Love this place ... Staff is great, great finds and what a great way to donate to a great cause.

I am now a consignmenter. Easy way to get rid of things around the house. planing on going there more often.  Can find some nice buys there.

This is the best consignment place I have ever been to.
They are so organized. Big turnover of items. Alot of people come here which is what makes it successful. The volunteers are great, organized and helpful. They have high standards therefore there are quality items displayed. Try going in and checking it out. You will come back again and again.

I love this place so much. I go almost every week and I always find something I like.

Consignment store so it is always hit or miss if they will have what you are looking for if you a shopping for a specific thing. Prices reasonable and they stuff they accept is always (to my knowledge/experience) been in good condition.

I get 85% of my business attire here. I love this store!

Interesting stuff! Large assortment of clothing, nice assortment of jewelry, both costume and sterling silver. Lots of home goods, some vintage perfumes with a great staff.

Willing Hearts is sorry that this loyal customer had a negative experience at our shop.  We try our best to make it pleasant for everyone. Shopping there for years most of the ladies are nice and friendly but there are a small few that are downright nasty. I had an incident in that store where one of the volunteers spoke to me as if I was something stuck under the bottom of her shoe. I spent money in that store for years and never had a problem with  anyone .........but never again!

I have been shopping at Willing hearts here in my beautiful hometown of Caldwell for just about 6 years. I tell all my friends about the wonderful finds. I do not consign but I purchase. Every week if I find some kind of knick knack, even clothes, and even furniture,  I purchase it. I have been so lucky. Today on my lunchbreak I come in and had my eye on three pieces of Christmas tree ornaments, I asked the manager could I get an ornament for $3.00 (this was a fair price compared to the other two I was purchasing) instead of $5.00 because it was indeed chipped and I do not ever ask for a discount, she didn't ask me why she said "No", I understand the ladies are doing a nice service by donating their time working here and I always have had a terrific experience with Janice, but my experience was disheartening today as I took a walk and went into willing hearts to have a  relatively challenging morning become nice as I always have a good experience here and today I felt like the manager was indifferent and not at all cheerful. I do understand this is a consignment shop and there is a system (I do not usually follow and don't understand) I do not ever write reviews and I would only hope that the next person would be greeted and treated more graciously and given a courteous explanation of why the "NO" in any service related to the public purchasing goods new or gently used. As for all the other ladies and gentleman that do service there. Thank you for always be courteous to me.

You never know the kind of day someone is having, and today's manager I hope you well as maybe you were having a challenging morning as well.

I want to start of by saying that I have been shopping here for about 18 years. Last week I went there, took a friend with me that has never been there before. We go to the jewelry section, ask to see the rings. The elderly lady behind the counter was super nice and cooperative. Unbeknownst to us, she was not suppose to let us see the entire tray of rings at a time, which she did. Then comes Tatyana (Russian/Eastern European lady) being rude, condescending, and unprofessional (to the staff and us, the customers) as she raises her voice at the elderly lady saying loudly: “One ring at a time, one ring at a time!” I responded and said that no one told us that and continued shopping. She then keeps walking around the store looking at us in an unpleasant manner. Then we go to check out and another kind elderly lady was there to check us out, but then comes Tatyana again to ‘help’ as the elderly lady wasn’t moving at a pace that’s appropriate according to Tatyana. I spent a bit over $60 and my friend a bit over $200. When we were done checking out, Tatyana starts clapping her hands to dismiss/shoo us away (like animals) from the counter while saying: “Okay ladies, okay ladies!” I reiterate, I have been shopping here for 18 years, but am not sure I can/will return to this store, as I have never been as demeaned in my life. I know that the people running the store are volunteers, but it is still a business, and the volunteers should be trained accordingly.

We are so sorry you feel this way but we can easily prove by comparison shopping online that our prices are just a fraction of original cost.

This thrift store is very overpriced and what they are selling is more expensive than what it is selling for online. DONT SHOP HERE.

I consigned designer clothing (i.e., Ralph Lauren) and designer handbags (i.e., Kate Spade, Coach) and NEVER received a check. I don't know what happened to my items, but when I called, they were not on the floor any longer, 3 months later.  I can only GUESS what happened....
