I recently purchased a dresser from this location and wanted to give a shout-out to Lenny for his excellent customer service. When I came in and asked about dressers he walked me around the store helping me find the perfect one. I watched him help several other customers while I texted with my husband to get his input before my purchase. Then after I paid I waited while Lenny pleasantly showed a group of volunteers what their tasks were for the day. After he helped the volunteers he apologized for keeping me waiting and loaded the dresser into my car by himself. The whole time I was there I watched as he zipped around the store helping people and had such a pleasant demeanor. Lenny was the highlight of my purchasing experience!

They have an amazing selection of rugs at great prices. Yes, you have to pick through the pile some days, but it’s absolutely worth it.

Don’t let the “Restore” in the name fool you. This place is amazing. You will find new couches for incredibly marked down prices. They had a 25%-off promotion on everything in the store on MDW. I bought a new couch for $500, and I also got the manager to take off $100 on a bench after showing him slight damage underneath. Incredibly generous of him to have done.

Love their rug section. There are so many, and hard to navigate trying to find the right one. Went there with a family of 4 and lost my youngest in the melting pot of rugs. It sucked him up like quick sand right before my eyes. His name was Billy. He was my youngest and had the brightest future. The dinner table is not the same any more with billy being gone, but my dining room table sitting on the new rug I got will fill the void. He will never be forgotten!

We went to find rugs and we found crazy colorful rugs. They also had some cool couches. We will be back!

Bought a 9X12 brand new rug for $20!!!! Staff was wonderful and helped me put it in the car!!! Never know what you'll find! Prices are great and well worth the trip!!!

This place is amazing! I just purchased my house and can't really afford much, but I found this place and was able to purchase some really nice rugs for every room and still stay under $100! Also their home improvement section is absolutely out of this world!!

I purchased 2 20ft carpets wool and knit for 26.00 at their 50% of sale. If I had a mansion I would come here for all my rugs. Nothing that a wash won't do . The other rug I didn't get a picture of it since it was so huge. I'll post it another time. Good quality. Will definitely recommend. The only downfall is get there very early so you can get a taste of the brand new shipment. You will not be disappointed

Bought 3 huge rugs for $10 each! Just learned about this store and can't wait to visit other locations! I'm on the hunt for a nice affordable couch and was on the hunt for a large floor rug for my backyard as well as my basement. Soo happy I went here because I saved hundreds of dollars! One thing to be aware of; if your going to look for a rug be sure to be ready to look and bring your muscles! All of the rugs are in giant piles and its up to you to root and lift and find what your looking for. It's worth the search considering the price and the amount of money you saved vs buying it from a retail store but I was not prepared for that so it was definitely an unexpected workout for me! Well worth it though!
