellent service. Mario, in particular, is patient and attentive, making every shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. He skillfully presents various selections at great prices (a way for you to spend more money, but with good intention...lol). Overall, the team's professionalism and dedication significantly contribute to a positive shopping environment.
