I recently came across Chic Boutique Consignments online and the selection of items available was impressive and the inventory was great. The purchasing process was seamless and the website was easy to use. I appreciated the transparency in product descriptions and photos, which accurately represented the condition of the bags. The speed of the shipping was also fantastic and I received my order much faster than expected.

I’ve visited twice now and can’t begin to even  explain how awesome the customer service is! So friendly and helpful! If the salesladies are assisting another customer, simply begin browsing and they will be right with you. Excellent selection of quality clothing and not your typical “high end” shop with Abercrombie, Tahari, and Urban Outfitters. You’ll find an amazing collection of Louis Vuitton, Dior, Theory, Balenciaga (to name only a few) and so many awesome jeans presented for easy and convenient browsing. Prices are very reasonable too. The shop is clean and beautifully presented- all of the merchandise was in excellent condition- obviously they pride themselves on quality here! I stopped by hoping they might have a Moncler jacket and walked away with a beautiful vintage piece for an amazing price! Plus, the woman working there was so kind and truly took her time to make sure I’d love my purchase. Thanks- can’t wait to shop again! xo

This is one of my favorite thrift/consignment stores in all of New England! I drive all the way from Vermont to shop here, and it’s worth it - I always find such great items! The store is well-organized with natural light and nice decor, making for a very pleasant shopping experience (which definitely isn’t the norm for consignment shops!) The prices are reasonable considering the brands and quality of the clothing. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this store! They have such a huge variety of clothing for all styles and plenty of merchandise to choose from. I also love how the store is set up as some consignment shops feel like I'm shopping at a low end thrift store, but here I feel like I'm shopping at an upscale boutique. Would definitely recommend!

This is my favorite Consignment Store ever.  Their stores are all clean, organized and beautifully decorated.  This may be second hand but you will feel like a First Class Lady shopping here.  Everyone is super helpful and the online live shows of the clothing are very exciting.  It's fun to be the winner AND you get beautiful clothing at a great deal!  They have a little bit of everything with lots of great designer brands even my two favorites Prada & Louis Vuitton.  I highly recommend checking it out, you will love it!

I absolutely love this consignment store! I grew up wearing second hand clothes - but to find a store with excellent quality fashionable items is a win win for me! Ashley, Emma and the girls are simply amazing. They know my sense of style and help me pick out clothes that they know will look good on me. Their online shop and Facebook live sales are fun to shop. My favorite is their $5 blow out sales - these are a must attend! I’ve also had zero issues consigning with them and thankful for the money I made! Highly recommend shopping here!

You can do in store pick up or they even offer shipping for a small additional fee. I was so pleased with how helpful and friendly they were. My daughter bought a purse via Facebook. It was super cute but when it arrived we couldn’t figure out how to unlock it. The super sweet girls at the Bedford store had us bring it in and help show my daughter how to unlock it! Overall a great experience.

I love the look and feel of their Bedford location (the only location I’ve been able to go to 😭) and the staff is always super welcoming! Great upscale consignment store, high-end only like the lowest brand they have is anthropologie so that’s saying something. Ladies working there are super nice. Prices are a little steep for consignment stores, but I mean it’s in Bedford so I feel like that’s kind of a given.

Cute little consignment shop in the Woodbury Court plaza. I was not sure what to expect here but I was pleased with the selection they had available. Upon me entering the store, I was greeted and told about their current dress sale. She was polite and helpful and offered to assist me in finding anything particular. The items in this consignment shop are all really nice brands and good quality. They have clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories. There were a couple of items I thought were overpriced for being used but I'm sure it would be considered a treasure to someone else. Really nice place overall!

Hi Carol, about 1/3 of our items are actually brand new with tags. Our items are high-end and designer focused, and our prices are about 75% off of retail. Make sure to attend one of our $5 Backroom Blowout sales - all items are $5 and proceeds donated to local animal rescues :)

As you had mentioned, you received the sweater in perfect condition - and unfortunately, after three months time, we are not able to accommodate a return. I bought a sweater in the summer so I couldn’t wear it, obviously, today was the first day I wore it. It is a black sweater with faux leather sleeves. I put it on came to work, and after wearing it for about 1hour this is what it looks like. I have to wear my coat all day!! They will do nothing about it. These are the sleeves of the sweater, are YOU kidding me. They don’t refund so do not buy anything online, very poor customer service. Shop at ThreadUp Online consignment they have just as nice things, and their customer service is fantastic!

Hi Lisa - I’m confused as this is not what happened. We, as a business, have a legal contract that we hold each of our consignors to. We actually gave you a few extra days to come get your items after you called, and you did not show. You tried taking items that were not yours as well, and made my staff and customers extremely uncomfortable and caused a very awkward situation for all. The contract was explained to you many times, and can easily be found any time on our website. I apologize that we held you to our contract, as we do fairly to everyone, and you felt it necessary to try bashing us on a public forum. We have thousands of consigners and a great reputation and certainly wish you all the best on Facebook marketplace.

BUYER BEWARE!!  Make sure you explicitly read and understand your contract completely!  Know in advance when your contract ends and pick up in the 7 days!

What happened to me is that I consigned a bunch of things and I  called to see when my 60 days was up, which was a week before that and that day i made the call was my 7th day and that they would have to be picked up on that day.  They do not call you to remind you.  I was away on business and because of a medical issue was not able to come in until 4 days later, which at that point was too late for me!  So I get there and Marilyn pulls up an incomplete list of my things which I did not know at the time was incomplete.   I did find everything still out on the floor from that list,  but I was looking for an MK bag which just happened to sell in the days I was late after being there for 2 months!  Hmm, and of course she gets all the $ on that.  Next I see another item (not listed) that because it was selling for under $25, and had expired, then it becomes property of the store.  I actually had to pay the difference between the price of that and $25 to get it back.  If I hadn't seen it, I wouldn't have even known they still had it!

Then 2 nights ago, they do a live video discounted sale and there's another one of my Coach purses on the video for $10.  That was snatched up too and was not on the list either.

I asked for some consideration here, but got nothing.  No gesture of goodwill except an explanation of store policy again.

I am not impressed by their lack of goodwill or at least in trying to make things right and and from now on will just sell the rest of my things through FB Marketplace direct.
