I personally find this store to be a lot of fun and the owner to be very nice. I also like how much money is donated to local agencies.

This is a wonderful store that is picky about what they take so the quality is very high. Prices are reasonable and all profits are donated to local non-profits and charities. They also put a lot of effort into being organized and with nice displays.

My husband and I have been going to this store for many years and have never once had a bad, or even somewhat negative experience. We have always left with great finds for great prices! I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from and they make me very suspicious. We shopped there again yesterday and left with a bunch of things. I paid with a credit card like I often do with no problems. I have seen many children playing with the toys and have never once seen a staff member scold anyone. Please do not listen to these reviews - go there yourself to make a decision as to whether or not you like the shop.

I see a lot of comments saying the owner ladies were rude, but I just went in and bought a new suit jacket for a dance and one of the ladies stopped what she was doing just to help me find some other good matching clothes. Both of the women were very friendly and helpful and now I'll be looking good at the dance. So I give them 5 stars for being incredible while also dealing with other customers.

I have always had a good experience in this Thrift Store. A great variety of items from clothes to home Decor. I donate my items to More, because every year they give the money to a local charity. For those who do not believe this happens, it does. It’s public record. I find the untrue statements irresponsible and unfair to the organization. You are hurting the people who benefit from this stores generous donation.

It's a cute little place unfortunately there were no goblin sightings, if this character is real they have great loot :)

The woman that runs the store is the rudest person I have ever met! Why is she allowed to treat people so nasty?! The merchandise is nice and well priced but the customer service is terrible.

Great selection. But horribly rude staff. Went with my mom and 8 year old daughter. The short haired lady was incredibly rude to my mother. I was appalled. So was my daughter. She's never seen grown adults acting like rude, petulant brats.

This has been my go-to for local thrift store shopping. However, much is to be had at the friendliness of the staff. Can't help feeling like I'm bothering the staff when I check out. I'm sure they are drowning in donations and sorting stuff out constantly must be a drag (there is so much to see) but the biggest offender is they don't have a designated area for people to 'test' the electronic items before buying. Turned away a sale at being told "things are tested before they are put out." which makes sense, but I would like to try things before i buy them, especially if they are no returns policy. Makes me question the integrity of the item. They sell hairbrushes with hair still in them. Buyer take caution, as some things really aren't priced much lower than their brand-new counterparts.
