Listen, I got to hand it to my man Eli. Keep in mind this is my first time at the store. Eli not only hooked it up with an awesome find, but gave me brands to check out too in which I also liked a lot. To top it all off, the purchase was a bag for my girlfriend who almost cried in joy…no joke. This place earns 5 stars and a tip of the hat to Eli!

The staff is very nice & friendly! Love the selection wish they just organized clothes by size you see something you like and ends up not being your size is heartbreaking lol!!  Other than that you can find some sweet gems!

My first time at the Westfield location the store is very nice the staff was great. I immediately was greeted when I walked in everyone was polite and working which as a business owner I loved. Incredible store, an eccentric amount of clothing both men's and woman. If you don't think you have the money to dress well thinking again,. a 100$'s can level up your wardrobe, the staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable, one problem is I wish they let you know up front what there average buy price is. other than that 3 hours spent enjoying myself. shout out to that team- Matthew Bromley

The store is great! Love the set up and will definitely be coming back. Kevin and Eli helped me out and were so welcoming! I have been to a few 2nd Street locations and Westfield is definitely in my top.

There are some replicas that slip through the cracks but the place is fairly priced. Everything is extremely organized and the staff is helpful.

Hands down my favorite thrift store to get great fits! Everyone there is so nice and really helpful! The store manager and the team were attentive, kind and so patient with me as i sorted through all my finds. I even got some cash back on clothes I was looking to sell!

I had the most amazing experience in the Westfield NJ, location with Eli, the Store Manager on 04.06.2024. Eli, was kind, patient, polite and professional while helping me navigate through my purchasing decision.  His level of professionalism will have me shopping more often in this location. We used to shop at the other location in Montclair. Decided to check out the Westfield location and the prices and the service were great. Eli the manager was amazing!!! Including Mario who was very attentive and professional. I will definitely go back.

Really cool upscale thrift shop that will cover most bases for most people. They have a variety of high end brands available at any given time such as bottega, balenciaga, even chrome hearts if you time it right! I would say that the best time to visit would be a Sunday late afternoon because local public parking lot around the corner is free.

I’ve found some great hidden gems here and the workers are super nice! But if you’re looking to sell your clothes, you’re better off donating them to the nearby thrift stores. I brought in clothes that were new with tags and they literally offered me a $0.50-$1.00 per item, but they will have Forever 21 items and clothes with significant damage out on the floor.

I called the day before letting the store know what I have and the condition.  I was told they they would offer me close to what it’s valued at… that was a LIE, HIGHLY UNSATISFIED LITERALLY OFFERED ME 8$ For a 387$ purse with the tag on it clearly never used.. and the nerve of them to offer me 8 stinkin dollars for it !! That’s not including the 34 items I brought in and they only chose 15 items that they would like except bringing a grand total of 138$ never worn the 2 pairs of Nike that cost pretty much 200$ each pair still in mint condition in the original box.. it was such a waste of time driving 2 and half hours from upstate New York to literally be low balled..

Sadly, this place steals your nice clothes tells you that you’ll be paid between a dollar and eight  dollars apiece. I know that I gave them two bags at least worth over $600 of new clothes some with labels high end and they gave me $30. I took it because I’m done with this place and it’s so sad-that they take nice clothes from you give you basically zero money for it and then sell it for three times the price shame on them and shame on whoever spends money there.

I tried on a couple of shirts that I liked and when trying one on I saw it had a tear in it. Before I put it back on the rack I told one of the associates in the store, they told their manager about the damaged good, and then they proceeded to accuse me of ripping the shirt. Should’ve just minded my business and put the shirt back on the shelf instead of being nice and letting them know. I like the other 2nd street locations but don’t go here unless you want to be falsely accused of breaking things.

A complete waste of time, I called over the phone to get my mint condition Yeezy 350 dazzling blue appraised and drove over 30 minutes with a price range in mind after speaking with them. I got to the store and they said from $20-$25 lol.

Very disappointing experience trying to provide clothes. Said they would call me back in 45 minutes with an estimate for items. Never got a call. Tried to tell me they did when I have the call log to prove otherwise. Donated my items instead and blamed me for their failure.  Will be avoiding this place from now on.

Terrible service. Try and bring your clothes there and they give you not even half of what your clothes are worth!! and upcharge their clothes!!

Actually what a complete waste of my time. I donated some name brand clothing to them and also some other stuff, in perfect condition, unworn and all and they only wanted boots that were a little beat up and a target knitted top and offered me $1.10…. I waited 3 hours with no call, called them myself and they claimed they called me and i have no missed calls. I just asked to donate it all, what a waste of time and effort.

Earlier today, my gay best friend and I walked into 2nd Street in Westfield and we were greeted by a staff member named Kevin. The two of us had been looking to get an offer for our clothing items, thinking they would relay us a fair offer. Kevin called us back in less than 15 minutes when they originally told us it would take an hour to fully estimate our belongings. That alone was concerning because it made us believe they didn't even fully estimate our belongs full value. We were looking to sell over 30 items combined, consisting of 10 designer apparel items in good condition and no older than 5 years a piece. Once we got told our final estimate value, we were appalled at the sell value of $31.45 for all 30 items combined; we were disappointed and confused. We felt as if it wasn't worth taking time out of our day to go there and negotiate with them.

I honestly was shocked at how little they were willing to give me for my clothes. Plato’s Closet in Edison, NJ. They gave me far more. For 21 items they gave me $70! Granted they are not the same items but how you can’t give at least a $1 per item is crazy. They wanted to give me $8.50 for 13 items!
