I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had an outstanding experience. I was really nervous about purchasing a guitar online because I dont really know a lot about them to begin with and I was uncertain about how shipping something like that would even work. My bf saw this guitar online like 2 years ago and was talking so passionately about it I knew he needed it. This was a gift for his birthday since I wouldn't be able to be there this year. I ordered early assuming it would take a while to ship. It legitimately shipped the very next day after i purchased it. When i sent an email asking for some information about my shipment I received a call the very next day and they were so polite and professional on the phone and in my email response. Awesome customer service and experience all around. I was very impressed and my boyfriend was so happy and surprised when he received his guitar he said he was about to cry. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Not you're average guitar store! First off the staff are really nice, very helpfull. Inventory is mind blowing if it's PRS you are interested in. Nicely placed in the quiet country roads of New Amps Hire.

I own the PRS Core upgrade bridge for my S2 model PRS and I just received the same bridge for my Fender strat. These bridges are amazing, super high quality, easy peasy installation, easy to understand instructions and videos online. Most of all they feel and sound amazing, increased sustain and amazing tuning stability, what more can u ask for?

John! I just wanted to say that those locking tuners are perfect! I brought the SE home and tuned it with my tuner and then played it for 45 minutes with absolutely no changes to the tuning! I purchased a set of replacement tuners for a guitar from JMGV. I got them at a good discount and I received them less than 48 hours after ordering them. Upon looking at the included paperwork I was surprised to learn that they would purchase the old set from me as well, making it an even better deal. I recently acquired a MannMade USA "PRS/MANN" Vibrato Bridge in Nickel for my 2023 PRS CE 24, and I must say that the results have been truly remarkable. While there may be ongoing discussions regarding tonal preferences, it's worth noting that tonal perception can be highly subjective. However, when it comes to quality, there is a clear and objective standard, and the components crafted by MannMade consistently meet the highest standards of quality, resembling works of art in some respects. The installation process was surprisingly straightforward; instructional videos proved to be a valuable resource. In fact, the entire installation took a mere 20 minutes. The most time-consuming part of the endeavor was then devoted to the meticulous setup, where I painstakingly fine-tuned the action and intonation to match my personal preferences. The end result has been exceptional, with improvements in intonation, sustain, and the overall tuning stability of my PRS CE 24 – precisely what I had hoped to achieve. I have nothing bad to say about this guy! Only good things. John is probably the most down to earth businessman I've ever come across. I brought my guitar in for some work and he was very straightforward with me. He didn't try up selling anything or push additional items on me (although he should have, because I was in need of restringing a couple of my instruments, and who doesn't need additional picks when you've got a puppy running around). This guy is very passionate about what he does and I look forward to seeing him again and talking music and gear. Forget online stores and give him a visit. It was a 1.5 hour drive from me (3 hours round trip) and I'm glad I paid him a visit. He will help you find or build your dream guitar and the experience will be a story in itself.
