Pleasantly surprised! This store is nicely organized and CLEAN. Furniture is practically brand new and pricing just can't be beat. This is definitely a place you should check out before you buy new. The showroom has everything you could possibly think of. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They run great sales on already affordable prices. Don't miss an opportunity to stop in and check out what they have. You won't be disappointed.

I really like to visit this store, you can find lots of good stuff. Furniture, mirrors,lamps fixtures, doors, windows and antique. The staff are amazing,,❤️🙌🤗

Wonderful store, found lots of great treasures and the two ladies at the cash Tuesday were very lovely and very kind. Rich at the loading dock was very helpful and took great care handling our items. Jim, who runs the store, is wonderful and attentive and takes pride in his business.

Habitat for Humanity Bergen Restore is the best place to shop for craft products and gently used furniture for my children's new apartments!  I have looked for used furniture stores in Bergen County for years and finally discovered Bergen ReStore in Westwood!

Fun place to shop people are so very friendly and the prices are terrific. Variety of merchandise is absolutely incredible. Loved the place.

I just love walking in that store! I have found so many interesting things...and a table that was PERFECT for my plant space! Always feel good about purchasing something there and supporting Habitat. The volunteers are super sweet too! (By the way, they take furniture donations!)

This is such a cool store. All the furniture is from donations, but don't be fooled into thinking that means it's junk. This store does not take everything. They're picky with what they accept and it shows! Some really lovely pieces and the prices are very affordable.

Great prices for gently used items. From furniture of all types to dish sets. Anything needed can be found there.

Very well stocked with furniture and many other items. Nice place to look for things you may need. Nice Helpful people work there. I like the place. Bought three side tables. Very reasonable price.

Great crew of volunteers. You can find unique items from the 80s and 90s. It is not an antique shop but there is definitely nostalgia value there.

Their cause is something certainly worth getting behind.

We try our best to price our donations at a reasonable rate and usually have a wide range of prices available throughout the store. If an item does not sell at its original price within a month we will automatically mark it down by 25% and by the second month it will be 50% off. We work hard to find a price point that is a bargain for our customers while at the same time allowing us to maximize the money raised by the ReStore since it how we raise money to build affordable housing here in Bergen County. The need to work on their prices. Nice clean place and things are placed nice clean and neatly. Very friendly staff but they need to go over their prices.

it's a small habitat for humanity resale store. they resell household items, furniture mostly, but also some building supplies, dishes, silverware. they do great things for the community, suprt their cause if you can. they are a non profit. they will pickup resellable items, so please call them before you put any furniture out for the trash.

Great place to find knick knacks and nice furniture. Prices are good and you are supporting Habitat for Humanity. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Plus they take donations.

Great place to find bargains, lots of stuff for the home remodeler, or someone furnishing a rental apartment, or looking for just the right little table.  Tools, lighting, furniture, etc.

I got a dresser at a very reasonable price. I also got some shades brand new. They have beautiful furniture, paintings and Knick knacks. Gorgeous furniture.

Found this place very interesting.  You can get anything you need for your home.  The furniture was absolutely in fine condition.  They even have flooring., paint.  I could go on & on.  The prices are great & worth it.  I introduced this find to many friends & they were just as amazed.  The assocuates are very friendly & courteous.  Even the customers who apparently shop there all the time were helpful & friendly.  I consider this place a rare find. A gem!

My experience at Habitat Restore Westwood , NJ was simply terrific!!!  I went to the location not knowing what to expect & entered through the wrong entrance. I was happily escorted to the correct person & location to initiate a donation. Christian could not have been nicer & more helpful. He patiently looked at my pictures of what I hoped to donate & with the exception of the beds accepted EVERYTHING!! We were working under limited time constraints  & he was able to fit us in for a pick up!

Christian explained that furniture had to be inspected before it was indeed accepted for pick up. Mike & Rich were sooo very kind & friendly. They called ahead & were very organized. They sorted , inspected & took everything except aTV without a cord & a TV stand. They made 3 trips to get everything & I was dumbfounded at how careful they were and considerate of the property!

I simply can’t say enough about what a positive experience this was! I would honestly say if I had known how great this would be I would have skipped the estate sale & just donated to Habitat Restore!!

So happy my Mom’s beautiful things were so respected & will go towards a great cause! Thank you SOOO much Christian, Mike, Rich & the entire Habitat crew!!! You are a winning team and make doing the right thing so very easy & fulfilling!!

This was my first trip there. Everything is well organized, great prices and a very helpful staff. Bought a brand new 5 speed Braun blender for $25!

Very good store. Not only is this store a store that benefits a good cause, the things you find for the price you pay can be extremely great deals. Knowing that you can buy these awesome things second hand, pay a good price, and benefit a good cause, it’s really nice. Not only can you buy from there, you can donate old household goods or brand new goods such as furniture, hardware, and other things in between. Would definitely recommend go there if they have old things to donate, want to shop at a good price, or just have the extra time.

It's a great place to shop for  beginning home buyers or people who are getting there first time apartments it's a great place to start looking for the basics I think your doing a great job with your stores please come to see for yourself what I have sed here is all true .

Great bargains. I was introduced to this place by my sister. You can find a lot of things. Need to visit often as donations keep coming in and you never know what you can find. Certain things are regular, others come once and are gone. From my experience every location has it's own unique things. Found bath lamp shades like new for 50 cents when online they cost $10-$15 each. This place is good for thrifty shoppers.

The store is neat (NEAT!).  Thank you for being neat, employees; thank you for keeping the store neat and tidy.  Very reasonable prices.  Wonderful pieces of furniture.  Left feeling like we found treasure.

I was very pleased with this store's layout and the helpfulness of staff. It's smaller than other Re-Stores I have been to,  but items displayed are immaculate. I am very glad to have stumbled upon this treasure trove

I'm a fan of most Habitat Restores because they have great prices. This one is a little smaller than others I've been to so the inventory is less varied. I didn't see many options for tile, paint, and other improvement/construction supplies. Despite the smaller selection, the furniture pieces appeared to all be high quality and of good value. Unexpectedly, I found some board games and jewelry. It's worth poking around but will be hit or miss depending on what you're shopping for.

Habitat for humanity is great and I had a wonderful experience in store and got a beautiful couch and loveseat. However the delivery service they use was absolutely atrocious and one of the most unprofessional and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had. Delivery was delayed six hours outside of the time frame I was given and communication was so sparse I actually thought I was being scammed as I had paid in full already. Save yourself the headache and use another service or move the furniture yourself.

Store is nice but I must say the woman in charge had no personality and could be in charge of a women's prison.  No smile no warmth.  Complete turnoff.  Everyone else was lovely. She should not be there.  That is why I gave it a 3.

I’ve left empty handed my past several visits. Prices are approaching retail.  I love the cause and the workers are lovely but there are few deals to be had these days.

If not for the fact that the proceeds go to a good cause, I wouldn't go here again. The sales help varies from indifferent to passive aggressive and when we tried to donate some items, the man working there acted like we were imposing on him. She sneered at a Breville toaster oven, used for 3 months and scrupulously cleaned as "not new" & rejected it. Ditto for a blender in working order, 2 years old, no dents, scratches, etc. Their loss. WE sold them at a garage sale.

I found the staff to be very grumpy!  First woman I encountered basically barked at me to get out of her way. Asked about a framed poster that was up high and not priced - turned out to have glass crack in lower corner.  When the clerk took it down and placed it on ground, he broke it further!  A lot more knick knacks (dishes) than other Restore locations, but very outdated collections so not very compelling. Furniture is set up in nice vignettes and okay pricing but a lot of incomplete dining chair sets (3 or 5). Prices on artwork were not great for a Restore....the furniture selection is much better at the Wayne location.

The women who tend this store in Westwood have a deplorable attitude interacting and dealing with customers, as well as with some fellow workers.

They haller and press to rush the customers and the other workers. There is an atmosphere of condescendence and hostility from those women, that makes it very tedious and stressful to shop there.

Despite the displeasure those ladies represent, the store seems to thrive with items that vary in quality, and are priced accordingly, fairly.

In comparison to other local ReStores, the prices were very high. There was a gigantic selection of furniture here, however, and it was lovely inside.

I paid 95$ for a recliner and when I got it home it rocked with a cracking noise.  Then I noticed it smelled so musky, I brought it back and had to regift it to them bc I couldn’t Even get a credit.. I know they have no return policy, but that is pretty pathetic that they get that stuff donated and then don’t let u return it in 2 days & at least get a credit since they probably will  resell it to somebody who won’t know how disgusting it smells unless they sit in it for a while.  The place plain sucks and I’m not going back ever!

We were just in today and we had the worst experience we could ever have at any store. My mom had wanted to put a piece of furniture on hold. Once we paid for it until September 1. Whoever the employee was in the black shirt should be ashamed of himself. He started screaming at her telling her “ didn’t he tell her she couldn’t use the bathroom?” And when she tried to explain, an employee told her to speak with him, he told her there is no furniture for people like her. This is supposed to be a place that helps people who are either homeless or have no money, and we were treated like we were not important. Please avoid going to this place.

One star bc lady with glasses at register did not honor featured sale. Also upon exiting a worker asked if I paid bc they forgot to take off price tag. So not given advertised discount and accused of not paying. Worst experience ever! Buyer beware! Shop during the week. The staff is nicer.

Unbelievable how poor one of the workers inside treated my mother. She went in looking to donate some stuff and possibly purchase a mirror. She came back feeling disrespected and looked down on.

I have donated items to the store in person with no problem.
But, when I tried to arrange for a coffee table donation pickup online, they never responded.
A few weeks later I followed up while in the store . The guy was rude. He asked me where I lived, I told him ( it’s in Westwood)and he said they usually don’t pick up — it’s not worth having to get a truck.

Very disappointed this was my favorite place to shop for used furniture in decent shape ... Unfortunately after a year of being open someone decided that they should raise their prices more than double!  They are charging way above the resale value for used items, It was good while it lasted but I won’t be going back again.
