Lovely people, reasonable prices, and a wide selection of games! Updates frequently with new arrivals on Facebook! Worth the drive!

Love it here. especially this year with the great prices and fun layout change to the store. Staff is friendly and chatty. I pop on regularly and love the atmosphere, and the place has great deals. Highly recommend if youre looking to add to your collection.

The store itself is an awesome dose of nostalgia with a very friendly atmosphere, very fun to browse and you never know what you will find. I saw a lot of very neat stuff you don't really see anymore except online. I sold/traded off my older collection of mostly 7th gen Sony games and I received an incredibly fair offer. And trust me when I say it beat the heck out of trying to piece it out on Ebay where from personal experience in another hobby the hassle/fee's can make it more trouble than it's worth doing piecemeal. I know that my items will end up with someone who appreciates them while also having the benefit of helping to support a local small business which is what we should all strive towards. One last thing Sue I took your advice and I did take my wife out to dinner and she said to make sure I thanked you when writing this review. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend if you are looking for older gen games/systems or have a collection you are seeking to trade/sell that you visit LevelUp.

Bought a Nintendo DSi in excellent condition here during the Christmas season. This is one of the best retro stores around, and well worth the drive into Goffstown (I’m very happy to live so close!).

I drive over an hour just to come to this place great prices and great service they have a little of everything when it comes to video games

The best video game store ever! They are very knowledgeable and honest with selling and buying. Store has something for everyone. Old and new games, consoles, toys and collectibles. The best part is they are super nice and enjoy what they do. The only place to go to.

The people here are great. Always fun to talk to. They will treat you with respect and honesty. Good prices. Selection is always changing, but they always have something for me to pick up. They also have a great selection of deco for the game room, toys and other collectibles. My favorite video game store.

Genuinely the best game store I've ever been to, and I've been to a LOT. Me and my girlfriend go there often and we really enjoy being there. They have such a great selection of games, consoles and game related things, it's always fun to come back and see what new stuff they have in stock, and they always have really great prices too! On top of all that, you can tell they really care about their customers, being super friendly and always helpful. I always look forward to going back there, it's always such a blast! 😸

A million times better than the old owners, I come in for Wii U games and they have a very nice selection of Wii U games (yeah I'm weird)

This place is great ! Not many game stores like this around. Has a lot of options from newer games like ps5 and Xbox one to sega genesis games and consoles. It’s hard to not leave with a game. The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable on any kind of game system .

This place is great for everyone, especially "retro" gamers or collectors. The new owners, Krystal & Adam are friendly every time we go in, they're helpful and treat us like they've known us for years. Would recommend Level Up Gaming to every gamer!

One of the better gaming stores in the state. Prices are very good compared to other stores. I traded in towards a Gamecube title I had my eye on, and the guy at the counter was very nice and offered a fair price on my item towards it. Overall a pleasant experience

Great customer service. Friendly staff and management. No... that's an understatement. They have the friendliest, most welcoming staff of any retail store I've been to! And that's coming from someone who worked retail for 15 years! The pricing, at times, can be a bit high, but usually it's right in line with the market value. Most of the selection is common titles, often in fair to poor condition, but they also have a decent selection of rare titles in excellent condition. Although, the pricing on those tends to be pretty high. However, the owners are very reasonable and super down to earth, so they are often willing to negotiate prices with you. As a retro game collector, this is, by far, my favorite game store in NH!

Wasn't looking for anything in particular, just thought I'd check it out, but the new owners are very nice, friendly people! And the games & consoles, whether it be retro or newer (they've got ALOT of both) are quite reasonably priced too, especially compared to something like DKOldies.

Cannot recommend this store enough. Go to this local gaming shop for all of your needs. Staff is incredibly friendly, they have fair prices, and have a HUGE collection.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I bought 6 PS2 games in total, and one of them did not work. They replaced it, no questions asked, and we tested the game before I left. There's an amazing selection, amazing people, and an amazing experience. This place is one of my go-to spots for PS2 games. I will be going back 😁

One of my favorite places to pop in for games. Good selection, easy to understand pricing (and usually very competitive on prices!) and everyone working there is friendly and helpful and happy to chat about games or answer questions. I can't recommend this place enough, worth the stop in!

Probably the best game store I’ve ever been to in general, literally stopped going to GameStop because this store is nothing short of amazing. Their prices are just amazing, and trade-in values are fair. Just ask the employees on how they do trade-ins if your confused on why the amount might be lower than you anticipated. The costumer service is probably some of the best, the employees are always willing to help out or just chat with you while you look around, it’s an amazing atmosphere, I even know two of the employees by name. Probably the best game store I’ve been in, great prices, sweet and helpful staff, great soda selection incase you come in thirsty sometime, just an amazing store all around.

My son and I love this place! Used games mostly $5 and $10, run by a really nice woman. Any issues with games, can just bring it back and exchange. Good to see small business done right ! Highly recommend.

Store has hugely improved the last year or so. Mark and Sue know what theyre doing and every employee in the Goffstown store has been nothing but delightful. Pricing is very good and on point (sometimes lower than it should be but dont tell Sue!!) Love this place.

I've been here a few times in the past few months, sometimes buying and sometimes selling. They have reasonable prices on games and everything I've bought has been clean and works properly.

In terms of trade-ins, they've always come within $5 of the estimates I calculate privately. It's easy to overvalue a video game collection so I understand why some reviews have expressed disappointment with the trade-in aspect, but the reality is, retro game prices are volatile and usually DROP, rather than rise, in value, so every purchase they make is a risk. They also check online prices right in front of you so it's not like they are trying to hide anything from you, if you're selling.

Sue is amazing and is very fair! We go there twice a week every week in Manchester. I just recently got a childhood game I haven’t played in so long and she gave us a great price for it. Will always come back!!

Sue is awesome. I spent 1.5+ hours in her shop on a nostalgia trip. As I was there, I observed multiple sets of customers enter and leave, with whom she was on a first name basis with. She will give discounts to encourage you to leave with more items if it means bringing your total to an even, easy to pay denomination (i.e I bought $19 worth of product, was told to buy one more item, which was worth $3, to bring my total to $20). Looking forward to visiting again, and to check out their Rochester store.

The service is absolutely fantastic. The lady is wicked nice. They have a huge selection of games and the consoles that aren't even in production anymore. I love this store. They work with you and let you switch stuff that doesn't work. I highly recommend this store. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I've been going to this store for years and its awesome. Its like walking into a time machine of video games and collectables. The owners are incredibly nice people and have always given me a fair deal on exchanged games. I can't say enough good things about this store!

We stopped into this shop on a whim one day while looking for a used PS2. My fiancé and I were so glad we stumbled across this shop! The owner was so friendly and she had a PS2 available! We had a little mix up with the controller, but the owner let us drive right back in to snag a different one. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

I had a very good experience at this store. I got there around closing time the owner Sue, stayed open later so I could look around and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of games and memerobellia itself is also large and impressive. The prices at this store are some of the best I have seen around. All the items I bought were clean and worked great. I am overall very happy with my experience at this store and I will definitely be coming back often!

If you think game stop is bad. Then you wouldn't want to go to level up gaming. Just joking. I'm not going to bad mouth a good place to pick up classic video games. it's one of my favorite places to go still. I still miss AJ but the owner is a good guy and he's just making his earnings. the prices aren't bad. you can almost find any old/classic game you want. I haven't met anyone who hasn't complained about the store or how the new owner is. it's a great place for children and adults who are looking to get back into gaming. it's also a cool place for memories from when you were a child. if your just checking out the store. I don't really do reviews but this place gets a five star ranking from me.

Awesome store! Honest folks and great deals. I personally have purchased two used video game systems and several used games there with no issues. Friendly service, huge selection and a shared passion for video games, movies and collectibles. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy or sell used/retro video game systems, games, collectibles etc.

What more can I say about this place and the new owner Mark besides being my absolute favorite place to shop and good conversation, incredible customer service, wide selection of video games and toys. Mark has a excellent knowledge of his business he had recommended me several video games across a wide selection of systems and I loved them all! I come in often to check out his ever growing collection. One thing I love is that everything is tested (which is important if we are talking classic games) and if there is ever a problem, he has a good return policy which of all the games and systems I purchased I never had to use. I am really grateful Mark has turned this true gem of a store into a sanctuary of fun and entertainment for not only gamers and collectors but anyone who wants to have fun!

I attend the weekly event  at Level Up Gaming that has become the highlight of my week. This is the best small business i have ever shopped at. The owner is one of the friendliest people I have ever met and His staff are phenomenal. Look no further for vintage gaming, this is the store to go to!

One of the few places near me that sells classic games and movies, now sells toys, comics, and all sorts of other fun and interesting things. Although the eBay high prices for the more popular titles is a bit unfortunate (I still blame YouTubers like James Rolfe for that..), 90% of the other games and memorabilia are fairly priced and in good condition 99% of the time. The new management is just a friendly as the prior, and I cannot think of any negative things to say about the guy (besides the much higher prices, but as I said, it's really only the more popular games). Over all Level UP is probably my favorite store and I highly recommend checking them out.

I was finally in the area and had an opportunity to visit Level UP Gaming today and this is my honest review.

I mainly collect for NES, SNES and Genesis currently. Level Up has a meager selection. Really not all that many games to choose from for these systems, but the commons that they did have in stock were very reasonably priced. I suspect that's probably why there wasn't much inventory, but since this was my first visit I cannot confirm nor deny this.

The girl working behind the counter was incredibly polite and courteous. Genuinely seemed happy to be there which was really nice and made my visit feel more welcoming.

They had some figures and other random game merchandise as well including a few rarer World of Nintendo figurines, markup was about 20% over online prices which wasn't too bad. If you needed a gift last minute and didn't want to wait then this may be a good spot.

I saw lots of other games for newer systems as well, but I didn't really look too closely at them as that's not what I'm currently interested in collecting.

I'll give this place another go if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again.  For NES, SNES and Genesis I'd give it three out of five stars.

i miss the old level up, back when prices were reasonable. I’m an avid guitar hero fan and went to see that their ps2 WIRED guitar was priced at 60 dollars… goodwill always has them and eBay as well.

Overall, the store has a great selection and will probably have what you’re looking for, but a lot of the prices may keep you from purchasing. The staff is very friendly as well, I just wish I didn’t feel like I was walking into DKOldies.

I wonder where all these five star reviews come from when we are “never open” and so “greedy”?

Friendly place and has a few items from time to time but reason why I gave 3 stars is because how expensive they always are. I'm a full on collector and live down the street from this shop but its probably the one ive been to least again because of the steep prices. I get that you should get your moneys worth but not when you didnt pay nearly anything for it and then to ask above retail for it? Greed is not something I have the patience for. I have three items from their store in very good condition. Would be my go to if they weren't so keen on their high prices. 3 stars overall good store and I would recommend to others Edit: Year later and still the same but a bit worse. They're NEVER OPEN! I know they open at 12 but most days they're closed with no explanation. Has caused me not to enter the store in at least 3 months. I dont see this business staying much longer.

I'm visiting from out of town and like shopping retro game stores for items hard to find.

Not a bad little shop but a bit too cluttered. Boxes and displays in the aisles makes getting around a bit difficult, especially if your trying to be social distance friendly.

Plenty of old and new games and items.
The sales woman acknowledge me when I first walked in, but then I was nothing more then part of the scenery.

Might try again in a few weeks to see if if anything more is unboxed.

This place is cool. Got some good deals a lot cheaper than the franchise store prices. Service helpful and they do allow returns if the game doesn't work or you have a problem with it.

Since I have been back I have noticed an actual decline in the level of service with prices going up to levels higher than the chain stores and a general lack of inventory so i am removing one star.

The previous owner actually banned you from the store

I used to shop here before it was bought by the new owner who has clearly never heard of customer service. He is very rude and assumed anyone that questions his prices to be a "dealer". Honestly just look at how he responds to constructive criticism on the reviews. I used to buy all my stuff from here. Now I just use Ebay or Amazon where you can find the best prices on your gaming needs.

I went there a few months ago and I sold three garbage bags worth of video game stuff (way too much to list in a comment) and the store owner would only offer $100. He knew head of time I was going to buy a Wii there for half of the price, and I ended up getting pushed into taking the offer anyways. If that wasn't enough, the Wii wouldn't even read discs and the owner wouldn't do anything with it (not even take it back). The only time I'd recommend this store is if you want to buy older games.
