This is a great two entrance store. Free popcorn as you shop... Love that! One side is old pieces to decorate your mansion or the individual sellers on the other side. It's fun to look and maybe you will find something you like! Plenty of parking.

As an Architect, I was very impressed with the quality and quantity of items found at Architectural Warehouse. My wife and I visited on October 28, 2023 - looking for exterior and interior lighting and maybe some other interesting items for our new home under construction in Fair Play SC on Lake Hartwell. My wife spotted a light grey leather couch. Wow. Beautiful Italian leather and 84" length. Perfect. Also, found 2 large surface mounted lights for our home's entrance and 2 slender, table lamps for Bedroom 2. Lighting selections completed. We worked with salesrep Kathy Phipps and wrapped up the purchase of these 5 items. Kathy was great. You should see her there. Highly recommended.

As someone who has been to a TON of "antique malls", this one is among the most highly recommended. I was only able to do a quick walkthrough, however, my initial impressions were a clean and comfortable environment with friendly staff. I didn't see a lot of "junk" as with most of these types of stores and after just a glance, saw quite a few items I wished to purchase. Most of the booths were well organized and had fairly concrete themes. Please note that one side is the consignment section and the other is the furniture and antiquities section. All around great setup. I will definitely be back. **Edit** I made a purchase of a large painted china cabinet and they assisted with loading it in my truck. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I totally would. They were able to work a price out with me that we both liked. Again, great place if you're looking for something unique. The people are incredibly friendly.
