Today was the first time I had bern in DelRays. I said, Woow, when I walked inside. It is really nice. Nice furniture and things.

This place is great as well as the folks running it. They have so much to choose from and the quality of the furniture there is very nice! From the mattresses to the couches. Jennifer and her husband went above and beyond to get me what I wanted.  They're very friendly and didn't push anything on me like your typical furniture salesman would. Very happy with my experience and purchases here!!

There are consignment household items to choose from at great prices. There is a large furniture selection at some of the best prices in town. They do not sell clothes anymore as they noe focus on furniture sales.

Scott and his team do a great job! Knowledge, friendly and they go above and beyond to help customers find what they are looking for. I have purchased for my home and my place of business. Highly recommend Delray's.

First time at Del-Rays, but going back next week again. I cannot believe I had three items in my hands and I hadn't even been there 2 minutes. Ended up with seven items. I'm currently Refurbishing the antique children's school table back to its original (OAK) glory. NEVER paint over such beautiful wood. That's a crime!

We've used Delray's several times in the past 6 months to consign some items. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with!  Very friendly and super helpful with anything you might need!  I always enjoy browsing new items when I stop in!  Recently purchased a sectional sofa. Those in the Waynesville area - check it out!  They are always getting in new stuff!!!

Awesome staff and AMAZING deals. I've bought everything from DVD's, artwork and lamps to a king sized bed. mattress and dresser. They specialize in lightly scratched and dented solid wood, quality furniture. Most things you can't even find the imperfection. Should be your first stop when looking for furniture. Inventory is constantly changing.

I had never been to this store. On a whim, decided to check it out. I walked out having purchased a dining room table, four absolutely stunning chairs, antique student desk, artwork and two champagne flutes. I SCORED!! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Going back hoping they can get me other pieces I'm looking for. Do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem.

This is a thrift/consignment shop. I found a lovely brand new long length multicolored sweater for nearly nothing compared to original store price tag which was still attached to sweater.  Also the people working inside were very helpful and very nice too.

i try to get there once a week and the whole staff and owner are super friendly and helpful! I’ve gotten some fantastic deals there and will continue to browse because you never know what you’ll find.👍🏼

We moved to the Waynesville,NC area 2.5 years ago, and have since made approx. 15 visits to this great store, whereby we have ALWAYS received the best service and pricing possible. My wife has bought many articles of clothing there, and we have also bought numerous pieces of quality furniture (new and used) there,as the owners have always given us spectacular pricing. No hassle browsing is the norm there.

Love this store and the people.  Every week the stock seems to change. Always find something different and always things I need/want!!!

I've found so many treasures in this store!  The inventory changes constantly and I've never failed to find something I just "have" to have.  The prices range from always good to incredible.  The new furniture is high quality and the consigned goods are varied and interesting.  They're friendly, very helpful and accommodating.  It's always on my list for treasure hunting.

Awesome little shop they got lots of nice furniture for good deals and all sorts of other items includong clothes and baby items.

We are buying our third mattress set from them -- one for each of our moms and one for us.  We always comparison shop.  Don't even THINK about saving money at a big box store.  You won't.  And you won't find a more comfortable mattress.  Honest and helpful owners.  Buy local. They care about your satisfaction with the product.

The owners are just about the nicest people you could meet. It's a great place to browse for antiques and they have excellent prices on both antique furniture and newer items. I think I've decorated my whole house out of this business and I'm very happy with everything I've purchased from them. They are also very easy to work with when it comes to deliveries and on time, giving you a good idea of when they will show up in advance instead of the large windows of time that most places will give. AAA+

We love this consignment store! It has a huge variety of unique furniture and other things! We have purchased several items from them at great prices and are very satisfied! Sometimes we go to just look and we usually end up buying something anyway!

This store has excellent merchandise at really good prices and is run by very honest and honorable people who can be trusted completely. They get new things in all the time so we go frequently and almost always come away with something we have found that we like. It is always a pleasant rewarding experience to shop here.

Del Ray's is the best place for consignment furniture and clothes. They always have the highest quality consignment. It's not crowded like every other consignment shop. We've been shopping there for a few years now and highly recommend it.

Prices are excellent for consignment items. Employees are nice. They also sell discounted new furniture.

Anytime I am looking for furniture I like to check out this little shop. Sometimes they can be a bit pricey other times they have great deals. It has changed quite a bit from when they started, but it's still a good place to check out.

Well kept consignment store with a large variety of goods. Love their pricing structure as it adds a level of challenge to getting the item you want for the price you like. The staff here is super helpful and I have never had a bad experience with them. If you are a thrift store junkie, this might be the store you are looking for. Lately their clothing seems rather expensive, but I don't usually shop there for garments.

It's always wonderful when we go to Delrays. Great deals on great things. The owners and staff are all ways very friendly and honest. Keep up the good work guys.

Shopped here all the time years ago. They had awesome consignment pieces, purchased 2 couches here for $150 or less. Now it seems the e furniture is bought in lots, mostly in the boxes, it's nice and reasonable but very limited selection. Not much in the way of collectibles.

I got a good deal on a sofa sleeper, but first I had to endure very personal questions about my belief in god. After I paid for my purchase, I noticed a sign behind the counter that was intended to offend liberals. It worked. You'll get no more business from me.

Took clothes and almost new items there a few years ago. Barely got any money and none of my things I took back that didn’t sell

Staff don't wear masks and follow basic cdc health guidelines. Remember, masks do more to prevent the wearer from transmitting the virus to another person, than they do in preventing the wearer from contracting it from someone not wearing a mask. Ms. Collins, we don’t have you in our system as a consignor, but after talking to several employees it appears you came in with the person who consigned these two items. At the time of drop off the consignor was told that we really couldn’t do anything with these items due to the fact the dining room set was almost 20 years old and the chairs had stains, and the bicycle had two flat tires. You and the consignor said,”you didn’t want to haul the stuff back home, just get what you can.” The bicycle sold for 35.00 and the consignor picked her part(17.50)up on August 13th and the dining set sold for 100.00, which she picked up part(50.00) last week. Per the agreement that was signed it states the price drops after 20 days and again at 35 days, and we DO NOT contact the consignor in any way. I’m sorry for any confusion.

Seven piece dinning room set, almost new bicycle, "we will keep up to 6 weeks.  If we can't sell for the price you can pick it up. " One day later came by to check on something. We sold, here is your $50. Yes there was a little stain on a couple of chairs. It was a $1000 dining set new. They said they would probably put $180 on it not counting the bicycle. They did not call and say we are knocking down the price do you want to come get it? Nothing, just gone somewhere in one day.

Hello, just wanted to set the record straight...we have more new furniture than we do used. We get a semi truck load from Highpoint every 10-14 days. We carry name brands such as Klaussner, Abbyson, and Steve Silver to name a few. I’m sorry no one greeted you, we can get really busy. Thank you for the feedback, we are always looking to improve!

Dont waste your time here. Went in to check out the sofa selection. Waaaaay overpriced. They only sell used sofas and have them priced more expensive than a new one. No customer service either. Was there 15 minutes and not even 1 person bothered to say hi.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We can only take items that are in great condition and ready for the sales floor. This means no stains, pet hair, worn, etc. We notified you that we couldn’t
accept your items due to the condition they were in, and you had the opportunity to pick these items up but did not, so we donated them to a local charity as per the agreement you signed.

Bad customer service, no proper communication with seller's. I went in earlier this year to pick up some of the money I earned and the lady behind the counter tried to give my money to another customer, then realized what she was doing, picked the money up off the counter. Dropped my change behind the counter and never picked it up to give to me. This fall I brought in several containers of merchandise. I called two weeks later to see if any of my items were sold, and they were never put out. I called two weeks later and I was told that my merchandise could not be put out because they were too worn. I had two coats there that had never been worn with 2 tags on them. No communication.. something isn't right about this business..

Have been coming in almost weekly looking for a bed. They always say check back next Thursday or Friday but then tell me they had beds but sold them. Twice I've left my number and they don't call. Came in this morning to find the only visible members of staff busy with their small children and I wasn't even spoken to. Not how to run a business.
