Ein tolles Erlebnis einmal dort zu sein. Guter Mix aus modernem und vintage Spielzeug mit einem Jordan Hembrough, der genauso faszinierend ist, wie man ihn vom Fernsehen kennt.

Great store for any toy collector looking for mint in the box/on the card vintage toys, and unlike most vintage toy dealers, Jordan doesn't just sell vintage boy toys. Yes, action figures are his speciality, but don't be at all surprised if you see him displaying a fine collection of mint on the card Princess of Power figures or My Little Pony dolls. He appreciates all vintage toys and he deserves the reputation he's garnered as an expert in his field.

This place has the nicest collection of vintage collectibles. I was extremely impressed with their large selection of AFA graded Star Wars action figures and the overall pricing. If you’re looking for something modern, or something vintage, you definitely need to stop in and check out the selection. The pricing is very fair in comparison to other vintage retailers so, if you’re in the area, you will be completely satisfied with your visit. Even if you’re just looking around, the overall atmosphere will bring you back to your childhood days of walking around Kay-Bee or Toys ‘R Us. Jordan and his staff are very welcoming and passionate about collecting so do yourself a big favor and stop in!

Jordan was extremely friendly and helpful and was very willing to negotiate on prices depending on what it was. Overall a very pleasant experience.

For anyone who doesn’t know, the owner of the business is Jordan Hembrough, who is one of the most famous vintage toy dealers in the country. He also starred in a successful reality show for three seasons called Toy Hunter, which aired on Travel Channel and followed his exploits and adventures. I am a regular customer of Jordan’s and frequent the store once every couple of months, sometimes with one or both of my young sons in tow. My primary interest is in collecting the vintage Star Wars Kenner line, of which he always carries inventory. He and his staff are always nice, friendly, and spend time getting to know you and what you are interested in. I consider myself fortunate to be within driving distance of such a unique store. In my opinion, his prices are very fair. Let me say this: to say that some of these pieces are difficult to find is a huge understatement. There are items in his store that are worth thousands of dollars. There are items in his store for sale that are less than $10. The tougher to find, high demand items are expensive, and appropriately priced for the higher end collector. Like fine art, he deals in a market of rare items, where condition of the item and it’s packaging, if ungraded, are highly sensitive and subjective. Many of these toys also have rare varients, which can be expensive. In my dealings with him, he is very attuned to the marketplace and has always reconciled/explained his price back to the market price (eBay is always a good comp). If you are looking to buy something in triple figures, it is helpful to have a basic understanding of why certain, very rare characteristics (a figure being mint on card, a toy still being mint in a sealed box, etc) significantly increase the price of the item. The store often has several major vintage toy lines on display on the main floor - G.I. Joe, Masters of the Universe, Star Wars, Jurassic Park, etc - and many more toys not on display in the back rooms or the basement. They also have some modern toys in stock as well for as little as $10, if you are browsing and just looking to walk out with something small. For those of you who are looking to reconnect with your inner child, feelings of nostalgia, a trip down memory lane with your children, etc, this place is a GREAT way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
