Ron is the best! He took care of me immediately and when I started crying because I got emotional to see my dresser for the first time in 45 years he was very comforting and did not make me feel uncomfortable! I will keep coming back here for every single repair!!

STAY AWAY!!! They refinished my dinette table. It looked great UNTIL we used it. We put a WARM aluminum tin on the table and it left a large imprint from the bottom of the tin. We also noticed imprints from our place mats! We called Ron, who came over and agreed that it should not have happened and was caused by the lacquer not being hard enough. He said he was going to research a suitable lacquer and come back to us with the implication being it would be refinished properly. We then had the Covid shutdown and Furniture Medic was closed. When they reopened we called Ron again, who told us the owner was not guaranteeing his work, and if we wanted to have it redone we would have to pay for it again with a 10% discount!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
