Love this store I get great buys and the staff is great

It’s really not as bad as everyone says here, it’s a pretty average thrift store. The conditions aren’t pristine, but that should never make you judge the place. I do agree the prices do appear a bit expensive, but you have to keep in account of the discounts they have. I think a lot of people who are especially new to thrifting, assume that what kind of style of clothing they see when they enter is what the entire store will be. But you have to LOOK. Go through every single section and you will find at least one piece you’ll love. Like I found a really cute sweater for 4.99 but because it had the 75% tag it was 1.75. The employees seemed normal and were doing their jobs. I was using the self check out when I realized I still had the hangers, so I gave them to an employee and apologized, which she said it’s no worries. They had mirrors all over the place which was great for trying on sweaters. Not a bad place at all, will visit again!

Cool thrift store. Went to this one and two others consecutively with my gf to see what was up. This was easily the best of the three. Got some heat vintage t shirts and she walked away with several well fitting shirts and dresses. In addition to clothes, this place also has other household items which is cool. I also personally enjoy how there is decent space on the racks to be able to move the clothes around

Love this place! It's just a really fun place to shop. If you love thrift stores, you will have a lot of fun! The other day, I bought 6 summer tops and a pillow for $21! The Color coded extra discounts are great! Check the color coded discount signs hanging from the ceiling as soon as you arrive and then check the color of the price tags of the items you want... and then enjoy the discounts! Note: The colors for the discounts change once a week. There are tons of clothes for women, men, kids and babies. There are also handbags, quilts, pillows etc. etc. There are shoes at the the top of the clothing racks (check the signs for sizes). I have found cute shoes there, but a lot of them can be a bit too worn. Most of the clothes, on the other hand, are in great condition! Great prices, too! Make sure to check out the big area with all the non-clothing items! You might find ANYTHING back there! Books, DVDs, Christmas ornaments, electronics, knick knacks, stuffed animals, toys, small furniture etc etc! When you're back there, make sure to look up as you're walking through the isles. There are tons of little items in little clear packs hanging above the shelved items. There is so much to see on the shelves, these little packets can be easy to miss! Go up and down ALL the isles! You just never know what you might find! PS: I've shopped here for years and never had a problem with the sales people. They work hard. They are always bringing out new items. They've always been nice to me, but some people act like they expect to be greeted with champagne as if they're shopping at Bergdorf's😄... but it's a thrift store. Just chill out and have fun!

One of my favorite stores. You never know what you will find. Everything is basically in an orderly fashion with categories. Makes shopping a lot easier. Update 2/22/2022 The store is quite empty compared to before. It's almost sad looking. There are still great buys and its fun to look around. I hope they have full shelves again soon. It's a cool store to visit. You never know what you'll find.

ALWAYS fun to shop at this store. Lyn is an awesome person and even more awesome at managing this store. Her smile can light up the dark side of the moon. With that being said, its her touch from back to front that makes this place well worth a look. If you like treasures from the past, good deals, and nice people than this place is for you.

Decent thrift store. Simple barebones layout as expected. Donations are made in the back. Need to drive to their back door ( drive around on the Big Lots side).

The store in South Plainfield is generally clean and organized. I have not had many interactions with staff members, except at the checkout line. Maybe a few workers have English as their second language. I love looking at all the items. It gets crowded on 50% off sale days, but that is to be expected. Some clothes are brand new, with their tags still on! Be careful of prices and check the color of the tags to see if they are on sale that day. Warning - you cannot purchase an item if it doesn't have a tag. Make sure you check all your items for rips or stains, broken zippers, etc.

Good thriftstore. Prices a variable, I'd say most of the time they're pretty fair. Quality of the items is really only questionable sometimes. They have good supplies for crafts sometimes (usually yarn and sewing supplies) the CD section is bursting. Always some nice lamps. Great selection for kids toys. Lots of jewelry. Clothing options for everyone, bags like crazy, accessories of every kind. Please someone remove some of the leg warmers so I don't buy them all.
