We recently had a piano restored and they did a phenomenal job! It didn’t even look like the same piano, completely elevating its look. Even the delivery guys were blown away. They were professional and I highly recommend them. (See before and after photos.)

Strengthened chair and added a new wood bottom. Very satisfied. Now ready to go to upholstery shop for cushion. Quick turn around and reasonably priced.

We've had our bedroom set for almost 30 years - solid cherry, but dark and we decided it was time to purchase a new bedroom set (currently being built by Amish craftsman in PA) - however we could not find nightstands that had the features our old ones offered so the decision was to refinish our current nightstands - we have use Martin Custom Woodworking in past for minor projects so they were our natural choice - we described to Zach and Curtis our goal, and the result exceeded our expectations - below are the before (original) and after (top a perfect match to the hickory wood being used to make our new furniture) - highly recommended for the skill and creativity offered by this company!

Amazing work! They completely transformed the Eastlake furniture I brought them. The furniture was in terrible shape after sitting in a basement for 20 years; Martin Custom Wood made them look like new! I barely recognized them. I will continue to use their services for all my future projects! The chairs and sofa turned out better than I could have even imagined.

My grandparents recently had several pieces of furniture suffer water damage during Florence. Martin and his wife were recommended to us by the insurance adjuster. We just received the furniture back and it is absolutely perfect. They did a wonderful job and were great to work with.

Had several antique Hitchcock chairs broken during our move to North Carolina. Curtis did a fantastic job repairing the broken spindles and restoring the finish to look perfect. He also restored the top of a damaged antique cherry dining table and repaired cracks in the drop leaf of each side. The work was superb. His price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend his work and will certainly use him again if needed.

I just had an 1840 English cabinet repaired and dropped off this morning. The work looks fine, as far as I can see inside the crate, but the customer service and communication between the husband and wife team is atrocious. It ended up costing us an extra $300 that they were unwilling to change. They also replaced fabric I specifically asked them NOT to replace. The wife does not communicate any information to her husband. So if you decide to go with this company, get everything in writing with a detailed list of repairs and speak with Curtis when doing so. Only do scheduling with his wife as no information is passed from one to the other. I honestly wish I could go back and hire someone else.
